you would be spoiled.

and i mean SPOILED.

douma simply wouldn’t have a problem giving his child what they want. given he’s rich after all〜

douma would get REALLY clingy to his child. fast. he would also gain love for his child.

real love, not his facade love.

“lord muzan, what is this feeling? why does my child gives me this feeling, of maybe.. happiness, you call it?”

“…because you love your child?”

“hmm. i’ve heard of ‘love’ before..”

give him some time, he’ll realize it eventually.

did i mention that he’d be clingy? nonstop kisses. hugs. headpats. cuddles. even “i love you” although he doesn’t fully understand it yet.

you were able to make him feel emotions, so he ISN'T letting go of that. he’ll do whatever it takes to protect his child.

if his child was to ever cry, he wouldn’t exactly understand, but he does know that tears = not good. so he’d be on it asap. seeing daki cry a lot helped him comprehend that.

“ohhh, my little lotus! what’s wrong, hm? cmon now, don’t cry.. how about you color with papa?”

if you were still crying, he would lowkey be worried. and call for uncle akaza.

does akaza wanna be the said “uncle”? NO.

but for the sake of the child? YES.

as we know, akaza doesn’t like douma. but he wont let a poor CHILD suffer from him.

you giving douma emotions also means that you unlock his protective mode. always on lookout, keeping a eye on muzan when his child is near him, even watching both humans AND demons around his child.

douma may be childish and sometimes aloof, but he will not mess around when it comes to his precious flower.

surprisingly, douma would get quite angry if akaza says he should take his child, because he isn’t “doing a good job.”

when in reality douma would be. he’d do his very best. he’d give it his all. akaza just doesn’t trust him with a child. let alone anything.

douma would trust you with akaza, kokushibo, and muzan the most if he couldn’t be with you. although he would try to just bring you along with him to avoid all of that. but sometimes he just can’t.

(by the way, kokushibo and akaza wouldn’t mind babysitting you. muzan will do it, only after he threatens douma about it.)

he’d be really excited to see you once he comes back.

“my little love! im so happy to see you! did you miss papa? lets do something together, shall we?♡”

douma would absolutely be obsessed with dotting on you. he loves his new feeling of love.

sometimes it can even be a bit too much, but he just wants to let his child know that they are loved.

some phrases you’ll hear from dad!douma very often:

no, but for the sake of douma getting his mission done, maybe killing some hashira plus him potentially finding the blue spider lily? yes.

he doesn’t even like douma, he’s one of his least favorite upper moons. but after all, douma is still a uppermoon. upper moon two, if you will〜

which means he has advantages that lower kizuki and demons don’t!

muzan would definitely negotiate with douma on why he has to babysit his child. they’re not his! but douma is just so persistent…

“muzan-sama〜! can you please babysit my child for me? while i go on my mission? it’s far too dangerous, i can’t risk losing my precious baby!”

“why? whatever happened to “uncle akaza”? they aren't mine, and certainly isn’t my responsibility. you should just be a better father and just protect them.”

“muzan-sama, please? i’ll give you my beautiful eye in return? akaza-dono is out somewhere. they’re just a baby to me, i don’t want them to be traumatized for what they'll witness. see how cute they look? i promise they won’t cause any trouble〜 they'll spread joy onto you〜 something you may need〜”

now it’s just you and muzan.. muzan and you..

he would most likely sit you off in a corner and let you doodle on blank papers.

while he finishes up any work he has. and of course looking off into the area you’re in, making sure you’re not causing any trouble〜

for some reason he decides to head your way? he doesn’t even know why, he just does.

when he sees that your actually drawing pictures of landscapes and sceneries, he’s impressed?!

(yes, you are a still toddler. only cool readers over here.)

he asks you questions about your drawings, and listens carefully through your speech impediment.

now that you’ve caught his eye, he moves you closer to where he’s working, at his desk. (congrats, you got promoted from the corner to near his desk!)

out of his old man habits, he starts rambling to you about flowers, and your little self just listening, occasionally asking questions.

it seems like.. the two of you are bonding over flowers, hm? how cute♡

it seems like you’ve got knowledge on flowers yourself, so muzan proceeds to asks you,

“at any point in time of your doings, have you seen a flower thats in deep blue of color? a blue spider lily?”

whatever your answer was, he decides to keep you closer to him.

not only because you could help him find the blue spider lily, but because… well…

now he sort of favors you♡

not your father. but you. he will never admit this either, for you’re still the offspring of douma.

when he finishes up with his experiments for the moment, he turns to you and sees that you’re bored.

he would find something else for the both of you to do. taking a stroll!

he picks you up, and carries you around asakusa, and any nearby beautiful forest, while the both of you still talk about flowers, or anything your toddler brain wants to talk about〜

after around a couple of hours, the two of you return back to the castle. and what’s that, a little smile on muzans face?!

gone, as soon as you look at him, though.

he sees douma, and quickly shoves you into his arms.

“oooh, my baby〜! did you miss papa? i thought of you the whole time! oh, how much i love you♡! muzan-sama, thank you so much! i know my little one wasn’t causing any trouble, right? what did you two do?”

“they were fine. and that’s none of your business, your child is back to you without harm. there'll be repercussions the next time you make me babysit, now leave.”

muzan doesn’t have any love for children. let alone, almost anyone.

overall, he actually didn’t mind babysitting you! not only we’re you easy to handle, but you’re intelligent.

you were upset at something that happened earlier, and tried to ask for a solution from your beloved〜

he gave you your answer, alright.. but he worded it in a way that might’ve made it seem like it was your fault on what happened.

he didn’t try to! he just tried to get you to realize where exactly it went wrong.

now… he’s just waiting in anticipation for your response.

but instead, you just sit there just trying to pinpoint what his goal in mind was. looking a more upset than before.

forgetting it all, you end up heading to bed, attempting to just relax.

drifting off to sleep (if you’re able to sleep), you suddenly remember that your lover didn’t join you to bed. will a small disagreement split the two of you up into separate rooms tonight?

your eyes quickly widen and see that kokushibo is there, but with his back facing you.

when did he even get in here?! it looks like he’s been here for a minute too. sneaky uppermoon one…

now that you’re relieved, you move closer to him, and place your arm around him to his heart♡

he slightly smiles, only smiles. eventually he tells you as he rest his eyes..

“i apologize for the way i initially communicated with you. we may talk this out tomorrow, with less misunderstandings, (name).”

douma wouldn’t understand why you’re mad at him!

teasing is just his nature! no matter how harsh it is, to him, he’s only speaking out of love.

which he is, but.. he doesn’t consider that other people could find it offensive or annoying.

he’ll listen when you voice your opinion on his absurd way of showing love, but, it’ll only result in more teasing〜

eventually, you get too fed up with his cockiness and foul teasing to the point where you just go to bed! without him!

even while upset at your love, you do fairly want him by your side, even if he is being a little s- -

- -so like i said, he wouldn’t fully understand on why you’re upset, so he’s not giving you any personal space.

therefore, he ends up joining you in bed〜

in bed where it feels like forever, with the both of you facing opposite ways.

you silently look over, and to what it seems like he’s “sleeping”.

soon enough you flip over and spoon him, while a smirk appears on doumas face, as he places his hand on top of yours♡

somehow in a span of three seconds, now he’s spooning you, hugging you while saying,

“oh, my love! i knew you couldn’t stay mad at me for too long〜 oh how much i’ve missed you♡”

akaza

akaza is aware of where this all went wrong, but in his brain (if demons have one atp) he just tried to help.

today was just not the day for you.

maybe someone was being annoying, you lost a fight, woke up on the wrong side of the bed, who knows.

whatever happened, akaza was determined to fix it, because he only wants his lover to be happy!

but… you just wanted to be alone. sometimes alone time is all you need〜

but akaza kept bringing you things you like, kept staying near you, and kept asking if everything was alright♡

you accepted his kindness and offers, but you genuinely just wanted to be alone to recharge, but your lover being persistent as he is only made you feel more annoyed.

you expressed that, but he just kept following you like a lost puppy!

in due time, you end up vaguely telling off akaza for “pestering” you and how you just had a awful day.

he stands there, with a blanket and pillow in his hand, not saying a word as you walk off to bed… and he follows you.

he tucks both of you to bed, and you both lay there facing opposite ways.

you lay there, thinking over your day. you shortly realize that akaza was there for you even at your lowest, but you didn’t see it because you were already upset.

you turn around, and swiftly spoon the “sleeping” akaza, holding his hand〜

he lets out a little chuckle and caresses your hand to tell you,

“i’m sorry for ruining your day even further. but i’m glad to be here for you now. sometimes just a hug is all you need, my love.”

certainly, muzan will think you’re absolutely perfect, how couldn’t you be? you’re a demon, but your a angel! isn’t that wonderful〜？

i mean cmon! you’re entirely stunning, everyone loves your aura, you move with such grace and command in your walk, and is highly intelligent and collected.

you’re so amazing to the point where even the demon king credits you! not only because you’re his partner, but because he knows your independence.

your lover would not address you as a demon, but rather an angel. to him, you are only an angel♡

douma pretty much enjoys all of your presence. especially since no one else really wants to be around him. he’s quite clingy knowing you don’t mind, almost like a small child〜

akaza, of course, admires your strength. he also likes the fact that you’re not nearly as annoying as douma or muzan (yes, your own lover!).

hantengu is much, much too scared to approach you. but your calm aura allows himself to slowly stop crying, even just for a minute. for some reason, i feel like he would buy you beautiful ornaments, but would be too scared to give them too you.

gyokko would simply think that you’re a work of art. he would get immensely happy and all blushy (like he did with muzan) if you even compliment his pots! is that all he cares about?

gyutaro & daki would love that you don’t look down upon them like the other uppermoons do. one person having faith in you goes a long way! because of this, they would see you as a parental figure. secretly, they call you “father” behind your back. it gives them a sense of comfort〜

rui would love you twos’ bond! it’s very adorable and wholesome, and muzan is even fond of it. he most likely knows about his “favorite privileges” so he would love to bond with you any time he can.

i had to explain it individually, because all of the demons are truly different. but, my point is clear, right? in their own way, they all yearn for your comfort〜

the uppermoons find you and your lovers’ relationship cute, although they won’t admit this to at least not muzan.

muzan wouldn’t mind though, he wants everyone to know that his lover is a perfect angel.

as we all know, muzan is quite a stressed man. but you, are able to stay calm.

he sincerely appreciates you in his life, because you remind him to take breaks from his experiments, and to take care of himself. which he will anyways, he’s obsessed with vanity.

if you have any special abilities that very few demons have, then expect muzan to want to do just a few experiments.

now that i’m thinking about it… your lover might use you as a benchmark to the other demons. “why can’t you all be as strong as (m/n).” is probably what he once said to the lower moons.

but since they most likely wouldn’t know you, they’re all like “???”

like i said before, muzan definitely recognizes your independence, but he would be lowkey clingy.

always taking you along to meetings, spying on people/demons together, taking walks in forests, having you in his lab while he works, and even doing shopping for luxurious items.

him dragging you everywhere is also a way how he shows love. the fact that he wants you in his presence♡

in his own way, he thinks of you guys as a power couple!

She offers genuine kindness, expecting nothing in return! This surprises/confuses Douma because people either don’t like him or only view him as an object to trauma dump on. your cat would have a quite simple role:

to become a destresser for his followers while enjoying being pet〜

douma would listen to everything you have to say about your cat, for he loves you and your cat♡

would even surprise you and buy cat toys, scratching posts, cat treehouses and cat food!…

…even if the demon cat can’t eat it. he saw that it was for cats, and bought it.

most likely will ask if your cat is skilled in any type of fighting.

• if it isn’t, he would offer to see if he can train the cat to fight. what?

• if it is, then he would try to get you to send him on missions. just for fun. what?!

as a uppermoon, douma doesn’t have that type of time to think of demon animals. so he finds yours rather intriguing!

how long has your cat live in mortal and demon years? does it possess a BDA, and if so, what is it? does eat human too? did it transform into a new look when it turned?

putting aside his curiosity, he genuinely adores your cat. especially since you adore your cat. to him, that could be seen as bonding for the 3 of you.

if you ask him to, he’ll even protect the little pet. and in do time, the cat be you twos’ shared pet.

i didn’t know whether to use a picture of san lang or hua cheng… you can imagine either!

hua cheng would probably freeze up at the thought of that.

he does want to meet her yes, but what if he messes something up?!

xie lian would reassure him and tell him his mom is lovely〜

she would be so supportive!!! so happy to know that someone loves her son just as much as she does♡〜

most likely would be skeptical at first, it’s only her motherly instincts trying to protect her son〜

…your husband is… the ghost king..? a calamity..? feared by the heavens..?? ..well if you like it, i love it!

i think she would get over that quickly given the fact that xie lian would reassure her heavily that his precious san lang would never hurt him. 

i believe she would be intrigued in why hua cheng loves her son, and listen to every detail with a lovely smile.

“im happy to hear your reasonings for loving my son. but as my son in law, i would love to know you on a more personal level, and welcome you into the family.”

you already know hua cheng would be so respectful! 

bowing to her often, calling her the most respectful titles, cooking for her, opening doors for her, bringing her gifts and paintings he made of her, helping her with anything she needs, and more!

could even make xie lian jealous〜

the more they get to know eachother, the more motherly she becomes with him. treating him with the same, if not just as much love she treats him with xie lian.

i have a feeling hua cheng wouldn’t exactly want her to call him “hua cheng”. would he want her to call him “san lang” too? 

definitely she would be the type of mother to watch the two lovebirds in the back, just adoring them from afar♡

i feel like by accident, she would embarrass xie lian a couple times.. hua cheng will have to reassure him that it’s okay! 

“my queen of xianle, it was a honor to meet you. i promise to protect you and your son, xie lian. gege, thank you.”

overall, they two of them would bond heavenly, and would thank xie lian for such a wonderful opportunity〜
