Green Chef: Meal 3 Lamb Shakshuka! About to go full hurricane hunker down, but this last meal from my Green Chef box really hit the spot. Was able to cook it for my dad and me. My parents came from Sarasota to hide from the storm. We both loved the spices and ground lamb!

Green Chef: Meal 2 Second meal in this week's Green Chef keto box: chicken verde! Hard to pick a favorite part. Roasted cauliflower with lemon and toasted almonds, perfect chicken with a rockin garlic salsa on top, or the peppery arugula salad with olive oil? Yum! I really hate eating leftover chicken, so I was careful with this meal to keep a whole second portion separate. I just have to cook the chicken tomorrow and I'll have lunch good to go! I was even able to reuse some of the containers the ingredient came in to save portions for tomorrow. Easy cleanup for the rest of the packaging and it's able to be recycled.

Ok.... so I am completely irritated by their customer service and the lack of email notification regarding the next set of meals, nor am I a fan of how the food actually arrived. All the ice packs were completely melted (if George had not been home, I'm sure all the food would've been wasted because I live in Florida).
