Smile at the blue screen

Theme is like programmer`s error or make a smile and do programming. Positive theme. It is with blue screen. And, it is running little numbers 0 and 1. In a random way at the full screen. Just like, it is something like binary code.

Random numbers. And, around them, yellow circle is running. With a smile and with eyes, little eyes. A funny face. With a funny little music. Like 8 bit. Or 16 bit or Ms Dos little music from funny arcade game. As, something like, maybe, it was in Commandeer Keen or Cosmo Cosmic. Blue screen with 0 and 1. And, also, it is little like Norton Commander or Volkov Commander. Do programming - it is fun!

Blue screen. And, some error in code. And, such a little smile. I remember, it was April 2023. And, it was, already, a spring. Sky is becoming bright and light. It is starts to be, again, so blue and joyful. And, after programming, I find out myself at the streets, one a moment it was. And, I look at the sky. And, I was surprised. And, I, almost, to see these - 0 and 1 – and a little smile at the sky!

So, this is a theme, for positive. Visual theme. just a little program. And, it goes with a retro funny little music. And smile. And, with a random way, it shows a numbers pack made out with 0 and 1. At the blue screen. A little program. As short clip. For a fun and joy. And, for a positive. Practice with programming with programming language Qb64. For a good mood. For a free time! Spring theme, early spring theme. Maybe, even like a first of April. A day of a fool. Funny celebration event!

So, except videogames, it is new idea to do programming of these visual themes. Intros. Something like, programmable intros. Intros. So, new theme opens in terms of practice programming with Qb64. And, to find something new. Videogames – for some moment - it was understanding – that programming videogames, it is very long time duration process. And, maybe, hard. And to try something new. To expand theme. And to try something funny.

And, still in theme of programming. And with a funny way too. By the interest. And, fast way. And, to try what else it can be. Visual theme. Backgrounds. Music. How to change a background. How to play music. Or to try something else. To do intros – it is so funny. And, with a simple form. It is faster, than a videogame. As, it seems, for me. And, it is, also, interesting!

Simple visual theme. With a form of a program. And, also, it is about a theme - relaxing from programming. And with programming. Not a matrix, that was a movie. And, another way. Blue screen as a sky. And, there, it is flying a smile. Little smile! Make little smile! Make a little smile! And, you need to smile too! And, also, it is some code there. Unexplained, of course. Some stream with 0 and 1.

And, retro! Retro type blue screens as with computers from 90s. So, it is a show of a file in a blue screen. And, it is, even, possible to write a text. So, it was lots of things to do with that blue screen.

And, also, it is one thing, I do not say - it is, also, a positive. And, positive, positive moving forward! Smile! Yellow circle! Which is smiling to you! Not a Pacman, of course. But, a yellow circle, which makes a smile to you. And moves. A little.

Make a little smile! Little smile! Make a smile!

I love that most major calendars agree on correct number of digits; four.

Three digits it too few; how much history can really be made in just a few hundred years? Calendars with three digits scream of modernity, like if the United States tried to get people to adopt 1776 as Year 0. Conversely, five digits is too many; recorded history only goes back about 6000 years, so any modern calendar with 5 digits is making itself up! Nobody knows exactly when the Neolithic Revolution happened, they just know it was around 12,000 years ago; if you hopped in a time machine and went to 9976 BC on the dot you wouldn't witness THE eureka moment where a caveman discovers agriculture. No, it was a prolonged period, a gradual shift away from hunter-gathering that probably started long before the arbitrary year 10,000 BC (surely some isolated groups of people had agriculture before everybody else started doing it).

Four digits is perfect. 2024 sounds like a real year (Gregorian), thought a little on the low side. 5784 though, now THAT'S a real year (Hebrew). Some more real years include 4722 and 4515 (Chinese), 1445 (Islamic), 1473 (Armenian), 2567 (Thai). The Tibetan calendar has three years to choose from; 2151, 1770 and 998. Those first two are real years, no doubt, and 998 is so close I'll give it a pass. I'd say three digits only count if they're above 625-ish; 500 is not a year year, but 750 definitely is, so I'm not sure where the gradient lies.

I'm sorry Taiwan, but 113 isn't a real year (Minguo calendar). I'm also looking at you, North Korea (Juche calendar). And Japan, really? Year 6? Come on! Why break it down by each individual emperor? Why not start from the first? 2683 is a PERFECT number for a year!

Oh, and Regnal Year 2 of King Charles III? Go fuck yourself!

BC Row – let`s play with little cubes, bowling with space

Little game about little fantastic cubes. You are aiming and as in bowling try to hit little cubes at the other side of the screen. Pseudo three dimensional effect. Size of your little cube is going less according you closer to other side. Simple pseudo three dimensional game. Little cubes at the other side are keeping their position 5 seconds, and after this, they are generating with a new position.

Everything is going with the reduction, decrease. For example, level has 3 little cubes. You knock off three cubes. Now two cubes will appear. You knock off two cubes. Now 1 little cube will appear. And only after it goes to digit 0 – level will be complete! So, everything is about a starting digit with the numbers of cubes. For the first level it is small digit. 1, for example. For last level – there will be 4.

This means, that at the last level you need to knock off, at first, 4 little cubes. Later, there will be 3 of them to appear. And you knock off 3. Later, it will be to appear 2. You knock off two. And appear 1 little cubes. You knock off 1 little cube. And only now level will be complete.

It is not hard. And game is not long at all. So, I even, raise amount of levels double time. And it is double levels. So, levels are duplicated. First level, as idea, repeats two times. And so on. First two levels – about one little cube. With level three and four – about two little cubes. And this way up to four little cubes. For level seven and eight.

Little cubes are generating random way with a required amount. And they keep their position whole 5 seconds. And after this, they, again, generate a new position.

Little cubes, they are colorful. Two colors. Bezel and little cube itself. Total 15 colors for selection. Background- it is black. Colors are with random way for cubes. And you need with your throwing little cubes to hit these cubes. As bowling. It was my analog. But here it is with little cubes. And fantastic. Look, lines are flashing in the sides. And they change their color.

So, it is something about tech. And about a future. It is somekind of fantastic. Maybe, it is electric devices. Or quantum little cubes. Who knows. Yes, simply little cubes. Abstract little cubes. Game with cubes! As you as a child play with little cubes! Different colors for cubes! What purpose? I don’t know! But they are colorful little cubes! And this is interesting! I am – that’s for sure, played with little cubes!

You just need knock off little cubes. Control is same as previous game – B Ball.

Everything is simple. And by the way it is so colorful. Flashing little cubes. And all space is generating again every 5 seconds. And this means new packs with colors you will see at the screen!

Idea for game – some fantastic bowling. Throw a little cube. And it flies. Pseudo three dimensional is everything here. So, it is decreasing in size. And do you can hit or miss. It is about sharpness. And everything to be colorful. So, this way, I make a realization for the idea.

Title game B C Row. First two letters – it is  initials after B B C Basic for Sdl 2.0. It is programmed with it! I am a fan to programming with Basic! Second word – it is row. You something like see little cubes – in a row. As bowling, once again. But with empty space.

Some more about little cubes! And little cubes have one hundred energy. And your hit takes 50 energy. And idea of the game with little cubes. As soon as I launch BBC Basic for Sdl2.0, so I start to think to make about little cubes!

Some game ideas about games with little cubes. Lots. Different. So, I learn a little already programming. And I have some materials about this sphere. With little cubes. So, I take as a base already made development. And make a new variation. And it goes so faster. And with more fun.

And main here – it is everything works! Little cubes!!!!! So, it is possible to made lots of ideas with little cubes! To programming everything. Program everything. It is so funny! When everything works! And not so hard!
