Can confirm, this year I replayed my Omega Ruby and the game shows that it still had quite a lot of care put into it. Even if I find it to be way too easy to my liking, I genuinely enjoyed my time with it.

They doubled the price of the games, and now they release unfinished products ever so shamelessly. Because they /know/ the community will just eat it up, whatever they throw at them. Sword/Shield and Violet/Scarlet released in the same Beta bug glitch state, and people defended it to the very END. (even though IMO if you ask me: SV were a big improvement on SwSh, I really can't say anything good about gen 8).

We could excuse the limitations and some glaring issues of the games, when they were being released for portable devices since y'know, they weren't meant to be Nintendo's powerhouses.

But now that all Pokemon games are being released on the same console, as the other massive games? Then I hate to say it: You can't really defend their slop, lack of care and whatnot. Reminder that GF purposely keeps its Dev teams SMALL, meanwhile they want to release new generations & mainline games at a much faster pace. So, the products got so much worse, meanwhile they maximize profits. I guess that's the price you get for being the largest franchise in the world.

Can you tell just how overall disappointed I've been with the franchise's direction? c': I've been way more interested in keeping up with leaks and fan projects tbh.

On a brighter note: there's a Brazilian VG studio currently working on a Pokemon inspired game, but it's focused in our foklore/pop culture and whatnot! I've seen some arts of it, and it looks very promising

Excéntrico y soñador, el artista visual Salvador Dalí nació un 11 de mayo de 1904. Ícono del surrealismo, sus inconfundibles obras se han extendido a lo largo y ancho del planeta, posicionándolo como uno de los pintores contemporáneos más populares y reconocidos de la época.

Más allá de su trabajo artístico, Salvador Dalí también es recordado por su peculiar personalidad, así como su inigualable percepción sobre la vida. Pese a que por las características de sus obras se podría llegar a pensar que su inspiración y creatividad no era de este mundo, la realidad es que a lo largo de su vida, el famoso y reconocido pintor español expandió su arte por distintas naciones, entre ellas México.

Son mínimos los registros que se tienen sobre la visita que el excéntrico artista realizó al país azteca, no obstante, una de sus icónicas frases trascendió a través del tiempo por su puntual descripción sobre el país y su cultura, mismos que serían el mismo motivo por el cual el pintor se negaría a volver a pisar tierra azteca en alguna otra ocasión.

“De ninguna manera volveré a México. No soporto estar en un país más surrealista que mis pinturas”, pronunció Salvador Dalí respecto a su visita en el país azteca.

Aunque los registros sobre su estancia en territorio mexicano son casi inexistentes, la frase con la que el pintor español declaró no querer regresar ha sido el punto de partida para distintos análisis de académicos y críticos, quienes se han dedicado a estudiar la sociedad, foklore, cultura del país para poder entender y justificar que El Divino Dalí -como el pintor se autonombró- utilizara el término “surrealista” para describir a México.

Ahora bien, no es un secreto que México es un país megadiverso en toda la extensión de la palabra, pues además de contar una biodiversidad inigualable, la cultura del país se sustenta en el amplio bagaje histórico que lo caracteriza. Asimismo, la personalidad y tipología del mexicano fue probablemente uno de los principales factores para que el reconocido pintor español describiera de dicha forma al país.
