she could- (remembers saying "fix me" implies it is a woman's job to be your care taker and roots back into misogyny) bring me back from the dead through strange means. fuck

Sometimes when you're gone, I don't know why
Find the simple need to sit and cry
It's not that I'm lonely, or that I'm blue
It's just that I need to be with you
Our love will last forever
Our love will last forever
Our love will last forever
Our love will last forever
When I know our love is goin' strong
And I have all I need to carry on
And my mind and body seem to understand
That for me, you are the perfect man
Our love will last forever
Our love will last forever

Life can be a challenge, life can seem impossible, but it's never easy when there's so much on the line.
- Donna Summers (December 31, 1948 – May 17, 2012)
She was a singer, songwriter, and painter. She gained prominence during the disco era of the late-1970s. A five-time Grammy Award winner, she was the first artist to have three consecutive double albums reach No. 1 on the United States Billboard 200 and charted four number-one singles in the U.S. within a 12-month period. She was the first Black woman to be nominated for an MTV Video Music Award.

Nostalgic music asks: 2, 7, 25?
2. What is the first album you listened to all the way through?
As a child, my parents were huge on music, so it probably was something by either Phil Collins, Meat Loaf, Bruce Springsteen, or Donna Summers. But I can vividly remember having the Titanic soundtrack and Savage Garden self-titled on cassette tape. I listen to both back-to-back on my walkman.
7. What album do you think still holds up to this day, even if you weren’t nostalgic about it?
I would have to say Shania Twain's 1997 album Come On Over.
25. What artist/ album influenced your personality the most?
My Chemical Romances, Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge. Especially the single I'm Not Okay (I Promise).
