also fun fact i coloured this al before 6, 4, 3, and 2nd’s colours were revealed. like a day before. and then my art program crashed and i lost all the colouring. life was telling me i needed to slow down a bit there.

anyway im super proud of this!! dont have time to do much big drawings so this was. a pain but i’m very happy!

Power Rangers AU stuff

This is what I’ve planned so far

Each Ranger’s color is the same color as their vestige form

The only exception is Izuku because there can’t be two of the same color and Hikage is already Green

They will be in groups of Three, that means TrioHolders are group 1, group two is Hikage, Daigoro, and En, and the last group is Toshinori, Nana, and Izuku

All For One takes the role of the big bad, with his goons being the episodic villain

So, Theory Time!

I was discussing it on a discord server the other day.

What if Third and Oboro Shirakumo are related?

They pretty much have the same hair color! And before anyone says „Light blue is such a common color, everyone can have it!“ Umm 🤔 No? Have you seen anyone else in Mha with this hair color? I haven’t… So Oboro’s obviously not a direct relative. But we don’t know anything about Third‘s family. He (Oboro) could be the direct relative of his sister/brother, which would explain why their quirks are different.

As we can see with the Iida brothers both of them have blue hair, so it could be that blue hair is a strong gene in the mha world. That would be a explanation on why the light blue hair stayed trough the generations.

But it doesn’t stop there. What if All for one and Dr.Garaki found out that Oboro was related to Third while experimenting on his body to turn him into Kurogiri.

What if Kurogiri’s mist was inspired by En‘s smokescreen, if it’s not actually smokescreen itself, we know that All for one probably stole the Ofa users quirks and maybe even modified them. If you look closely you can see that Kurogiri‘s outline is nearly the same color as En‘s coat when he appeared inside smokescreen. Coincidence? I think not!

I'm just wondering...

Izuku and Bakugo aren't there because AFO is old (the AFO simps are what made me curious about the simp rate in the first place), so I thought it'd be best to poll all the users over 50. Torino is there because Nana is and I didn't want him to feel left out. Feel free to put your reasoning in the comments/reblogs. I'm curious to see who has the most simps.

For some reason, All For One sure was REALLY fucking angry at En in particular:

Mmmmmmm. So let’s talk about that.

The quirk disappears for 18 years. He can’t steal it off Bruce’s dead body- it’s already gone.

Either he knows someone else has it, or he doesn’t, but I lean toward him at least suspecting. The way he talks about Yoichi’s severed hand seems to me to confirm that he’s able to steal quirks off of dead bodies, or at least to sense them— that he Knows OFA is out there, evading him.

In any case, either he spends 18 years grieving or tearing Japan apart for it (or, well, both).

And then who emerges from the woodwork but Daigoro Banjo

OFA is back. It’s inside of Banjo. And for the first time in his entire life, AFO tries to steal a quirk factor, senses that that quirk factor IS inside Banjo’s body, but fails to take it.

And that’s the first time anyone has done that to him. Ever. He sees OFA again for the first time in 18 years, and Banjo resists him somehow.

And okay, Banjo- Banjo is nuts, man. Maybe this is just some kind of freak of nature, with the iron will he has.

So maybe it’s just Banjo.

Banjo has handed the quirk down to some scrawny kid. Some dude with an utterly meaningless quirk of his own and a tiny little body.

And when AFO tries to steal OFA from him, he fails for the second time in his life, and WHAT THE HELL, YOICHI.

En bears the brunt of that anger immediately. AFO kills the rest of them (sans Hikage), but En gets sliced the hell in half.

…I’m one of the folks who believes in the theory that AFO was Nana’s husband (“she told me enough, she told me you killed him”). It’s not necessary for the rest of this post. But with that in mind, I can add:

Nana witnessing AFO’s reaction to not being able to steal OFA from En— the kind of out of control enraged he gets when he can’t own something that he was supposed to own. Knowing immediately, and terrifyingly, that she made the right decision.
