Ciel is such a weird character in zx

You would think a scientist that managed to revived a legandary, solved the stupid genocide problems along with creating a system that generate infinite life energy (at least, i assume it's infinite)

She should have been a celebrity, an important figurine in history.

Nope, she just...get mentioned. Fucking Prometheus just refered to her as "that woman". Like, c'on, man

Make me wish there was some sort of... library section in zx or zxa that give us lores dump about the world.

Personally, i theorize that the the big Four, Giro along with Aile and Vent were intended on using model Ws only cuz' there are bunch of them.

Like, Ciel did say that the chosen Ones for her biometals CAN use model Ws too (well, the specific phrase is "unlease model W" which...similar meaning i guess?)

And then, what the heck is up with the stained glass window on Ouroboros? I think most player who is familiar with zero games would jump right to the conclusion that it was Ciel who is on the glasses

But tbh, i want to blame it on the art style cuz' anybody could have that hair bang (but this is a lame theory)

Part of me thought it would be funny had maybe master Albert did admire Ciel and her scientific works.

Now that I see it. I think the game would have been a lot better if it was centered around the Suicide Squad helping the Justice League in the crisis.

THIS IS ALL JUST MY OPINION

Like Brainiac comes to invade earth so the League is doing all they can to stop him, however with their core focus on the ship and keeping city damage to a minimum they cannot keep an eye on the petty crimes or the stray monsters that come from the ship — that’s where Task Force X comes in. While the Justice League fights the good fight, the Suicide Squad is made to handle clean up duty for shortened sentences. Fighting street goons, forced to rescue hostages, cleaning out “restricted zones” over run by the enemy.

Later on as the game progresses, maybe throw in a couple times where Task Force X saves the League members. Brainiac has got them pinned some way shape or form, extracting dna to strengthen his army so now they need rescuing. Maybe getting personal missions with each League member that needs you to fly solo with your favorite character. Earning the League’s trust and assistance along the way.

Then the final boss reveals about the other universes’ Brianiacs that won’t stop until this planet is destroyed so now Task Force X gets “promoted” to an auxiliary force that is “seasonally” shipped out to help the League fight within these other universes. They have to fight the other villains too in these other worlds they travel, then once they beat them they are brought into the Task Force. Fighting various corrupted league members throughout the different worlds as the game expands instead of doing it all at once.

This way at least they would have ample time to give better justice to killing the Justice League.

Also, I'm curious how Dr.Light found the Merfolk eggs. Did he just stumble upon a weird fish egg one day and decide "I wonder what this will hatch into", only to be met with a little fishboy?

I honestly think he found them as pups after a really really bad storm. In this AU, his lab is like, right on the coast, and during a walk after the storm he found this little wiggly thing about the size of a puppy (Cut), and then he just...kept finding more. At first he treated them as wild animals but as they grew older and more intelligent he officially took them in as his sons.

Rock, Roll (and Blues) he did find as eggs, and at that point he knew they'd also be merpups. It was very nerve-wracking, so he brought Wily in to help him with the Blues-Egg for moral support. (course that didn't go well.)

3rd numbers creation headcanons!!!

We all know both Dr. Wily and Dr.Light made the third numbers, but making all 7 robots together at the same time isn't very efficient. So I'm gonna expand on that.

First off, Dr. Wily made Needle man while Dr.Light made Magnet man.

After that, they worked together on making Gemini man because of his cloning technology. Dr. Light was happy with the results, but Dr. Wily not so much. He believed that the technology could be even more efficient, but they didn't have time to dwell on a single robot.

Then they spent their time dwelling on a single robot, Hard man. It was tough because of how heavy his body is, normal robot legs just weren't able to support everything. Not only that, he needed enough power to fly for a few seconds because he can't jump normally.

(Wily took the time to secretly add time powers to Hard man...which is why everything freezes when he hits the ground despite it being in the air. It only works for a few seconds because it takes too much energy and he doesn't even realise he has them..just a silly hc of mine)

And then they spent more time working on a singular robot...Top man! Luckily he had no complications, so Dr. Light even trusted Dr. Wily to finish him while he started work on Spark man.

So while Dr. Light worked on Spark man, Dr. Wily found an opportunity to improve upon Gemini man's technology...and rub it in Light's face! And so, he made Snake man. Why is he a snake? Because Dr. Wily wanted to make him stand out among the 3rd numbers. He even gave him red eyes to make him more unique! He truly does stand out among them...which definitely doesn't make him feel like an outsider in his own line....haha yeah.

Dr. Wily and his understanding of colour theory...It all worked out until Top man and Snake man found an abandoned robot somewhere. Wily fixed it and named him Shadow man!

They didn't actually need an 8th robot because they only needed 7 more energy crystals. They already had one at the lab, so Shadow man just helped around the lab a little...until Wily ordered him to take the energy crystal and fly to space.

Oh and a bonus headcanon...

Snake man and Spark man were completed exactly on their deadline, so they didn't get time to socialise with their fellow linemates before actually going to space. Dr. Light and Dr. Wily were sure that no problems would arise from that...

They were wrong. Very wrong.

One is avoidant and the other is anxiously attached...and they decided to choose eachother for company.

Remember, always socialise your robots before sending them out to space...

you know, I'm surprised Dr.Light didn't make Rock some special gloves or something like Rogue from X-men, after all her abilities are very similar. Also I'm surprised Rock trying to befriend Bass isn't still a thing in this so far, since it's something he tries to do a lot in the games and never really seems to give up on it. (poor Bass has two friends in the games, and only one of them does he actually consider a friend.)

You know, I had actually been thinking about that at one point lol You’ll see in the next post :)

Deathstroke tests a theory by seeing how green lanterns ring reacts to him. While he’s distracted Ollie stabs him in the eye with an arrow which makes Slade finally lose his cool. He attacks Ollie and goes to beat him into the ground but the others use the opportunity to gang up on him, this time without their powers. Dr.light remembers what they did to him (Identity Crisis #3)

Had Ciel been a young adult, like, early 20s? You think everyone would be more judgemental at her after the truth about Copy X was revealed? (I mostly referring to players)

Like, she made him thus she is responsible for his actions. But most people would dismiss as "hey, she was a kid at that time, cut her some slacks" and yeah, we can also assume there is other factors such as the government would monitor copy X and "teach" him the politics without Ciel's input.

But what happened had she been an adult, a respectful scientist of Neo Arcadia?

"Should she have known better?"

"Why did she not study Dr.Light's methods carefully?"
