I wasn’t initially panicked when it happened but now I am very anxious now. So on Thursday I cancelled a 1:1 meeting w the big boss and said I was free for another meeting w pkg team since they prefer that time. I didn’t think too much about it but the big boss messages me at freaked 8:45pm and was like we haven’t transitioned over yet so you still have to report to me and I want to know what you’ve been doing and the work you’re putting out and discuss swag for the team. And he repeated himself twice but in a slightly different way but I only saw that that evening because I did overtime and kept working on a project that day. So I immediately message him back to say I’m so sorry I didn’t warn you ahead of time, asked for an afternoon slot that Friday but we pushed it to Monday. But the thing was, I saw that he had a doctors appointment from 9-11am and said he’d be in by 11am but I suspected he wouldn’t get to the office by 11am so to just make it less stressful for him I cancelled it and I’ve done this before and I’ve asked him a few times if I don’t have anything to present or talk about we can cancel our meetings w/o proper notice and he was cool with it! Until this time when he wrote all that and it sucks. It seems like I was disrespecting him but I genuinely wasn’t and I wasn’t thinking that I don’t report to him anymore and it’d be any different. On that Friday though, I was right that he couldn’t make it into the office by 11am; he got in at 11:45am and jumped to another meeting. I am the lowest level on the design team so I know for a fucken fact that he would have rescheduled me anyways and im not doing the most compelling work that requires his attention tbh versus everyone else so even when I talk to him I have to really prove myself and be professional enough so that he will take me seriously (I mean he’s not a bad boss but he has this priorities!).

Anyways, he was low key awkward about it when I went up to him in person on Friday late afternoon to ask him when he was free. He wouldn’t look me in the eyes and I feel like I’m on tense ground rn. Is my job at risk right now? Is everything ok?? Is this a larger issue?? Coworkers not liking one another is a big issue in my book so is this going to fester into something big?? Did I read the situation wrong?? I feel so nervous because I want to be level headed about this. I don’t think I did anything wrong but I do accept that I should have communicated better..it’s just that his message really scared me.

I will say he immediately replied to my message that Thursday evening where I said sorry I wasn’t thinking and wasn’t communicating clearly and he said sorry I read the situation wrong and said I’ll be in at 11am.

??????? Homie what ???? Anyways idk what to expect tomorrow and I’m going to think over my talking points. Maybe it’s my last day?? Maybe it’s the end of the road for me???? It’s all iffy these days.

And it's a different light from previous albums, it's not the light from a halo who is on fire. Well, maybe it would be more accurate to say that it's the same light as before but... In a different phase.

Maybe you can still fear the light, it still feels dangerous, BUT in the end... You turn it on. And if there is still darkness, even with the light on... Then it's okay, accept me, lean on me! (did you see what I did there?)

As you can see, the black is still very well there, there is no mention of light in 72s (the song) if not for black light, it's midnight. This is the inciting incident, the cradle, the explosion that charred the object around us. And the object and the cradle itself... cast shadows. But the light is surrounding everything, right in the center, AND IT'S WARM, not white but yellow.
