A little late-night sesh working on my transitions out of Crane. Full day yesterday what with teaching a @stormstrength class, a personal training/rehab session, a mini-workout, some martial arts and weapons training in the yard, a hot tub with @l8dyannalisa, 2 yoga classes ( @purpleacornyoga), and then my own practice and Karma cleaning. Everyone has personal and professional goals. Despite our best efforts, we can find ourselves unable to reach the level of achievement/fulfillment that we envision. So, what are we missing?

Our research has shown, that because of our genes and environment, some neural connections in our brain are not as strong as they should be. These connections are usually associated with one or more traits like creativity, openness, confidence, and perfectionism. Not having the required strength of a neural connection, and thereby not having the optimum trait-strength prevents us from achieving our goals. We are delighted to confirm the first ordination of an Order Member in Poland. The ex-Wojciech Janowski from the Krakow Sangha was ordained during a short retreat south-east of the city. His private ordination was on Thursday 30th July and his public ordination on Saturday 1st August. Wojciech becomes Maitrinanda, a Sanskrit name meaning ‘He whose joy is love’. His private preceptor is Santaka and Amogharatna is his public preceptor.   The photo shows Maitrinanda (centre) with his preceptors. Sadhu! Sadhu!
