*TVs across Grand Bavia suddenly turn off and cut out. They then all play a message from President Kuzi sat at her presidential desk*

“My dear people, and the people of the greater galaxy.

The Democratic State of Grand Bavia was built on several principles, those of freedom, democracy and the right to allow others to pursue their own paths in this galaxy. The goal of the President, which is I, is to uphold these principles and ensure that everyone in the galaxy is free and able to pursue their own lives.

It came to my attention a few weeks ago that the Wano Revolutionary Republic was formed on a lie, that of it being a democratic nation. We saw this when they murdered our people in an act of terrorism; an act the Galactic Community told us was our own fault and refused to accept any other alternative because of our species. The BIIS declared the WRR a threat to the Democratic State and its ideas. However the information we’ve come across is more damning of the Revolution as a concept than anything else.

The Wano Revolutionary Republic was formed after a supposed referendum to leave the Kingdom of Evrocia and that they’d embrace the Revolution as a united nation. However the BIIS came across information that showed the Dharan Revolutionary Republic had suppressed votes from the territory of New Ruzia which actually voted to join the Bavian Nation and our greater cause for democracy and freedom.

We approached the Wano Government about this privately, raised our concerns and then the bombing incident happened. The Wano are actively hiding their authoritarian ways and preventing democracy from taking its course.

We appealed for re admittance to the Galactic Community on these grounds and the idea that everyone should be heard in the galaxy, regardless of their government. However they took the Wano’s side and made the greater galaxy think we’re the bad guys here.

Therefore the Wano Revolutionary Republic, the Dharan Revolutionary Republic, Alari Commonwealth, Argent Pact, and many others have chosen empire over freedom, something we will not stand for. That is why I have taken action as President of Grand Bavia, and as president I can announce a historic piece of action from this galaxy, one that is decisive.

The DSGB formally declares war against the Wano Revolutionary Republic with two main goals in mind, annex New Ruzia as was their wishes in the Wano Independence Referendum, and to dismantle the Wano Revolutionary Republic.

The Revolution is a threat to everyone in the Greater Bavian Region and it is clear to us all that it must be limited to the Dharan states. The Revolution was built on a lie that I had died, however I can assure the galaxy that while I live we will, Grand Bavia will fight for democracy, no matter the cost.”

The following is a statement from His Majesty the King.

Subjects of Evroncia,

The galaxy has given us many challenges since the birth of our species. From famine and droughts to instability and internal conflict. However today the Kingdom faces its biggest challenge since its establishment, over one thousand five hundred years ago. When our people ascended to the stars under my late fathers, King Poncaro XIX, we welcomed everyone of all species. We were willing to cooperate with everyone.

The war between the DSGB and WRR was not our concern, a war between two states. We decided we'd feed the population of Grand Bavia and help fund their hospitals. We traded with them to ensure their own survival against their government.

The Bavian Democratic State's government is one of tyranny and authoritarianism. People are persecuted each day for their religion and political beliefs.

They arrested my husband, Prince Orenca, because of a note I handed him before meeting President Kuzi. My goal was to secure peace between the two states. My goal was stability. Despite my efforts, I was sent away as they hunted for Orenca.

I regret to this day that I gave him that note that kick started this chain of events. However the decision by the Argent Pact to detain Duchess Qelosa has forced my hand.

I serve you, the people. It is my responsibility to keep you safe and it is that I shall do. Parliament demands war, sending us to a war zone that gets us nothing and I won't allow it. This Kingdom is not going to war.

However it is clear that neutrality cannot be the way forward. That is why I am announcing today that the Kingdom of Evroncia will be severing all diplomatic ties with the DSGB. All trade will be turned around and discontinued.

However I am not finished. Until Duchess Qelosa is returned to this Kingdom, I am suspending Parliament and placing the country under marshal law. For it is my kingdom and I will not allow the Bavians or anyone else to destabilise it.

These actions were in agreement with the Prime Minister who will continue to serve her role, despite our disagreements. This action has not been taken lightly. Once Parliament is regathered, I will allow a free and fair debate on the Kingdom's future in terms of our relationship with the galaxy. However for the sake of saving lives, I cannot allow this to happen.

The president took his stand, and saluted the assembly, the broadcast happening on evey Station. “Most esteemed representatives, defenders of the revolution, citizens of the Revolutionary Republics, citizens of Pertainia. I am President Mevera of the Wano Revolutionary Republic.

“The war against the DSGB is still ongoing and has seen many victories, however I do not come to you to boast or to show off, but to send a very important message. As we have seen in the previous days the galaxy has been thrown into yet another needless war, one fueled like our own, greed and the ambitions of a select group of people. The wars have already seen countless battles and countless losses. The galaxy has entered a pivotal moment for us all.

“The confrontation between PEACE and the Khanate is a direct threat to the nation of which we all live in, threatening galactic escalation on a scale the WRR has never seen. This has led to other powers, mainly Grand Bavia taking advantage of this by attacking our homes and our allies yet again. The war may be going well but is not won yet. The Dharan Security Services have identified that the Bavians were behind the infiltration of our homeworld and the attacks on our neighbour, the Kingdom of Evroncia. This is something they’ll deny of course yet we should bring to the attention of the galaxy anyway.

“Now the reason I come here is because the WSS believe the Bavian state is preparing to escalate the war and we need to be prepared, that is why I implore that anyone who believes in the revolution comes and fights for it. The Wano Revolutionary Republic alongside its DRR allies stand with PEACE in this time of conflict. This is no longer a war for the survival of our government but one of our ideals and way of life. The Wano people will never embrace a hateful ideology and will fight against all those who try to change that!”

President Mevera pulled out the book he had been holding to show it being the first translated copy of the Revolutionary Manifesto written by then President Hulauz of the then Bavian Revolutionary Republic.

“The WRR is the third nation in the galaxy to embrace the revolution, one that started in our own enemy’s territory. However the reason we don’t fight it and don’t try to change it is because the ideas of the revolution unites us. It shows I am no better than the man that walks next to me, showing true equality regardless of species. It unites the Wano people after centuries of division, it unites the Dharans and Olkos despite our differences, the revolution unites us with our allies in the Kingdom, it unites us all. The revolution’s main battle isn’t decided in the stars but here in our own minds, we only fight for the revolution because we believe in it. The revolution is proven to only make this country better.

“And it will not end with us, people of the Revolution. This war is our first major test, but I can assure you we will pass it. Once this war is over we will promote democracy and freedom across the galaxy - from Bavia, to the enemies of PEACE, to the Western Quadrant. This nation, Wano, is the beginning of a Galactic Revolution, one that will unite previously divided communities under one ideology, one idea. The ultimate goal of the revolution and this war is clear, no-one shall ever be oppressed again and all shall live free!”

The following is a statement from the President.

“Citizens of Grand Bavia, people of the Galaxy. As President of the Democratic State, it is my job to make the hard decisions here for Grand Bavia, fight for it, and defend it against the manner of all folk who try and destroy it. However, today, I have both good and bad news. First, I can announce that a deal has been struck with the Initiative, our former allies. I went to the GC yesterday and managed to secure peace between us. The cost was simple, letting the swarm return to their homeland while we allowed them to inspect our fine militaries. I hope that as president, they can learn from our military and fleets and be assured we are not going to attack the CI. That is why I can announce my intention to normalise relations between the DSGB and the CI, we have had our disagreements, our periods of anger, and where we have both been in the wrong. However after our latest disagreement it is time we move on such petty things. I can also announce all members of the CI are no longer considered enemies of the Democratic State, their cooperation and willingness to talk to us when the rest of the galaxy wouldn’t is something Grand Bavia appreciates. It is thanks to my team here at the Ministry of Defence and BIIS that we have been able to secure this peace. However, now we ask to maintain it by the CI withdrawing from Bavia's interests. We do not want to be your enemy no longer. We are prepared to listen, and I, as president, am ready to listen to you as well. The interests of the Democratic State come first, and our interest is peace with the initiative. I am glad to have helped end hostilities. However, my friends, as one foe falls, another rises, the Wano Revolutionary Republic attacked our nation, murdered our people and then seek protection of the Argent Pact, this is something we cannot stand for. That is why as President I am announcing all resources are to be moved to be reenforcing the Bavian-Wano Border at once to prevent what we believe could be used as a launch pad for invasion. The DSGB encourages you all to support the state, not me but the state during this time. I will not live forever. None of us will, but if we try, we can make the DSGB live long enough for our children to retire in it. This is a Grand Bavia we can make work if we try, and I, as your president, will do everything I can to make it so.”

His Majesty King Yonwa has announced that President Kuzi has left the Kingdom earlier than planned on His Majesty's request with the revaltions of the comments made by members of her government.

The King said in a statement that:

The President of the Democratic State has been asked to leave the Kingdom of Evroncia following the iltasting comments on the Dharan and Wanp Revolutionary Republics.

The Kingdom of Evroncia will continue its commitment to stabilise the region of which all of our people reside. We will also support the Galactic Community in this endeavour.

I can also announce that President Kuzi and I have spoken on many issues and we have come to an agreement on a mutually beneficial trade deal with the DSGB that shall come into affect immediately.

In other news, however, the Department of Education has announced that following the resignation of Professor Jeri from the University of Novozi, the University of Vouthnosca has launched the first "Instellar War & Peace Department" in the region, becoming the only University in the region to teach Bavian collapses, the rise and fall of Interstellar Revolution and asking the question of what comes next. The DoE are accepting applications as of now.
