Reminder, you can always use your creations to help people.

Even if you believe that your art is "ugly" or "useless" it's not. Please don't tell yourself that. As an artist, you impact the world in ways you cannot even comprehend. People see your art, they see what you pour your love into. They get inspired by your work and build so many beautiful and deeply moving things. Whether it's a game, an animation, a drawing/sketch, or even a book or movie. Sometimes even a show.

Stop selling yourselves short, your creations breathe life into spaces. Not just fandoms, but entire lives. So many people love you and what you create. You just may not know it yet. You believe that your art doesn't much, but it means everything. It's just a small stepping stone for now, but even so, you should be proud— Proud of your art, proud of you. You've created this. You thought of this. You've sunk hours into your thoughts about this. Whether you're a beginner or a long-time artist, you've created something wonderful.

Please love your art and give it the care it deserves. Don't give up just yet. You have so much to do and make. It always brings me to tears when I think about all the artists who gave up. Love your emotions and love your self-expression. I know things are scary and I know it's only going to get scarier. But that doesn't mean you should drop everything and run. You still have time. You can still be yourself. You can be you. You're allowed to. At least here you are.

You and your art are more than you could ever know.

i don't know if you can actually find this in game but it doesn't seem to be loaded into any of the map files and it's not in franc peartree's house or basement, so it's likely you can't? anyway. i feel like it somehow paints a hornier picture of gortash and peartree's relationship than his original unedited letters

here is its roottemplates entry, it's named "BOOK_LOW_SerialKiller_PeartreeOrinThreat", and its name in game is "choose wisely"

I have a three-step script for making friends in unfamiliar scenarios!

Step 1 is ask for help on something meaningless (borrowing a pencil, asking if you can plug your charger in at the outlet next to them, whatever). In general, people like helping others because it makes you feel good, especially when it's not a big inconvenience

Step 2 is to compliment them genuinely on something, like a bag or an article of clothing or their hair or whatever -- it doesn't actually matter. What matters is you gotta be able to ask follow up questions about whatever it is you're complimenting -- people like to talk about themselves

Step 3 is to use those follow-up questions to lead into an actual conversation. Contribute a little, share some personal details, get a little back-and-forth going on, and before you know it, baddabing baddaboom -- suddenly you got somebody to talk to in your unfamiliar scenario!

people who're thinking that the syntax of the alleged feds letter is similar to Luigi's actual letters in prison, do any of y'all know english grammar and how it works?? somebody who says "i come from an engineering background" is not gonna be the same person who says "i work in engineering". firstly because "i work in engineering" makes no sense. it's like a doctor saying "i work in medicine" instead of simply saying "i'm a doctor" or "i come from a medical background".
