Finally done! I built and primed this silly gentleman back in 1988 and he has been bouncing around my painting area ever since then and has fallen apart many times since he is all metal, rather heavy, and I never did pin any of the joints for added strength. But now I can call him done.

Best wh40k faction

You read the title, just answer. This is the third poll I’ve made today, it’s almost 12 am. I started doing my tumblr stuff between 9 and 8 am, I don’t remember By best, it can mean either power-wise, use-wise, bang for your buck-wise, aesthetic-wise or hell, even morality-wise

By source I am mean I searched up every 40k faction and copied the names here

To balance the scales regarding Primarch releases, Xenos factions should also receive a defector Primarch. 

The Khan should join Tau, the great Steppes of the Tau homeworld giving him a place of meditation on the value of the The Greater Good and the importance of Alien life. Also they give him a jetbike. 

Curze should be rescued by the Laughing God, be given a wraithbone body, and be assigned to the Ynnari. The Eldar Seers help him control his visions, Harlequins giving him a new purpose. The Konrad who Laughs. 

Ferrus’s skull should be “re-appropriated” by Trazyn, bound to a C’tan shard, and then Mr Metal is bound to the Necrons (or something).

The squad so far

Two of the foremost Adeptus Custodes stand at their eternal vigil, minding the final set of gates, beyond which lie the Golden Throne. They don't move, barely blink. They only breathe once a minute. Such is how they were made by the Emperor of Mankind.

Augmented ears hear a voice. Distant, faint. High pitched with a lilt that marked it as unmistakably Eldar. It came from within the chamber.

"GOT YOUR NOSE!"

In less than a second the doors are forced open. The guards race into the room at an inhuman speed. But it is too late. They can only stare at the Throne in horror.

The Emperor lies before them, a rotting husk atop a brilliant Golden Throne, as usual.

But the nose? The nose is gone.
