It was a bad idea. He knows it the moment he sees his face. All he needed were his freaking biology notes. He should have waited. He should have let Sana give them to him tomorrow. Screw the test. Who needs to keep a 6 anyway? But... now he's here. "Mikael." He shakes his hand, and the hands of the other boys whose names he forgets the second they introduce himself. "Isak," he says, almost choking on his own name. Sana is studying them, her arms crossed, leaning against the doorway. "So you are my sister's biology partner? Is she doing well?" The question breaks the spell the previous man of Even's life had on him. "Sanasol? She's doing alright." Sana rolls her eyes at him. "Please Isak, we've both been at a solid 6 for the past few months." That's true. He still can't stop watching Mikael. Mikael who he would recognize between a million faces. What does he tell Even? Does he even tell Even? "If you wait here I'll go find your notes," Sana says before she disappears. "Do you have a strong throw?" one of the boys asks. Isak guesses his name might be Adam? "Sure?" "Want to play? All you need to do is get the ball through the hoop when the song goes Smoke Weed Every Day." "Okay." Because what else is he going to say? He takes a stand and while the boys get hyped up around him he listens to the music. Every time one of them bumps into him it sends cold shivers down his spine. Were these guys Evens friends at Bakka? Why has he never talked about them? The second he hears the word smoke he throws and somehow gets the ball in. The boys hoot. "You're better than Elias' sister," one of the boys notes with a grin. "I got it in, too," Sana says as she walks in. "Yeah, but not at the right time, now did you?" "Whatever Elias. I have your notes, Isak." He gladly follows her to the front door. "Are you okay?" she asks, giving him a puzzled look. "Yes, yes. Thank you Sanasol." He nearly rips the notes out of her hands and closes the front door behind him himself. That was Mikael. He just met Mikael. What does he do now?
