Introjects from the Same Source and Multi-Source Introjects!

let's be real, the brain is a very peculiar creature and it really just... does whatever it wants. discourse regarding whether you can have introjects from the same source or multi-source introjects is really dumb because yes of course you can!

and we personally have quite a few introjects from the same source (and sometimes the same character)! i wanted to share our top three :3

My Little Pony: Rainbow Dash (2), Fluttershy (2), Pinkie Pie (3), Princess Luna, Kerfuffle, Applejack, Twilight Sparkle (SciTwi), Star Catcher, Starlight Glimmer, Derpy Hooves, Sunset Shimmer

Steven Universe: Amethyst, Blue Diamond, White Diamond, Spinel, Peridot, Sadie Miller

Bang Dream! GBP: Moca Aoba, Raana Kaname, Lisa Imai, Kanon Matsubara, PAREO, Ako Udagawa

as you can see we tend to get many introjects from the same media and the reason for that is simply because we interact with it most and they are fully fleshed out characters who have flaws and many traits that the brain can introject off of!

as for multi-source introjects we have Milkyway and Eileen! Milkyway is an introject of Raana Kaname and Cinnamaroll whilst Eileen is an introject of Eli Ayase and Nozomi Tojo! In these cases the brain decided that traits from a singular character wouldn't be beneficial to us and instead used traits from two characters in order to help our system the best it can!

It may be pretty crazy that we have a whole ass stable (/j) in our system but when you think about how we interact with this media constantly on a daily basis - it makes sense!

hiii I’m mod ethan! I’m 19, nonbinary, and go by he/they. Pretty similar to mod Rhea in that I really missed the old kin community, and I also love to make things for people, so I thought it’d be nice to bring a blog like this back.
