Cage is the one least fleshed out in this regard lmao. They actively avoid any actions that they see as "parading the illusion of personhood" (aka they actively stop themselves from doing things out of enjoyment bc tools aren't supposed to have fun) so using their overseers for anything that isn't "practical" is something they try to avoid.

They still will find mental justifications of "practicality" for their overseer usage, but it's always a very strained enjoyment. The most fun they get from their "practical" overseer usage is spying on other iterators. And, when they have finalized their solution, watching their gift slowly kill the ones they claim to be saving.

And for the others...

Pre-death Symphony liked to watch patterns form in the golden ripples of the void fluid sea. She actually would create artwork based off what she saw, and would write poems and songs based on her philosophical musings. She never shared any of this art with anyone but her brother Harmony.

Doomsday used to enjoy watching wildlife flourish the most, especially baby lizards and slugcats. Nowadays, while he still enjoys observing his cultivated garden of a superstructure, he also just enjoys observing the lives of his new era of citizens (the "doomcats" as I've been calling them) and their burgeoning civilization which he helps to cultivate.
