Sometimes I really wonder how others and followers perceive and interact with my blog. Do u only see my stuff when it appears on ur dashboard? Or do u actively seek out this blog and scroll through it?

I see people like and sometimes reblog my age-old memes from months ago 😂 did u see them on someone else’s blog and decided to rb from the OP?

Well idk, but sometimes it kinda stings when most people only reblog stuff I reblog, like fanart and photos and seem to ignore all the stuff I make. Like wow thnx for following me only for others’ people stuff i guess. This blog was initially created to yeah, reblog bout the Koskelas but there was literally 0 content to reblog so it became more of a place where I share my own stuff

Again, I keep having trouble by comparing myself to others. Putting so much time and love into my serious art, gifs and moodboard edits only for most of them to be ignored or sit at a low 5 notes (given the fact I have more followers than that but 90% seems to not be active here. Some people rly start following me and then never reblogged or liked anything. Not even stuff I reblog from others.)

Like yeah I still enjoy sharing stuff I make but it gets harder and harder and I hate to often catch myself thinking:

At first I wondered if people dont rly know what the rb button is until people do reblog stuff that isnt mine 🤸 Anyways that’s actually a big reason I started another sideblog to rb and to keep most stuff on here, just be my stuff. Cue the decline in activity.

It's already difficult being a Koskela fan, given the fact how little the large average fandom seems to care but I've seen other Koskela fanart that gotten 100+ notes. Makes me always think how??? Maybe they're more popular and have a bigger reach... The annoying voice in my head tells me it's becos their art is better T_T

But I think popularity really is key becos I remember when the 6 second Koskela BTS video came out and I created gifs out of it, which in the end did get a bigger rb/love than most of my work ever reached, but some other blog instantly had like 100-200+ notes on the same gifset that hadn't even fully separated each fragment of that 6second thing 😂

I'm one of the "old bloggers" too, been around here for 15 years and just turned 30 last month 🥳 and you're right, could be the age why we dont understand the conceptual change 😭😂

I'm also pretty sure we both have the same idea of tumblr and how to use it respectfully and politely, so as to not make this ask even longer, I'll skip it if that's ok?

The thing is, some content creators I follow occasionally post rants and warnings about not wanting any opinions in the hashtags, comments, any text added to their gif sets, positive thoughts included. It's not that I've ever received a msg directly, but I do feel like I'm being yelled at too in those rants because I type things like "this is so gorgeous and I love that character so much" in the tags.

I definitely don't reblog as much as before and tbh don't even want to anymore. That, however, doesn't include your work, which I often reblog without thinking twice. So thank you, for everything you're doing here. Wishing you a nice week 🫶🏻🩷☀️🌺

Oh, I see what you mean now. I think I've said it in one of my asks, how much we love to read other people's thoughts and opinions (= you screaming about how much you love the character/person or show or scene or whatever in the gifset) on our gifsets/content. So please always reblog stuff and yell about how much you love it, it's the best thing to see :) I know some content creators don't like when people add stuff to their gifset in the comment section and not in the tags. So it changes the layout/style of the original post a bit. I don't mind if people add their thoughts in the comments section and it's defo no reason to send hate to other bloggers.

What I personally dislike tho is, when people reblog my gifset and add negative tags to it (like I fuckn hate this show, or the character sucks). Why reblog something you don't like, that makes no sense to me. That's actually the only reason I don't like people reblogging my gifs. Thankfully most of the reblogs I get are lovely and happy reblogs which makes me happy too :)

Anyway, I think I got what you mean and I think you also understand my points. Thanks for talking about this and clearing things up. I get why it's a bit discouraging for you to reblog stuff, no one wants to get hate and no one should get hate, ever. 1. Music. I’m not big on lyrics but if music sounds good, I’m in. It can’t calm me, but it inspires me, makes me feel alive, and honestly, there’s so much going on in my head at all time every day that whenever music is playing, I feel like I’m actually grounded and like, alive. Taking part in my life and not just watching it go by.

2. Movies and tv. I dont love a lot of TV shows. Very few hold my attention. I like being able to sit down for two hours and have an entire story told to me. Movies are better for that. They make me think less, and are what I want to do with my life. Random tangent, Jurassic Park is forever the best adventure movie. No one can convince me otherwise.

3. Rain. It rarely rains where I live, but when it does happen I am OUTSIDE IMMEDIATELY. When I’m rich and famous I hope I live somewhere with lots of trees, thunderstorms, and the occasional sunny day.

4. Walking. Quite literally the only time I don’t feel overwhelmed.

5. Taking the train when it snows, and it’s late at night and the streets are empty, all the untouched snow covers everything around you. Your headphones are out and it’s just the rattling of the shitty public transit on the shitty rails but it’s so quiet cuz of the snow and you feel like the last man on earth. Phone is off, there’s no external stimuli. When I die, I hope that’s what the afterlife is. Because I’d be happy with that.

Literally whenever people reblog and basically scream shit in the tags or scream in the reblog text box, I LOVE IT. I started making them because my best friend at the time would basically yell “FUCK YOU” at me every time I made ones specifically for her😂😂

Honestly, it does get frustrating sometimes, but I know that people enjoy my content. I do what I can for what people ask. But, it can be frustrating when I try to start conversations and shit or basically starting going off about my personal preference in guys and no one interacts. Literally, one of my favorite nights that I ever had on this blog had to have been almost 2 years ago now. 1. ik everyone has a different journey, but is there a “preferred” way to manifest for someone who has no experience and is also in doubt? ik you can do it even w doubts, but i literally don’t know where to start. should i write my affirmations? say them in front of a mirror? think them?

2. for someone who is at the beginning of this journey, is it the best to start manifesting “small” things and then go on to the most serious one? should i just focus on one in particular?

3. what was the craziest/biggest thing you manifested? (need this for motivation 😭)

4. how long did it take your first time to manifest something? what did you do? where you skeptical at first?

5. would reading any of neville’s books help?

6. my biggest wish is to change my body but i can’t “logically” believe it’s possible. i read you don’t believe logic is real, yet from a scientific point of view i dont know how to accept this. any tips? did you change anything “crazy” about yourself?

1. affirmations are just your thoughts so when we say affirm we mean just think in your favor. also some people say their affirmations in the mirror for different reasons so if that’s appealing to you then you should do it, same with the scripting.

2. I don’t believe in “small” or “big” manifestations, there’s no reason why you can’t have the thing you desire now so why wait ? I know I didn’t start off “small”

3. I’ve manifested a lot 😂 idek but ima just say my telepathy

4. when I first found out about loa ? I got my manifestation in just two days , I was in shock a little bit but then I got hype and I was like “can’t nobody tell me I’m not the goddess of my reality😭”

5. yes and no ima be honest I love Neville’s books but sometimes people can have a hard time understanding what he’s actually saying (I do believe someone made a summary of his lectures and books tho lmk if you want me to reblog it) but they’re really great for motivational purposes and getting the gist of the law . I recommend reading Neville and Joseph Murphy because while Neville focuses more on imagination and visualization , Joseph Murphy focuses more on affirmations or ‘reprogramming your subconscious’ but overall they’re both helpful and have success stories in their works.

6. ima tell you this now😂you need to get rid of any ‘logical’ mindset, I would say go and read other peoples personal success stories and maybe that will help or you can always just try it for yourself 🤷🏾‍♀️I’ll reblog some success stories that I know have pictures linked to them and last but least, I wouldn’t say ‘crazy’😂but from a logical standpoint ? it might seem crazy , I changed the color of my eyes .
