Hello Anon,

yes, La Fayette and Tadeusz Kościuszko did meet. Tadeusz was actually a frequent and well liked guest at La Fayette’s house while the former was in France. They seem to have been getting along very well, having made similar experiences and being a similar type of person. Despite their apparent closeness, there is not much published about their relationship.

The two of them also meet during the American War for Independence. They were probably among the most famous officers, especially among the most famous foreign officers. Tracking their respective actions during the war and going through La Fayette’s correspondences shows that they did not had that much contact during the Revolution.

La Fayette had furthermore an engraving of Kościuszko opposite his bed in his chamber:

Opposite to the bed may be seen a fine portrait of Marshal de Noailles. Among the engraved or sketched portraits are those of Fox, General Fitzpatrick, Thomas Clarkson, Henry Clay, the Duke de Noailles, Kosciusko, Jackson, Jefferson, Clinton, Crawford, Calhoun, Van Ryssel, the Count de Mun, Necker, Madame de Staël, Madame d Hénin, Madame de Tessé, General Knox, General Foy, Léon Dubreuil the physician and the master and friend of Cabanis, &c. I must also notice a small silhouette of Judge Peters of Philadelphi,  and a handsome portrait of Lally Tolendal tearing off the crape which covers the bust of his father, whose memory he had just vindicated.

Which translates to Degh (symbol of the means to feed the poor), Tegh (sword, symbol of power to protect the weak), victory has been due to the blessed support of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

Design 4 - Beautiful Floral engraving - comes in three colours (Copper, Gold and Silver)

This Sikh Punjabi shield is a magnificent piece of craftsmanship measuring approx. 16 inches in diameter. 

The shield is made of sarbloh/iron and features exquisite engraved carvings, showcasing the talent of Indian artisans. 

Its copper color adds a touch of elegance to the antique reproduction, making it a valuable addition to any collection.

There may be small scratched or minor scrufs, these happen in the transit and is cosmetic only.

Design may slightly vary due to camera flash and light conditions.

All dhalls are made by hand and by different workers, therefore design will be unique.

There may be slight marks of electroplating solution on the rim of this shield, please do not take it as defect as it happens when dhall is put in electrolysis tub for colouring and it is inevitable and is not a defect.

It will go away with usage.

You know what's beautiful about Bad Buddy? No scene is wasted.

In Episode 1 Pran forgot his earphones and that has been a theme throughout-and I have already said in a post about how Pat and Music are so closely interlinked to Pran because of his love for them. Pran loves music, finds solace in but still is shown a lot of time searching and looking for it, to find the means to enjoy it. Then we get the scene "I usually have your voice in my ears" when they start secretly dating but he has lost it - showing they aren't out of woods but then Pat gives him new earphones cover - protection to earphones - with their initals engarved on it - saying they will be fine as long as they believe in their love, they will be fine to the Pat asking Pran play and how Pran can never refuse him and when he is about to leave for Singapore he forgets his earphones again, like no Pran will never forget Pat - but he won't be able to see him and reach him as easily he can do now, and that's okay because Pat will always remind him he is there even if he can't see him just like he reminds him about the earphones to final episode scene in his bedroom where HE asks Pat "Which song do you want to hear?"

Also can we talk about HOW it is Pat who bought music back in his life - with keeping and giving him the guitar back, with giving him his ear phones and in Episode 5 when Pran reminds him to take back his ear phones and Pat says "they are yours"

AND I CANT. ITS SO BEAUTIFUL.

Day One of Angstmas 2019

“I thought things were going great.” Cassian murmurs, his hands against the cool marbled counter tops. He had just installed them a couple of weeks, due to her request. 

Her eyes dodge towards the ceiling before landing back on him. Her green eyes pierce into his brown ones. She crosses her arms across her chest, as if she was sizing him up. “I guess we both got hurt in the end.” 

“How did I hurt YOU?” he snarls, his eyes slitting as he glares at her. 

She scoffs as if she has a million reasons lined up, “You’re never home, you’re always traveling, you’re never here when I need you, and you-,” she’s cut off by a loud cry. “You care more for her then you do me.” 

“Get out,” Cassian snaps, his voice but a whisper but the tone made her jump back. She opens her mouth but before she can say anything he repeats, “Get out of my house.” 

She moves to grab her purse, “I’ll have my sister come and get the rest of my stuff.” Cassian waves her off, moving towards the sound of his crying. His daughter laid in her bed, just turned two, she motioned for him to pick her up. 

“What’s a matter, darling?” he asks, scooping her up. Her soft blue eyes looked up at him as she tugged at her long blonde locks. “I heard welling, daddy,” she murmurs into his shoulder. 

He frowns, pulling her closer to him. He had only dated two women after his daughter had been born, both turned out to be cheating liars only with him for his money. “How about we go for a trip?” he says, setting her down to grab her some clothes. She squeals in excitement. 

It doesn’t take them long to get to where Cassian wanted to take her. They usually only came once a month, Cassian held onto his daughters hand as they moved through the field. His daughter reached down to pluck a flower, looking up at him for approval. 

He nods, as they come to a halt. “She’ll love it.” he says, as she reaches down and set it in front of the large stone. Engarved was the name of the love of his life, the only truth he knew until she birthed their daughter. She had died during labor, lost too much blood. 

“Tell me a story about mommy?” their daughter said, looking up at with her pleading blue eyes. The eyes that once belonged to his wife. 

“Well,” he begins, sitting down and allowing his daughter to lay in his lap. “Nesta, you’re mother, was a strong willed woman. She often got herself into trouble. This story... this is how we met.”
