I first started this one back in 2019 - and then all my Elsas came in the way of finishing her.  I often came back to her and did redo her face a couple of times actually, you can see some different versions of her in my work in progress story highlights on instagram. I guess I did lose interest after a while but now, 3 years later, she finally got her finished look! So here she is: Melody! Consider her as more of a designer version - the top actually even is from a designer Ariel doll. I also wanted to do a slightly older version of her, while still keeping an idea of her signature look. This one took longer than I thought because.... I was lazy, that's all. So I decided to finish before mermay it's over.

I thought this scene could take place in a fight between King Triton and a possible villain. He could have lost his trident somehow so Ariel took it.

wanted to draw Ariel because mermay. Ended up drawing her as a human instead of a mermaid oh wel This whole drawing feels like quite different from my style but if i look at other arts and this one the style was there already slowly developing. so i guess its the shading that makes it feel completely different?? Ah well this is also a new shading style that i absolutely fell in love with!

This post will a bit different than my usual uploads of new repaints. So here's my recently finished repaint of the Disney store holiday Ariel but I don't wanna talk too much about the repaint itself right now because I urgently need to find a new home for her. My poor kitty broke her paw last night after jumping down from a rather low distance, which is very unusual. After a visit to the emergency vet they found a suspicious spot in the x-ray which might be a bone tumor. To find out what is exactly we have to pay another vet a visit tomorrow but either way she will need surgery to tend to that paw. And in order to be able to pay for that I need to sell some dolls. Because keeping my cat is more important than keeping those dolls, however much I like them - I love Gwendolyn more. Disney on ice merch.

Hi guys, 

So I've been MIA lately, uh I've just been really busy with school and work lately, I have a few posts I've still got in my drafts that I need to hurry up and do but I feel like every time I get a minute I just have so much stuff to do tbh, 

So Im gonna do a Mini post. 

Today we went to Disney on ice.  It was really fun. 

We stopped by this little French restaurant for Dinner. Plenty of Practice because I really want to go to France Next year. 

I had this yummy half sandwich and a bowl of soup :)

I also ate a cheesecake bite and this fruit tart. I think I’ll stick to  the mini ones because that one just felt too big tbh. 

Its the same fruit tart that Sora eats in KH3. P.s. Sora baby Im so proud of you for making it into smash :)

Anyway first we stopped by the Disney store. 

I bought this roll up blanket for when I travel on the greyhound. Its great because I can roll it  up and just stick it in my backpack :) It was the last Ariel one too so I knew I had to grab it 

The next thing I bought were these up ears. And I love UP so they’re really cool they were also on clearance so of course I had to grab them I love a good deal tbh. 

The next thing I got was another Bento box. These have been super helpful since school started and i feel like I never have enough of them lol. 

I also grabbed this bag because I want to do Mickeys not so scary Halloween Party next year and HELLO this bag is frickin perfect for the job. Especially when you see how much candy they pass out? Nah I'm using this this. Plus its cute af. Also it was a value item so #yesplz

The last thing I grabbed was this UP mug. I really really like up and my friend got this one so I decided we would be mug buddies and I grabbed this one as well. 

I also grabbed this tote because it was only two dollars and I love these little bags. I usually  use them for my library books. 

Picked up these spoopy ornaments and hair scrunches because I LOVEEE corpse bride <3 

Finally we went to Disney on ice. I grabbed this little snowcone because it was yummy. The cup was kinda ugly but I really like Ariel. Next time i’m getting Anna and Elsa. 

I got this program book because I love program books :)

I got this doll, I really like the vintage style of it and the box but I have a few things, Rapunzel is on the box so it is at least from the 2010 era. Why the heck does it look like dollar store quality? If yall are selling snow cones for 15 dollars you can make a better doll. I also dont like how its basically just a mermaid doll. I thought she would have ice skates or something under her tail but nope just a regular doll. Man If I wanted a regular Ariel doll I could have just bought one at the Disney store. 

Lastly I have to say that for the price the doll is a bit cheap. Hopefully they redo the doll soon because the only  places I see dolls like that are the dollar store.
