A Christmas tradition in our house is to annually recite Debbie's Christmas poem. So, without further ado - ahem:     The holidays are joyous,  Not filled with woe,   Even for our family,   Always on the go.   But this year bites the big one,   Like you don't know!   Because Eliza ruined Christmas!   Ho, ho, ho.

In hindsight Eliza Thornberry is actually a pretty selfish and self-centered character. Just because she can talk to animals, she thinks she knows better than everyone which always lands her into trouble. Plus it gives her a serious attitude problem too. I can definitely relate more to Debbie.
