▼arcadia project: 1) attempt at survive-style(?) portraits for ludger and corvamon. this was back from 2018!? i can’t wait digimon survive is finally coming out... 2) portraits for axel and phalosmon. these are actually older designs, here are the updated ones; ludger stole axel’s sweater lmao. 3) and 4) zulaiqah and her partner solamon. i still want to redesign solamon(again), he’s supposed to look more civet-like but he doesn’t really look it now...

▼loppemon and radiacmon adventures in NDW (no i haven’t come up with a continuity name, but it’s just a mini-story set in chronicle timeline) 5) radiacmon’s updated look! 6) radiacmon’s adult level revamp (who doesn’t look all that different, you can see his original design here) 7) and 8) loppemon and his ultimate level, doeltengamon. you can check out his old design here, he used to have a calmer personality but now he’s just a shit-talker.. 9) loppemon with radiacmon! radiacmon was disfigured by the x-program contamination and was saved by loppemon, after which they travel to the NDW to fight god (lol).

World Building: More CBS Metaverse and Kodama Tidbits

The completion of lucid dream realm Avalon was actually back in the later part of 1971. This was a little before the Metaverse was... well, the Metaverse. Even though virtual reality was already a widespread thing, there were yet to be any civilized cyber realms. The Ghost and Faerie Realms existed, but they were not yet hooked up to the Metaverse - and they wouldn’t be until 1979.

In the years between the completion of Avalon (late 1971) and the connection of Avalon to virtual realm Arcadia (early 1975), Mike Reed would be visiting the realm almost every night. Marlene and Malinda Reed (dream walkers), along with Rose and Roslyn Reed (via Marlene and Malinda), were regular visitors to Avalon. Whenever Rose and/or Roslyn were in the Faerie Realm, some of the fairies would often be invited to visit Avalon - but, unfortunately, the denizens of Avalon were unable to travel to the Faerie Realm. This would not quite become possible until the connection between Avalon and Arcadia.

While Avalon was the first realm of any sort to introduce Kodama to the Metaverse - there were already a couple other realms to feature the other sapient species of Avalon, the talking birds. One was a Nintendo creation and the other was a Sanrio creation. A couple years later, Nintendo would be introducing more Kodama to Digimon Realm under the Pokémon classification. A few other realms would then follow. It should be noted that one cannot really copyright or trademark a sapient species, and it would be viewed as unethical to attempt that. Nonetheless, minor variations would typically occur. Besides, it’s not like the Reed siblings even really minded more Kodama. In fact, it they were very happy to see more Kodama coming into existence.

In 1981, when the holo projection program was finalized, it became possible for the Kodama of Avalon to holo project themselves into the physical realm - so long as they did so from Arcadia or some other cyber realm. By that point in time, nearly a hundred lucid dream realms would be tangentially connected to the Metaverse. Other lucid dreamers would opt against doing so, but it’s still possible for the denizens of the dream realms to enter the Metaverse via other dream realms. There are no spirit realms that are hooked up to the Metaverse, as they are the creation of higher beings.

Okay, next post will focus on the roles each of the Avenged Sevenfold members play in the CBS Metaverse.

A duskmon oc of mine

They're a major character in digimon arcadia project and are completely different from the duskmon in frontier

They're an agent of homeostasis from another digital world, and an important ally to the digidestined due to their knowledge of travelling between worlds

They lead a group of digimon who mostly work in the shadows and their second in command is a strabimon

They hold a grudge against the royal knights (ESPECIALLY gallantmon)

Who will be the main hero of your Digimon fan season? Who will be the main villain?

I'm just gonna assume this is about both of them and give you an answer according to that

In digimon redemption (the reincarnated villains one) the "main" hero digimon is gaossmon/blackwargreymon because dinosaur and also as a parallel to agumon. And I have no clue for who the main villain might be (maybe a reincarnated hero who went down a darker path?)

In digimon arcadia project the main hero is floramon and there are multiple main villains but for simplicity I'm just gonna say yggdrasil

i had spammed a few random scribbles of fan digi ideas on twitter, but didn’t think to compile them here 😅 but with the recent ask about my fan digis i thought throw some of them here!

1) my girls! yes digimon have no gender but also yes they’re my ocs so some of them are just girls. 2) ovismon and her adult (can’t remember if i have a name yet), 3) ovismon’s perfect (arkoudamon), and 4) ovismon’s ultimate (criusmon) whom i haven’t really settled on a design for. 5) svermon’s evolution line’s sword forms! 6) scramamon and falchiomon’s sword forms! in arcadia project she can be wielded by wispmon. 7) hervormon’s perfect (sigrhrimthurmon, still undecided on her design) and 8) hervormon’s ultimate (hervogardmon). 9) and 10) my scrapped digi cygnemon and his evolution line up to perfect. but i have a soft spot for him and am wondering whether or not to un-scrap him..

the second 2 are from [pocket of summer], slightly inspired by the door to summer (digimon 02 drama cd). natsumi enjoys what seems to be a neverending summer until one day, a boy shows up before her claiming his world was destroyed.
