Steve Harrington gets hit a lot in the head through the series, what if he developed Capgras syndrome after a hit? What if he didn't recognize Dustin and thought he'd been replaced? Maybe like a set up because of the Russains, and he blames himself because he told them Dustin's name? (Of course Dustin gets out of sight and talks to Steve over the walkie and I guess there's a happy ending in there somewhere.)
