You might have already answered this one but do you have clue as to what Alexia’s day-to-day diet is like? I have heard she eats super healthy, no garbage at all. But does she eat sugary stuff at all? As a treat now and again or has she cut dessert/junk food off completely?

yes, alexia definitely eats super healthy, but she treats herself to a "cheat day" as well, where she doesn't place any defined limit on what she will or won't eat. but obviously it's all within limits, no? this is alexia we are talking about. 😂

in her interview with inés hernand for heura foods, alexia talks about being diligent with her food and gives the example of breakfast (a mix of carbs, protein, and healthy fats).

sandra riquelme asks her about her pre-match meal, if she cooks, and what's her food temptation. alexia says arroz y pollo (chicken and rice) if her pre-game meal of choice. in terms of temptation, she says that it's whatever she feels like in the moment. she does deprive herself during the week (eating healthy and not eating whatever she wants) but she always has one day a week where she says if i want to eat this, i will. she spends the whole month taking care of herself, before, during and after the match, that you need some time to break the routine (and then she talks about how cooking is taxing for her but she makes a good ribs recipe and risotto!)
