so do y'all think we'll ever be able to have a discussion about how the innies are essentially constructed as being in a weird liminal space between adult and child, up to the fact that the actors have talked about essentially playing them as children, and what that implies about how their relationships, specifically mark and helly's relationship, are treated by others in the narrative (and especially by lumon itself) without it devolving into a weird moral argument about whether you're allowed to ship them

#his name was going to be waku orimono #that post was either made or i saw it again whenever i was asked to rename the sailor guardians in a genderbent version #so i chose the name from the japanese name website #waku having characters meaning ‘feather’ and ‘sky/emptiness’ (deep shit ig)#and orimono meaning ‘overseeing’ or ‘watching over’ something essentially #not even as a self-insert it’s just a REALLY fun exercise to make a character designed after silly birbs #but unfortunately maybe if i had finished we could have had a little chain 😔 sowwy #one of the saddest experiences of tumblr: wanting to start a game or rile up the community and it flops like crazy 😔#tidbits
