Dusting my hands off for the DWD drama. Building off what the last anon said. Florence and Harry would hang out early in the process, Olivia would be a rotten brat about it to Florence. Once Olivia and Harry started hooking up on set, before she broke up with Jason, she stopped being openly hostile to Florence but ultimately didn’t really act right. A PA on set said Olivia and Harry would delay filming for hours holed up in his trailer 👀. Obvs there’s an element of hey that’s my friend you’re cheating on for Flo, but I think the bigger issue is probably that all accounts from set I’ve heard were that Olivia was mean to her. Trailer drops, Florence posts about Oppenheimer instead. Now SIDEBAR. Olivia claims she fired Shia LeBoeuf in an interview. Shia comes back and says that he actually quit. Video of Olivia begging Shia to come back and alluding to Florence being difficult leaks. Harry allegedly didn’t know this video existed/that things happened that way, Olivia not seen at a concert since this leak, and now we’ve seen how they acted on the carpet at Venice. And that’s what you missed on glee.🕺

It’s bad for her these days, and it’s Wednesday, the week has yet to be worse.

I can't say I like this journalist, nor do I agree with her on everything she wrote in this article. This is only half of it, it goes downhill from here. Just repeating the set and Shia drama and some bs on fake phony Hollywood feminism.

What I do agree with is that Olivia is a shallow pos and now people are seeing it, and she is the embodiment of phony Hollywood feminism and activism - all just for show and for the cameras.

She's a selfish narcissistic asshole who has dragged everyone down with her in her quest for fame and money. She built this circus around herself and used Harry Styles' celebrity to get there. And it's blatant how what she's done is far from what any reputable and competent director would do. But is very much in line with the drama and scandal ridden soap opera in a slam-dunk hit reality TV show.

For context: the screenshot below is about Florence and her appearance on Oppenheimer, it was left under a photo of the whole cast on the premiere of the movie.

I honestly only have a question are y'all dumb, stupid or both?? Bc in what world is it such a shock that Florence would be in a movie like this (and with a cast this big) are y'all just gonna choose to forget that she is one of the best actresses of our generation, you don't have to like her its okay, but it's not really up for debate at this point. How did she get in a movie with Cillian?? She got in bc she's hella talented and one of the most in demand actresses right now so why wouldn't she?!

I really don't think it's a coincidence that the people posting shit like this are Harry Styles fans (and this is coming from a Harry fan myself so) bc since dwd where he didn't get the attention you thought he was gonna get since he is Harry Styles and all y'all got from that "era" was drama with Olivia + people saying that Florence was the one carrying the movie and supporting her on the whole drama, which very clearly y'all hated seeing people not supporting Harry I saw fans say it themselves, and the hate has continued now, and that is what we call not only jealousy but misogyny.

More DWD Drama: Kiki Layne and Ari’el Stachel

They play Margaret and Ted in Don’t Worry Darling.

Their characters are VITAL to the plot of the movie like literally the most important to the plot besides Alice and Jack.

Most of their scenes got cut out

They weren’t invited to the Venice Film Festival or the premiere of the movie

They have been very vocal about this on social media in the past couple of days, continuously taking slights at the movie and more specifically, Olivia Wilde

i am so disappointed in how Kiki Layne was treated for Don’t Worry Darling. She deserves so much better than this. Her character was a very key part of the storyline, one of the main parts of the storyline so it was absolutely unnecessary to cut most of her scenes like that. Her character was more important than many of the characters who did have more screen time so it’s so frustrating that she got cut like this. She was also not invited to the premieres or the press which is infuriating. She was a part of this movie. She deserves to be treated like it. With this being said, I am really tired of Olivia Wilde’s fake feminism and performative activism. It’s clear she is not actually a feminist and that is a mere act for the media because the way she has treated her female cast members is not ok and it is certainly not an example of supporting other women and equality for women which is what feminism is.

I’m gonna be honest.. i’m too lazy to write a recap since so much has happened but here’s something:

Florence Pugh dated Zach Braff who is really good friends with Jason Sudeikis (Ted Lasso .. has 2 children with Olivia and had been dating since 2011, engaged since 2013.) Jason & Olivia rumors that they ended their engagement in November 2020. Around January 2021, there are photos of Harry & Olivia attending a wedding which sparks up dating rumors. Basically, Florence knows what really happened between Jason/Olivia. Rumor is Olivia left Jason for Harry. Rumor is also that Florence did not like how Olivia behaved around set and thought she was as unprofessional for the way that she was around Harry.
