Based on the feedback received from the students that were interviewed, it was unanimously affirmed that online payment websites/applications provide convenience. With HustlePay, students avoid long queues, save money on transportation just to go to university and be entertained, and utilize their time more effectively because they can complete various tasks, such as cleaning their house/boarding houses, completing assignments, studying, or even resting instead of waiting in long line just to pay their accountabilities. Furthermore, the staff, faculty, and council officers responsible for collecting payments have expressed their willingness to utilize the services. Seemingly, all stakeholders of CMU not only the faculty as far as convenience is concerned communicated their assertions. These findings support the hypothesis that online payment systems offer convenience and it further strengthened the team for implementing an online payment system. HustlePay aims to exclusively address the convenience needs expressed by the CMU community. This platform will facilitate online payment transactions that links with Gcash, Paymaya and other payment tools for an efficient dynamics of paying accountabilities. An option for the team to ensure a smooth rollout of the service is to start with a website as a first step. This approach allows for a controlled and manageable development process. However, it is acknowledged that there may be potential issues such as site crashing that could occur during high traffic periods. Therefore, the team remains open to further developing the platform into a dedicated application, provided that sufficient resources and expertise are available to ensure its development and maintenance. By creating HustlePay, CMU aims to provide an efficient and user-friendly solution for bill and fee payments. Throughout this process, the team have learned important lessons, such as thinking broadly and empathizing with the experiences of students and faculty at CMU. Understanding the problem and taking responsibility for the proposal are key aspects that have been recognized, along with the critical evaluation of validation, which is crucial for the success of the project. By applying these lessons, the team can confidently move forward with the creation of HustlePay, ensuring that the needs of CMU's community are met and that the development process remains guided by empathy and critical thinking.

idr if we ever got into it, but why was jayce the one to go back to work instead of hope? hope always seemed to love her working (maybe a little too much!) and even had side hustles during college (the original mtK covergirl). i’m not trying to discount all the work stay at home parents do, because it is A LOT, don’t get me wrong, but i always wonder why she went the housewife route when there was never much indication she wanted that life (unless were counting teaching kids how to swim in the summer) also, were the carruther twins MCC twins or were they in-game twins?

Ohhh this is good! So, I think the biggest reason she took a step back from The Associates™ was at the suggestion of her therapist (with a little help from her husband) to aid her in her recovery after the death of her best friend (RIP to the homie) and her own brush with death.

If I had to guess, Jay was more than willing to teach online or delay his career for those babies. The couple of months of discussion leading to Hope being the one staying home was something they both agreed to. And part of that is that she still has her dream you mentioned of teaching young girls to swim. The reason for the move to San Sequoia was the climate was better for swimming than in Mt.K.

She had an entreprenurial spirit for a long time. In high school she excelled at track, too. She had a ton of options and turning down the Simlympic Committee was a big decision, too.

Hope is an ambitious woman who consistently sets the bar high for herself and I think she made the right decision for her family. Her family that came naturally, in-game. I did not purposefully give them twins. DJ and Dira were in-game as well. Twins are far too much work to do on purpose lmfao.

And beyond, in the high cold places of The House Above Water, preparations have begun for the celebration. The whole of the city is upturned, unsettled, unmoored. The annual event eternally comes as a surprise, a heavy knock upon the front stoop.

Hello! This’ll serve as my first blog for my Entreprenurial Mind subject.I am currently a first year student, and to be honest, entrepreneurship is not one of my strong points, the reason being is that you need a lot of confidence and a creative mind, two things that I’m not good at, but still I’ll do my best to overcome such weaknesses and hope that I will pass this subject.

We were suppose to start by having a meeting about our start up project, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to attend the meeting because I live quiet far from campus, but they did tell me about what was talked about during the meeting so I was able to catch up and understand their ideas. After that we started to gather information through interviews. We interviewed 25 students from campus and asked them about what their concerns and problems that they encountered in their daily life.

One of the most common answers that we got was the problem of being late due to not being able to wake up through their alarm, in order to solve this problem we decided to go with the idea of a ring, the ring could be used as an alarm, and due to it being worn on our body, it would have much more effect in waking you up, and unlike our typical alarm that is loud and could disturb your roommates, this ring will not only vibrate but also make zero sound.

But this project is still in progress and we may change it soon, as it needs more research and the tech that comes with it is a little bit above of our league and we may need some help from professionals.

Should you make a Youtube Channel?

Yes.  That’s the bare bones simple answer.  Its the best way to freely advertise your brand. Which by the way, if you haven’t established what you are about and gotten a firm hold on what your brand is, both in name and function, stop what you’re doing and get it figured out.  The brand is the only way to build the following and the following is the only way to make any real money online.  Sure you can sell one or two of whatever it is you have a passion for, but unless you are pulling in people by the hundreds to thousands, you’ll never be able to sit financially comfortable in this field.  

Don’t be intimidated by creating a YouTube channel.  I know the thought of being on camera is terrifying for some people, myself included initially. But come up with a strategy that works for you.  Some people prefer to do voice over videos with a soothing stock video playing while they do.  Some people even see success using robo-voice assistants. Doesn’t matter.  I just very strongly recommend you create a channel that is inline with your brand, and make an initial plan to create 20 videos in 30 days.  They won’t be great, and you won’t get a lot of views most likely.  But you will get the experience and the comfort of being in front of a camera.  It’s not so bad once you get used to it.  For myself, I decided that i would never edit a video and I would just shoot the whole clip in one go.  This has been working for me, because I don’t have to over analyze the video, and full honesty, I sometimes don’t watch it until after it uploaded so I don’t lose my nerve.  I can already tell that I want to start editing, but that’s a new urge.  Only developed after I felt like I had a good feel for just the basics of even uploading a video.  Which I assure you took more time than I thought it would.

Long explanation but serious point.  Without a Youtube channel, no matter what you do, which platform you choose, which product you sell, which skill you share, your growth will be a lot slower and it’ll be a lot harder for you to reach new potential clients.  So go, run, film a video and create some of that sweet magic.  Remember, you’ve here because you want to be your own boss and have that twinge for entreprenurialism. You are a badass, own it!
