Core and glute exercises can get a little boring and become less challenging, Not these ones! 😁 The first needs a lot of practice but the other two are easier. Make sure you maintain perfect form and correct core muscle activation or other muscles will take over and the exercise wont be as effective. Aim to do 3 sets of 10 reps, thats 10 lifts on the FitBall, 10 on each leg in the plank and then 10 lifts in total in the press up. 👌 I would sugest you do 1 or 2 of the exercises as a core and glute warm up or even in a main set with luges and an upper body exercise. NB: Not suitable during Pregnancy or until your Diastasis has healed to optimum.
