To recap the past week:

Had to buy/set up a security camera

Got my roof replaced

On my period

Tried training our new hire at work (didn't go well)

Looks pretty certain that our new hire isnt gonna work out, so its back to square one

Took the cats to the vet ($700 bill)

Lily has an ear infection

Gave her her eardrops and now she's hiding and won't come out

Had to give Bug eyedrops

Found out my car has a coolant leak (again)

And now my mental health is in the ground. I suppose I should be proud that I'm not having daily meltdowns, but it's been a minute since I've had a proper cry and I can 100% tell it's coming

Oh yeah ear update the antibiotics have stopped the pain however my right ear is still blocked + full of fluid (it's decreased a little though!!!) and my left ear shows some signs of drum scarring so. uh oh.

kitty has an ear infection so we have to give her eardrops and she hates it so much it's Awful . like she doesn't growl or bite or claw or anything she's too sweet for that she's the gentlest softest creature alive which is somehow SO MUCH WORSE?? yesterday giving her the first dose she tried to bolt but today she just hunkered down and cried pitifully and now has been hiding under the bed for six hours and refused to come out for food when i tried to lure her. so i stuck the dish beside the bed. babygirl i'm SORRY it's FOR YOUR OWN GOOD i PROMISE we are not just being torture sadists for fun babygirl PLEEEAAASSEEE
