2021 Swiss Nationals entry #4
I have spent the last two days reconnecting with a crush that I haven’t seen since I was 23. So this entry might be a little scatterbrained. *happy butterflies*
Senior women free program
Alexia Paganini
Thoughts: she has these funny gliding landings. I’m not sure what I think about them.
Senior men free program
Nurullah Sahaka
Thoughts: that last spin at the end was gorgeous. But this was a marathon. With a couple scary looking falls. Be careful. You’re too pretty to be injured.
Egor Murashov
Thoughts: he had a couple of pitched forward landings but this was still very good.
Lukas Britschgi
Thoughts: the choreography here was so pretty. The way he moves his legs *swoons*

Egor MURASHOV RUS - Salzburg - Men Free Skate - ISU JGP 2017
Please watch this amazing free skate from this year’s JGP Salzburg bronze medalist. He skates to Stevie Wonder, who he apparently loves so much that he decided to wear a ridiculously bright shirt featuring his face done in a pop art style that resembles the design on a nineties dixie cup.
And the choreography? Is incredible lol. At one point in the program, he plays basketball?? Also, he dabs.
Figure skating is art.

2021 Swiss Nationals Entry #1
Junior short dance
Maksymec/Rahier
Thoughts: Max was a little tentative with his facial expressions in parts but those legs. He has absolutely gorgeous legs.
Senior men short program(Egor was able to successfully switch to Switzerland. YAY!!!!!!)
Lukas Britschgi
Thoughts: I don’t know if this was because of the style of his shirt or the fact that it wasn’t buttoned at the top but the shirt looked too big on him.
Egor Murashov
Thoughts: He looks so good. I can see though he hasn’t done much other than nationals. Is there more certification he has to do? Or will Russia not let him out to train/live in Switzerland. Or are there just other competitors in Switzerland that are scoring better than him and blocking his way. Does anyone know?
Nicola Todeschini
Thoughts: his outfit looks too similar to practice clothes
Nurullah Sahaka
Thoughts: spins need some help, but I wondered where he went. He looks good.
Women short program
Alexia Paganini
Thoughts: the neckline of her dress. She’s so cute. I’m not in love but I definitely have a more positive view of her than I used to.

JGP Austria Persepctive
I can’t remember if I did Asian Trophy or not. I know I missed Martinez in Malaysia but there wasn’t any good video. The Brisbane field had mostly young kids but I did add Gropman and Somervile to my watch list. Anyway. Here is Salzburg
Boys
Conrad Orzel, CAN(7th): he is looking more and more like Jace Herondale every time I see him!
Basar Oktar, TUR(4th): I’ve watched him since he was 13. It is great to see how much he has grown.
Girls
Lara Roth, AUT(17th): she is gorgeous this season. And so tall.
Julie Froetscher, FRA(15th): France’s tango seductress strikes again
Honorable Mentions: Nika Egadze(GEO), Sena Miyake(JPN), Egor Murashov(RUS), Evgeni Semenenko(RUS), Sophia Schaller(AUT)
