Well, the elastic waistband finally gave out on my old pair of gi pants. All stretchy capabilities of the elastic are gone. I’ll miss the label of “123” which was my student number when I first started at the old dojo, back when it was located in Sensei Jason’s loft apartment.

Not too far along in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.  My house is a Pokemon Fighting Dojo.  I made the sumi-style Pokeballs, walls, and floor patterns myself!

It's always tough when you lose one of your best students. Patrick Winchester is one of my best students ever. He is good friend, a brother and an excellent role model for others in the dojo. We will definitely miss his presence on the floor. I want to send him a huge shoutout and love from all of us at the dojo ⛩ and wish him all the best in his journey to a new home and city. I don't play many DVDs in my Dojo, But when I Do, I play one of the Best Seminars to ever take place in Los Angeles in recent years! The 1st EVER USA 🇺🇸 MACHIDA KARATE Seminar that was hosted back on 6/6/15 at the world famous Black House @blackhousemma On this day we had 105 Participants and a packed house and three spectacular seminars in one day featuring Grand Master Yoshizo Machida, former UFC champion LYOTO "the Dragon" Machida and Current BELLATOR MMA fighter and former JKA world Vice Champion Chinzo "the Samurai" Machida all together in the first ever SUPER SEMINAR. It was a great success and one of my most biggest achievements and proud moments. As a fan and friend, the Machida Family are what I call the BEST of the BEST! It was such an honor for me to make this event happen! Also a special Shoutout to the leg sweeping master himself, @valmijailovic for producing such a great DVD production with Master's Magazine that is still available online. If u ever get curious about Machida Karate, just visit the Machida headquarters dojo in Lomita, CA OR any of the affiliated schools around the world. And if you can't do that, just go buy the DVD, you will love it. This is called the Japanese wizard shoulder throw. More of a rolling throw than a toss. Some of the things I like experimenting with in sparring. This is a regular type of training in our dojo. Anthony is one of my most favorite students because of his heart and desire to be the best karate student he can be. He continues to improve and is dedicated with positive attitude.
