went to my first pride parade today.

#the amount of joy on everyone's faces #we were all cheering and screaming #a person with a rainbow bracelet handed me a placard and i carried it all the way #a gay guy drew a rainbow on my cheek #another girl put rhinestones on the corners of my eyes #there were pride flags and palestine flags flying #it felt so much larger than myself and so unreal #i ran into ppl i knew!!#and we all marched together and sang together #got to cheer under the pride flag too #smiled and grinned the entire time #it was a good day #zatxt.#edit: added a pic of nails today #did em last evening!#and this pic is from a girlie in my uni who i ran into at the parade #hope I didn't doxx myself lol

Ninjago doesn't have the best track record with dates (Wu's lifetime...) and I don't expect DR to be any better at it. But rewatching the season I realized the fact that when Lloyd narrates, he mentions being "alone for weeks" and, in the carnival, recalls not being around many people in a while, nailing down how he was secluded to the monastery during those weeks he woke up alone. This is fine, typical Lloyd behavior, just that when Nya encounters Cole, he says years. Lloyd has no reason to lie, he doesn't have to make it seem like he was less time around so if he is not lying, and he truly was weeks alone, while Cole spends years lost after the merge? What happened?

And Nya and Kai! Kai woke up early enough, and in the bounty! to be able to map and travel a big part of the new land and try to find his way back, we don't know his side, but considering he pretty much arrived and then left again, had he entered the monastery before? I do believe he was longer out, awake and traveling. Nya also mentions having traveled before encountering the cranglings-- and she was on foot, she's resilient and strong, but for how long can you travel unknown terrain without a vehicle and survive it.

The idea of time getting messed up is plausible, other than reality coming undone and messing up every physics law-Cole is hanging out with what seems to be a kid formling, whose realm is confirmed to move differently time-wise, how could two different time progressions reacted to each other? How did that affect dates? Growing rates? So interesting.

I want to know if dr is planning on going somewhere with this, if not, then it'll be one more concept I'll rotate in my brain like a skewer, its such an interesting concept to me

‘MOONMAN TAKES FLIGHT’

HOLLYWOOD ROCK STAR BANNED FROM MTV VMAS AFTER INCIDENT.

If you know anyone under the age of 25 then you will have heard of the band Dream Theory, who made waves in the pop-rock scene with their debut EP 'RECURRING DAYDREAM' released late last year. The band, comprised of frontman Wilbur Soot on vocals, accompanied by guitarist Tyler Parks, bassist Chris Matthews and drummer Evan Thompson, has been nominated for several big awards despite its short lifespan, including Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards in February.

Their success was placed under jeopardy last night at MTV's Video Music Awards, of which the band one award: Song of The Year for their song ‘MALADAPTIVE,' which debuted at number 3 on the Billboard charts. Cameras at the event last night captured frontman Wilbur Soot throwing the award at the head of bassist Chris Matthews.

Witnesses reported hearing the two arguing loudly in the bathroom after the ceremony with several theories rising that the altercation was over Soot's longtime girlfriend Maria Evans, who was seen entering the after-party with Matthews. No charges were pressed, but a statement from MTV confirmed that Soot has been banned from the event next year and has had his Grammy nomination rescinded, meaning in the event that Dream Theory takes home an award at the ceremony it will not be shared with Soot.

Maria Evans, when asked on Twitter said that 'Will and Chris have been having issues recently, this wasn't honestly that surprising.' A spokesperson for the band has said they will be reveiwing the incident, leaving Soot's place within the band under fire.

leap thoughts from work today. i made the og sketch for this at work. i really didnt get a lot done today...

its like. i know that jack and maybe also art(?) also play different characters but i KNOW clem (possibly s.i.?) is out there. ive accidentally glanced at fanart thats told me as much and im so excited for whatever the fuck is going to happen there BUT he point is theyre around. i dont have any reason to believe the same about leap.

also jack specifically is such a “leaning into decisions/consequences that are terrible for their character” and keith i feel just is not? (the deal with lyke in ep 47 would be an outlier to me. it ruled though. love that for him.) so basically i dont know what would have to happen to get to a point of leap dying. things would have to be REALLY bad, right?

the other option i guess is leap filling the drive clock and retiring and ill feel kind of silly for thinking about this so much if that was the case, BUT i truly dont think that that will happen. like partizan as a season is so. the vibes are DIRE the stakes are HIGH

meanwhile mammon and belphie's immediate reactions are "wtf i hate that", but mammon would generally come around pretty quick and thus knock asmo off the no.1 supporter pedestal - belphie takes a bit longer, but his eventual conclusion is "well as long as you're happy.... butidratherthisdidnthappen"

it also depends on whether or not they were already acquainted with the crush... they'd definitely be way more cautious if they didn't know them, but if they were already familiar, they'd be more willing to trust them

(the latter's more likely to happen, since anyone ik falls for, she'd have to be close to already, so she'd probably have at least introduced them to the family)
