After the wedding and your ex crashing it, Lloyd decided during your honeymoon that he should be allowed to experience your lollipop kink. So, that’s exactly what he did. After a lovely romantic dinner, he led you back up to the room and threw you on the bed, reaching over with a devilish smile as he pulled out a strawberry lollipop from underneath his pillow, bringing you into a rough make out session before he begins with his plans. Which leaves us too now.
“Stay still, Pumpkin. Let daddy fuck you with this sweet treat.” Lloyd growls, you’re sprawled out on the bed, lips puffy and swollen from your husband kissing you roughly, your cunt dripping as you anticipate what’s going to happen. Lloyd lies between your legs, his tongue flicking out to wet his lips as he eyes your glistening folds. One hand grips your hip, holding it down while the other rubs a strawberry flavoured lollipop between your folds. The lolly bumping against your puffy clit causes soft whimpers to fall from your lips. “I chose strawberry for us, Pumpkin. So, whenever you see anything resembling a strawberry, you’ll think back to this night.” He smirks, “Be a good girl for daddy.” He says with a hint of a warning behind his words, knowing how greedy you can be once he gives into your desires.
Your eyes roll back as he pushes the sweet treat into your cunt, his cock twitches as he watches you practically suck the thing in as though it were your mouth doing it. “L–Lloyd!” Smack “Daddy!” You moan as he coats the lolly with your juices, picking up the pace and swirling it around, hitting your sweet spot.
Lloyd thrusts the lollipop faster and harder into your sweet cunt, his thumb connecting to your puffy clit, groaning as your back lifts from the mattress and you begin to squirm. Your fingers curl into the bedsheets as he fucks you hard, slowly turning you into his kinky little slut with each movement. Lloyd huffs out a chuckle, “Huh, your ex was right. You are a kinky little slut.”
His words cause tingles to erupt throughout your body, juices flowing out of your now strawberry-flavoured cunt as you cum. You slowly sink back into the mattress, hazy eyes locking onto Lloyd’s as he gently pulls out the lollipop, you whimper as you watch him put it in his mouth, swirling his tongue around the treat as he collects your taste. Your eyes widen as he crawls up your body, leaning over you with the lollipop hanging loosely in his mouth. He hums, “I think I just found my new favourite treat, Pumpkin.”
The rest of the night is filled with everything imaginable, not leaving the bed until two days had passed and you were utterly fucked out.

“You mad at me, Princess?” Lloyd coos.
You scowl, turning your head away as he tries to kiss your neck. He reaches for your hand, but you yank it out and flip to the other side of the bed before he gets the chance.
“Oh, so you’re really mad at me tonight.”
He sighs, pushing aside the covers and moving closer to you. His hand rests on your lower back, rubbing it softly in hopes of you breaking your silence.
“Just let me help you.” His tone is gentle, understanding that getting upset wouldn’t make your little attitude disappear.
“Just leave me alone,” you mutter.
“Baby…you can talk to me. I know—"
His presence and proximity begin to overwhelm you, and quickly you find yourself verbally lashing out. “I said. Leave. Me. Alone.”
His movements stop and quickly you feel a dip in the bed as he slides his sweatpants back on and exits the room without another word. Your heart drops but your pride keeps you in place, huffing as the bedroom door shuts, leaving you alone with his lingering scent.
Tears spring from your eyes as you try your best to push the thoughts away.
He doesn’t actually want you. He’s gone for days, sometimes weeks at a time. He’ll find someone prettier, less needy. For fucks sake he’s Lloyd Hansen, why would he settle down with you of all people?
You constantly battled with insecurity, anxious that the love you have for others would never truly be reciprocated.
Lloyd would do anything for you, yet you’re laying here, scared that one day he’d get up and leave and never return.
And it only worsened when he was away for work, just you alone in this big house, painting and waiting like Rapunzel trapped in her tower.
As time passed you grew frantic. You latched onto his pillow, inhaling his scent until you grew dizzy.
A soft knock sounds on the door and unknowingly you release a heavy sigh of relief. He came back.
“Princess? I got you something.”
The door swings open, revealing a tin of your favorite cookies from the bakery near town, held tightly within his hands.
“They didn’t have milk chocolate so I got fudge. I hope that’s o—"
His face drops once he sees the tears streaming down your cheeks. You’re hiccuping, sniffling into your shirtsleeve with pure guilt. “I’m sorry,” you whisper.
Lloyd drops the cookies onto the dresser, racing to your side. “I hate seeing you like this, Princess. Just tell me what’s wrong and I swear I’ll do everything in my power to mend it.”
You hiccup. “It’s hard.”
“What’s hard, baby?”
“Being without you for so long. Waiting. I— I can’t stop thinking the worst. What if this isn’t the life you want? What if I’m not the life you want?”
He frowns, his eyebrows furrowed because Lloyd can’t possibly imagine a life where you weren’t his sweet girl. His Princess. “I’ll always want you,” he assures.
Lloyd presses his forehead against yours. His steady breath tickles your nose, his lips parted to speak. “Being away from you is the hardest part of my job. I’ll be bruised and bloody, a gun aimed at someone’s forehead and yet, the only thing on my mind is you. Always just wanna get home to you.”
You sob into his shoulder, your arms wrapping around his neck as you release a floodgate of emotions.
“I’m sorry for snapping at you. I know I’m being stupid. I know you love me. It’s just…sometimes I get scared.”
“Hey, shh. It’s okay, pretty girl. I know it gets hard for you. Don’t ever feel guilty for feeling emotions. Just talk to me next time and we can work through it together. Okay?”
You nod, your eyes glazed and wide as you finally look at his piercing gaze. “Okay.”
Lloyd grins as he pushes himself off the ground, pressing his soft lips against yours. You groan as he grows rougher, his body joining you beneath the tangled mess of sheets.

Some say you are happiest on the day you become a bride.
In your case, you didn’t even know what to feel. A cloud of confusion wrapped you up when you walked down the aisle. All eyes on you, judging, measuring and probably calculating the outcome of this wedding.
Your eyes landed on the man you were destined to call your husband. His jaw sharp, beautiful blue eyes that had a sense of dominance in them, plump pink lips making a straight line, making it hard to read what might be going in his mind. But the feature that stood out most on his conventionally beautiful face, was a neatly trimmed moustache.
Everything was mechanical after that, the vows, the rings, the kiss, everything. Cheers and claps brought you out of the trance and it hit you suddenly that you were indeed married at that point. You were Mrs. Hansen.
Dinner involved loud toasts and speeches, mainly with the intention of impressing your husband. Everyone wanted to be in his good books, and why wouldn’t they? Lloyd Hansen was one of the most powerful and influential mobsters of the city. And the man lived up to his image.
Even though everything was so loud around you, you didn’t miss the absolute silence that surrounded your husband and you. And that silence continued when you found yourself in front of your new house, a massive one.
Being the daughter of a mobster, you were not unfamiliar with luxury and riches, sure you tried to stay away from all of it as much as possible because you didn’t want to be a part of the mobster life, in fact you wanted to get out of the city, the country if it was possible and live an independent life, away from it all.
But life had other plans, or rather your family. You hardly knew the man you got married to. His house spoke a lot about him, you realised as you walked inside his grand home. Dark hues all around, had a gorgeous glow, minimalistic and fashionable, a lot like the man who was walking beside you. The silence still there.
It was only broken when his men entered, they exchanged a few words, your focus on taking in the interiors of your new home.
When they left, your husband turned towards you, as if finally seeing you. The more his sharp gaze took you in, the more insecure you felt about yourself. You wrapped your hands around your upper body and looked down, but his gaze didn’t leave you yet. You felt heat rushing to your cheeks. The heat was gone in a moment as a cold voice reached your ears.
“Your room is upstairs, you can decorate it however you want to.” Lloyd spoke, his first words to you “My room is downstairs and I like my privacy. I don’t expect much from you but there are certain rules you must follow. There are areas in this house which are off limits. The rest you are free to explore unless I tell you not to, in case I have some important meeting here. Don’t go out of the house without informing me. I’ll arrange a car for you.”
There was complete lack of emotions behind his voice as he went on with the rules.
“I expect you the follow the rules, another thing I expect from you, but won’t demand, is for you to cook for me.” And with that Lloyd left you behind making his way upstairs. When he saw you weren’t following him, he stood in his place and sighed.
“Do I have to invite you? I’m showing you your room, hurry up I don’t have all the time in the world.” Lloyd didn’t try to hide his irritation.
So that was how your married life was supposed to be. Sure it was an arranged marriage, you weren’t expecting love. And you knew from what you had heard about Lloyd that he wasn’t exactly a soft man. You wondered what this marriage had in store for you, as you went up the stairs.
With a huff, Lloyd opened the door of your room. You both went inside. A big but dull room, not like the rest of the house you saw. Perhaps a guest room?
“This will be your room from now on. No one will disturb you here. If you want to buy something for your room, or something for yourself go ahead. here keep this card.” Lloyd gave you a credit card. You were still in a haze about everything. Was this how mob marriages were supposed to be?
Before the wedding one of your main concerns was to share a room and a bed with a stranger. At least that won’t be a problem. But you didn’t feel relieved at all, a pit of doubt formed in your stomach. Was this all happening because of your appearance? He must had known how you looked before agreeing to the marriage right? Or maybe you were overthinking and this was just how most of these marriages were. Mobsters had the image of being with many women. Perhaps Lloyd was one of them.
All you could do was nod to let your husband know you had understood everything. With that Lloyd left your room. As the door shut, a little harshly maybe, all the negative thoughts came rushing to you, and it didn’t help when you ventured in front of the mirror and saw yourself in your wedding dress. Alone, on your wedding night.
You used to have some insecurities about your body but you had tried your best to overcome them and you were definitely in a much better place. That was before you were left alone in that big room, on your wedding night.
It was difficult to explain, because not that you were eager to be sleeping with a stranger, a mobster, the worst ideas about what he might do to you and your body had already flashed in front of your eyes many times before the wedding. Mob families were full of misogyny, hence there was an unspoken, actually sometimes directly spoken rule of pleasing the husbands, and always doing what they said. You were nervous and scared about your wedding night, but even with those multiple thoughts, being left alone somehow didn’t cross your mind. Did Lloyd leave because he didn’t like the way you looked? Did he leave because he wasn’t at all attracted to you?
Lloyd didn’t even talk to you properly, or ask anything about you. Just informed you what he wanted to and left. You hardly knew him but you sure wanted to learn more about the man you were supposed to spend your life with, unfortunately or fortunately, that didn’t seem to be the case with Lloyd.
Your luggage was already there in your room and you changed into something comfortable. The bed was big, and soft. You lied down and covered up yourself with a blanket. Sleep sleep sleep sleep. Tried your best to fall in slumber. And you did, eventually after some turning and tossing.
The next morning you woke up and got ready for the day. You made your way down towards the kitchen. All it took was a little exploring, and you found some ingredients and utensils to make a simple breakfast. You didn’t know what Lloyd liked so you decided to stick to classics. Toast, eggs, bacon and a fresh pot of coffee.
Soon you could hear footsteps towards the kitchen, and the confidence the footsteps had, made it clear, it was none other than the owner of the house. You looked at him, even in the morning he was well dressed, hair neatly gelled back.
“Morning” you wished Lloyd and in return got a nod. “I’ve made breakfast, didn’t know what you like-” you couldn’t finish before Lloyd made his way towards the dining table, and started reading a newspaper. Clearly not interested in listening to whatever you had to say.
You took a deep breath, and tried to deny the little pang you felt in your chest. Serving the breakfast on a plate, and pouring coffee in a cup, you took it to the table and placed it in front of your husband. His face was still behind the newspaper.
“I hope you like the food.” And finally the newspaper was out of the way and Lloyd looked straight into your eyes. His piercing gaze had quite an effect on you. No further words were exchanged.
Lloyd started eating and you joined him on the table with your food and coffee. You wanted to start a conversation but didn’t know how. Lloyd’s focus was on the food, his phone chimed and his focus shifted towards his phone. You gave up and started eating.
He was soon done eating and with a quick ‘thank you’ he left you alone. Again.
And that became your routine for the next few days. You were alone most of the time, explored the house, the parts you were allowed to see of course, got acquainted with it. There was a Television in your room and you decided to binge watch something, to keep yourself distracted from other things.
The only time you weren’t alone was during breakfast and sometimes dinner, Lloyd generally accompanied you. He had informed you he was usually out during the day so no need to prepare lunch for him and that sometimes he would come home late so not to wait for him. You always prepared dinner for him though, when he was late you kept it in the fridge. Left a note there, to let him know.
One night, when Lloyd was late again, you decided to wait up. When he arrived it was quite late. You were sitting at the dining table, reading a book to stay up.
“What are you doing?” Lloyd’s deep voice made his presence known. You were quite invested in the book so you didn’t hear his footsteps.
“I’m- I was waiting for you to come home” Lloyd sighed and ran his fingers through his now slightly disheveled hair. “How was your day?” You asked bravely, hoping to get some response from him. Anything.
“I told you, you don’t have to stay up for me. You should have gone to bed.”
“I wanted to. I wanted to check on you.”
“You don’t have to.” Lloyd sighed again. “And to answer your question, I’m alive aren’t I? So you can get from that how my day was.” You gulped and looked down.
“I’ve made dinner.” You almost whispered.
“Yeah I can heat it and have it on my own, you don’t have to stay. You can go sleep.” Only if he understood that you wanted to stay.
Or maybe he did understand that, and that was why he wanted you to leave. Maybe he didn’t want to spend time with you. Not like Lloyd had not done or said anything to make you fee otherwise. The time you spent together felt obligatory or just to maintain decency. You wished him a good night and went back to your room.
There wasn’t much change in the following few weeks, except you stopped trying to make conversation with your husband. You did what you were supposed to and kept to yourself.
“I have a party to attend today” Lloyd spoke while you two were having breakfast. Why was he informing you suddenly? He hardly ever told you his plans for the day. Was he- was he inviting you to go with him? You got lost in your thoughts and Lloyd tried to figure what you might be thinking.
“You’re invited as well but you don’t have to go, I’m don’t think you’ll like the company.” Oh, it wasn’t an invitation. You nodded. Of course Lloyd didn’t want you there. Why would he? He would probably be embarrassed if he was seen with you. The man was quite attractive, gorgeous beautiful ladies were desperate for him. God they’d probably lick his wounds if he just spared them a glance. There was no way he would want to be seen with you.
You let out an ‘okay’ and focused on eating. Lloyd could sense something going on in your head but he didn’t know you enough and shouldn’t assume anything. As usual he was finished eating before you and he left the table with his usual ‘thank you’.
Sleep felt like a distant thought that night. Your mind filled with thoughts of Lloyd and what he might be doing in the party. Did he have a mistress, or many? Was that another reason he didn’t want you at the party, would she be there?
You desperately tried to remove those thoughts from your mind and think about positive things, but you didn’t find any. Eventually your mind got tired of thinking and let you sleep.
The next morning you had breakfast alone. No sign of Lloyd. Later you got a call from him.
“I’ll come home early today, I have a meeting in the evening. I’ll have some people over. And I don’t want you to come down tonight when the meeting takes place, understood? Stay in your room.” And as soon as he was done speaking he hung up the phone.
The rest of the day went by quickly and soon it was evening. You had already prepared dinner so that you won’t have to go down later. Unfortunately you didn’t bring up any of that food to your room.
It was getting late and you were getting hungry. Maybe if you quickly grabbed some food it won’t be a problem. Besides, the meeting was taking place in the office, which was far away from the kitchen.
You silently went down and opened the door of the fridge, but before you could do anything, an angry, very angry Lloyd appeared behind you.
“Do you not know how to follow simple instructions?”
You kept quiet, looked away.
“Answer me. I don’t like repeating myself.”
“I’m sorry I just-“
“You’re sorry? What the fuck am I supposed to do with that? I told you not to come down. It was a simple and clear instruction. Are you that dumb?”
And the angrier his tone got, the more you lost control of your emotions.
“I-“ You looked at him with teary eyes.
“Are you fucking crying right now? Is that supposed make me feel bad when you’re the one who didn’t follow instructions? You know what, I’m done talking to you. Go up to your room and cry all you want there. Just not in front of me. I have a meeting to get back to. I don’t have time-“ The tables turned, and it was Lloyd who couldn’t finish his sentence this time. You ran past him. Went up to your room as quickly you could and shut the door.
Lloyd sighed and went back to his meeting. You on the other hand cried your heart out. Everything piled up together and you couldn’t hold it in any longer. In that moment you truly realised how alone you were. You had no one, and your husband hated you.
When Lloyd’s meeting got over, he went to the kitchen. As soon as he opened the door of the fridge to get his dinner, he realised there was another container of food, resembling the one kept for him.
Oh fuck. You must had come down to get your dinner. Lloyd closed the fridge and made his way up to your bedroom. He wasn’t sure what he would do or say, but his feet were moving on their own towards your room, before his mind could process much.
As he stood outside your room, he could hear your cries. Lloyd didn’t feel much for people, but something about you was breaking all his walls and he was nervous about it. He barely knew you. Lloyd didn’t trust people easily. That didn’t mean it didn’t affect him at all to see you cry. To hurt you unintentionally. He was just trying to protect you from any kind of possible danger.
Lloyd realised that damage was already done and it would be better to give you space. That was how your husband always tried to make you feel comfortable, by giving you space. If he only knew it was having the exact opposite effect.
The next day you didn’t show up for breakfast. Lloyd found the kitchen empty as well as the dining table. He realised he had royally fucked up. Or maybe you were simply late? But you were never late.
Lloyd decided to wait for you. His day was comparatively less packed. An hour turned into two. Still there was no sign of you. With a deep sigh. Lloyd made his way up to your bedroom. He knocked on your door.
You woke up early in the morning after crying yourself to sleep last night. But you didn’t feel like leaving your room. You were still wrapped up in your blanket when you heard the knock on the door. Maybe Lloyd was angry because you didn’t make breakfast, but to be fair you didn’t really care about it at that moment. Dragging your feet towards the door, you opened it.
Your eyes were puffy due to crying. But you made sure not to drop a single drop of tear in front of your husband. No words came out of you, you didn’t have anything to say to be fair.
“You should get something to eat.” Lloyd managed to speak out, his voice had no anger. A little concern maybe but you were too upset to notice.
“I don’t feel like eating”
“But you-“ Lloyd cleared his throat “you haven’t eaten anything since yesterday” A humourless chuckle left your mouth.
“That doesn’t concern you does it? It’s not like you care.”
“Doesn’t matter if I care or not” Lloyd replied.
“You don’t care, just admit you don’t. Admit that you are embarrassed by me and that’s why you didn’t want anyone to see me. That’s why you were so adamant about me not going down wasn’t it? You are ashamed of me.” Your voice was slowly getting louder.
“You think I asked you to stay in your room because I’m ashamed of you? The people who were attending the meeting were dangerous people, bad people, I wanted you to stay here so that you were safe. I was trying to protect you.”
“Really? Everyone is afraid of you, what possibly could those people have done?”
“Well I’m not going to justify my decisions. It’s my responsibility to protect you and that’s what I was doing.”
“Fine, even if that was the case yesterday, what about the day before, when you didn’t want me to go to that party, huh? You even said I was invited, still didn’t take me with you, why? I’ll tell you, it’s because you are ashamed of me.”
“The only reason I didn’t take you with me is because I have heard you don’t like the mob world. I thought this marriage is already a burden for you and that I shouldn’t trouble you more by making you attend these parties.” Lloyd spoke loudly but only to make his point. But he wasn’t angry at you, he was angry at himself for making you feel that he might be ashamed of you. That wasn’t the case at all. Lloyd knew this marriage was just a deal, between two Mob families. Of course it wasn’t an ideal marriage, and whatever he had heard about you, from his different sources, was that you didn’t want to belong in this world of violence, but unfortunately you got married into it. So giving you space felt like he was doing you a favour.
Lloyd wasn’t always proud of everything he did but he knew it was necessary. That made him believe the less you knew about him, the less you would dislike him. He didn’t want his wife to dislike him, or worse, be scared of him. Hence pushing you away seemed like the only reasonable thing to do.
But in that moment, Lloyd realised keeping you at distance had a reverse effect than what he had intended.
“I’m not ashamed of you. I didn’t realise you felt like that.” You kept quiet, still looking away “Hey look at me.” And you did.
“There is actually another party tonight, I wasn’t gonna go anyway, but if you want to, we can both go together.” You weren’t really in the mood to attend a party, but if it was just crumbs you were gonna get as hopes of spending time with your husband, then you were gonna take them.
“Alright. We can go together.” Came your reply, and Lloyd gave you a nod.
“Let’s have breakfast now come on.”
“You haven’t had breakfast yet?” You asked and he shook his head.
“What do you wanna eat?“ You asked.
“I was thinking about cooking today. Do you like pesto eggs?”
For the first time in your married life, you didn’t feel that distant to your husband. It wasn’t like you both talked a lot, hardly in fact, still it felt like the air around you was a little more relaxed than usual.
The pesto eggs Lloyd made were truly very delicious.
“This is so good.” You commented without looking up from your plate. Lloyd smiled.
Your husband had some work to do, he went to complete them in his home office, while you decided to do something about your current cried out appearance. You were nervous about what to wear for the party.
Finally settled on a long black dress that wasn’t too tight, or too loose, just the perfect fit, most importantly one that looked pretty good, and made you feel comfortable.
When Lloyd saw you in that dress it was very hard for him to not keep staring at you. You always looked so cute but tonight, wow.
“You look nice.” You weren’t used to many compliments. And thus you didn’t really know how to respond to them and decided to stick with the classic response, ‘thank you’
“You look nice too.” It was true, actually Lloyd always looked so handsome. You would be lying if you said you haven’t stared at him from time to time when he wasn’t looking.
The car ride to the party was mostly silent. Both of you stole glances when you thought the other wasn’t looking. One time you caught Lloyd looking at you and you couldn’t help but feel shy under his gaze. Before getting out of the car Lloyd finally broke the silence.
“As I had said earlier, these people might not be the best company for you, but since we are here, let’s try to have a good time. But if something happens, if you feel uncomfortable or even boring, just let me know and we’ll leave. Alright?” You nodded as a smile appeared on your face. Maybe he did care about you.
The party was truly nothing you had ever seen or experienced. Mobsters, rich businessmen, influential people everywhere, not to forget the gorgeous women adding to the grandeur of the party. And the air carried a distinct smell of alcohol mixed with hints of danger.
It was all kind of overwhelming, and something about the party wasn’t sitting right with you, maybe simply because it was all new to you, and also because Lloyd rightly said those people weren’t definitely your ideal company.
Lloyd introduced you to some people before excusing himself when he was called by others. You tried roaming around but the way most people looked you up and down, scanning, wondering how you were chosen as the lucky one to be Lloyd Hansen’s wife made you feel uneasy.
You tried to ignore the whispers and poorly covered laughs, you even heard things like ‘her father must be very influential and rich if Lloyd married someone like her’ and ‘of course this marriage is nothing but a deal, look at them, they don’t fit together’
Their words finally got to you when your eyes began to moisten. You made your way towards the bar, but there were too many people present. Who were you kidding when you thought you can belong in this world? Most of those people were either too heartless, too misogynistic or too full of themselves. Definitely not your type of crowd. Those people only understood money and power.
Your eyes automatically started scanning for Lloyd. You didn’t have to look much, as the man appeared right beside you.
“What’s wrong?” His question made you look away to wipe off any sign of tears, his words still fresh in your mind which had made you decide never to cry in front of him.
“I’m fine.”
“You’re not fine. Did someone say anything to you?” His voice a mixture of concern and anger, anger which you could feel wasn’t directed towards you.
You shook your head. Technically it wasn’t a lie, no one said anything directly to you. Lloyd didn’t push you more on that topic. The way you avoided his eyes and fidgeted with your hands made it quite evident that no matter what happened, you didn’t feel comfortable in that atmosphere.
“We’re leaving, come on. This party is too boring anyway.”
The ride back home was almost nerve wracking. Would Lloyd be angry at you? He did say you probably won’t like the party but you still wanted to go. And now you’re leaving quite early. Although Lloyd hadn’t shown any signs of anger towards you, the slight tick in his jaw made you feel worried.
As soon as you were home, you decided it’s best to get to the point and apologise before things could go wrong any further.
“I’m sorry.” Your random apology caught Lloyd off guard.
“Huh? What are you apologising for?” His question made you question yourself. Exactly, why were you? Except the part that you didn’t take Lloyd’s suggestion and still went to the party, you didn’t exactly do anything wrong, did you?
“I- I don’t know. I’m sorry to disappoint you I guess.”
“You didn’t disappoint me.” Lloyd took a deep breath. “Can I ask you something, answer me honestly, why did you want to go to that party? It was clear you didn’t feel comfortable there, and that those assholes aren’t exactly your ideal type of people. You have grown up in a mob family, I’m sure you know how those people can get, and I’m also sure you are not like them. So why?” You gulped. Lloyd definitely knew more about you than you expected, or he very quickly had understood a lot about you.
“I get so alone in the house. I didn’t want to feel so lonely, I wanted to spend time with you.” You answered without beating around the bush. Not that it didn’t make you extremely nervous to say those words. A smile, no a smirk appeared on Lloyd’s face.
“Hmm so my pretty wife wanted attention from me? If that was the case you could have just asked for it” Lloyd came closer to you with each word. But then the playfulness of his tone shifted to something more caring “Did I actually make you feel so alone?” You nodded
“Truth be told, I felt giving you space was what you needed. I know it’s not easy giving up your life and start living with a stranger, that to with a mobster. It felt like the less you know about me the better it would be. But now, I guess it wasn’t such a good idea.” Lloyd confessed and gently held your hand. “I’ll try to do better from now on.”
“Lloyd, you know, I thought you kept your distance from me because of the way I look, many people have implied I’m not beautiful before, so I got used to it. And when you didn’t interact much with me, even though I tried, I thought that was the case.“
“Who told you you’re not beautiful? Did someone insult you? Give me names, you know I can-“ Your chuckle stopped him mid-speech. You couldn’t help it, you liked the way he suddenly got all protective over you.
“Listen, you are the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen and you have the most beautiful heart. Far too beautiful for an asshole like me.”
In that moment, he didn’t feel like Mobster Lloyd, but just your husband.
“Now coming back to the part where you wanted my attention,” Lloyd teased and you couldn’t help they way you felt warm. Your husband had a smirk on his face as he took in your form.
“How about you go get changed and come to my room?” A soft gasp escaped your lips on hearing that. Lloyd chuckled.
“Don’t worry I’m just inviting you to my room, not asking to have sex with you,” he paused and leaned closer to your ear “Unless you want to.” Shivers ran down your body, because of the proximity and his words. Involuntarily you bit your lip and tried to form a reply.
“No, um- not yet. I don’t even know you properly.”
“Well you don’t need to know someone to have sex with them wifey, hope you know that, hm?” Did the man know what he was doing to you? He definitely did, his cocky attitude and smirk made it clear.
“I know that, but you’re not just someone are you? You’re my husband, and I want to know you first.”
“You’re a smart girl, wifey. I like that.” A genuine smile graced Lloyd’s face “Alright then, freshen up and come to my room.” You nodded and quickly went to your room to get changed.
As you stood in front of Lloyd’s bedroom, you felt excited but also nervous, but before you could ponder much, Lloyd came out.
“Come on in” your husband held the door open for you. Lloyd’s room was not only big but matched his personality perfectly. “You look cute.” You weren’t sure what to wear so you decided to go with some comfy shorts and T-shirt.
“Thank you.” Lloyd motioned at the bed for you to get in.
“Make yourself comfortable.” You sat down on the bed while Lloyd lied down beside you.
“Are you planning to sleep like that?” he asked you with a chuckle. Well he had a point, so eventually you lied down beside him.
It all felt so foreign, and so weird to be sharing a bed with your husband more than a month later after getting married. You were feeling overwhelmed, happy and sad at the same time.
“What’s going on in that pretty head of yours? Don’t think too much okay? Let’s focus on this moment.” Lloyd tried to be as sweet as he could. “I’m happy you are here. I don’t really know how to apologise because I haven’t had to till now, but I apologise for being rude, and hurting you.” You gave him a smile.
“Can we try to be there for each other from now on?” The sincerity in your tone and the soft expression on your face made Lloyd feel things he didn’t realise he could.
“Yeah, let’s try that.” His answer was good enough for you.
After taking your permission, your husband softly wrapped his arm around you. You felt protected. And not alone.
Lloyd leaned in and waited till you gave him a nod, then attached his lips to yours. This was different than the first kiss you shared together, on your wedding day. It was full of care and compassion and didn’t feel obligatory.
In that moment you were hopeful about the future and what it brought for the two of you. Maybe married life won’t be so bad.
“Hey, let’s get some sleep now okay? You’ve had a long day.” It was true, you could feel the exhaustion in your body. You gave him a nod.
“Although before we sleep, I have a very important question to ask” Lloyd asked seriously and it made you look at him curiously.
“What do you think about my Moustache?”

"Oh, come on baby come back, you haven't tried on the other wedding dresses yet!" "Fuck you Lloyd!" I exclaimed as I ran "Don't make me put the dress on you myself, sweetie."
With the wedding dress still on me, it was hard for me to run, but that didn't mean I wouldn't try. I would never, ever marry the world's biggest psychopath, Lloyd Hansen. If that meant I had to run, I would.
"You can't run away from me for long, you know that?" "And what makes you so sure, asshole?" "I know it, pumpkin."

"Where the fuck is she?"
The harsh booming of his voice as he entered the room had Lloyd's men scrambling to attention in record time. Standing in the doorway with a ruthless expression sprawled across his face, the dark-haired man brought a hand up to run over his mouth as he tapped his foot impatiently, unimpressed at how many moments went by with no verbal answer. "I see," he growled, eyeing the four men who all stood around him anxiously, exchanging glances with one another as they struggled to form words. "Someone better start talking, or I'll start fucking shooting," the boss snapped, placing his other hand on the handgun secured tightly in his belt.
"She's upstairs, recovering," the bravest of the bunch finally offered up, trying to hide the tremble in his voice. "Her wounds have been tended to. I can bring you to her now if you'd like, sir."
Hand falling down from his mouth to his hip, Lloyd nodded, his exasperation clear on his face as he continued to berate, "Okay, and would you like to tell me, Dean- since none of the other idiots in this room decided to bring their fucking voices to work today- what the hell exactly happened during her transport here? And why the absolute fuck I wasn't alerted- immediately?"
Swallowing hard, Dean wrang his hands out behind his back, replying meekly, "I-I... there was an ambush, sir. We lost two men-"
"Well obviously!" Lloyd blurted over him, anger raging in his pale blue eyes as he looked around at the faces before him. "At this rate, I wish they would've killed more of you! Useless fucking- fuck," he cursed, kicking at the leg of a nearby chair. Holding their breaths as they watched him, his men didn't dare respond; by now, they were used to his constant outbursts, knowing the safest thing to do was to just stay silent and still.
Sweat beading on his forehead, Lloyd muttered a few more choice words beneath his breath before smoothing back his hair, regaining his composure slightly as he began speaking again. "Bring me to her. And as soon as I shut those doors in your face, you come straight back here and call in more men. I don't care who you have to call. I don't want a single square foot of uncovered territory within a fucking mile of this building. Do you understand?"
"Yes boss," Dean agreed quickly, beginning to lead Lloyd out of the room before he stopped, turning back to face the remaining three.
"And who exactly was it that left my princess uncovered?" he questioned carefully, his glare powerful enough to burn holes through the agents as they looked at each other nervously. "Surely someone was closest to her, someone should've taken the hit."
"I-It was Mike, sir. Mike was sitting next to her," Dean spoke up from behind the group.
Turning his attention to the shorter redhead, Lloyd smiled with a light sigh, almost a chuckle as he addressed the young man. "Mike. Oh Mike, that's such a shame. You were the least obnoxious of you group of fools." Drawing his gun with a shake of his head, Lloyd showed no hesitation as he planted a bullet in the agent's head, clicking his tongue in satisfaction as the body hit the floor.
Turning back to Dean, he tossed his gun on a nearby couch. "You know the rules, no munitions around my angel," he reminded the men. Every head in the room offered a nod at the boss's words. It was known amongst the entirety of the team that Lloyd's girl didn't like to see him holding any weapons; they were much too scary for her little mind to handle. It was one of many strange features of the couple's relationship that any outsider would probably fail to understand or even believe, but of course, no one on the inside ever questioned it. They knew better.
"Of course, sir," Dean dared to acknowledge, motioning a hand towards the door. "If you'll follow me, she's right this way."
Tumblr media
"She's just down this hallway, sir- last door on the left."
"Good," Lloyd muttered, sticking his hand out in front of the man beside him to stop him as he continued his determined steps forward. "Now get back to work. And try not to fuck it up this time."
Dean didn't need to be told twice, promptly turning around to head back the way they had come. And as Lloyd finished making his way down the hall, from the front view, all physical signs of his aggression disappeared as he prepared himself to step into his other role, his favorite and most important role- a role that only one other person on the planet got to witness firsthand. Stopping at the grand set of doors leading to the bedroom, he ran his hands over his belt and pockets once more, double-checking that he had no traces of his work left on his person. After a final glance back down the hallway to ensure that no one but his intended audience would hear, he reached out and knocked gently against the thick barrier, the simple action the most delicate thing he'd done in weeks.
"Y/n?" he called in, his voice like that of an entirely different man from the monster who just shot an agent minutes earlier downstairs. "My love, are you in there?"
Not hearing any response, Lloyd carefully twisted the door handle, stepping into the room slowly in case you were sleeping. Looking around at the lavish golden decor, he found your little body curled up amongst the fluffy blankets and pillows covering the bed, the large king-sized mattress seeming to swallow you up as you drifted in its center.
Raising your head slightly, you peered warily over at the door. Normally, the sight of your daddy returning to you after weeks of being apart would send you running straight into his arms. But after the traumatic afternoon you endured, all you could manage was a soft whimper in the man's direction, causing his brow to furrow in concern as he closed the door behind him, making his way over to you as he let out a sympathetic hum, "Oh sweetheart. My poor angel, come here. Come to Daddy." Resting on the edge of the bed, Lloyd's heart broke in his chest as he watched you cower back slightly from his invitation; yes, he did have a heart. But only for you, only ever for you. "My sweet little girl, it's okay. Daddy won't hurt you, I left all my things downstairs. Know those are too scary for you, too dangerous. Never scary for my baby- right, angel?"
Lifting your head a bit again at the man's soothing words, your wide eyes ventured up to meet his, warmth spreading through your tummy as he gazed at you lovingly. "There's my pretty girl. Come here, sweetheart. Daddy wants to hold you. Missed you so much- and someone told me you got an owwy today."
Nodding gingerly, you forced your sore body up to a sitting position. At the sight of the large bandage wrapped around your arm, Lloyd began to coo softly again, "Oh, my sweet baby. Come here, come on," he coaxed again as he opened his arms for you, his touch brutally soft against your skin as he eased you onto his lap. "There she is," the man smiled, cradling you with an arm behind your back to allow you to rest your full weight against his safe embrace. "I got you, princess. Daddy's here now; you're safe."
Turning your head inward, you buried your face in the soft fabric of his shirt, tears prickling at your eyes as silent sobs begin to wrack through your little body. "Shhh, shhh," he soothed, running a tender hand over your back as you cried. "I know, I'm so sorry, sweetheart. Daddy's so sorry, so sorry he didn't protect you." Rocking you gently in hopes of calming you down, Lloyd struggled to fight back tears of his own as he was faced with the reality he had just spoken aloud: he had failed you. Unintentionally, yes, but it was all the same to him. It was his job to protect you, to do everything in his power to keep you safe and cared for. That was the one thing that mattered to him in life, and he had fucked it up.
"Baby, baby, baby," he murmured, leaning down to press his lips into your hair. Breathing in the familiar scent of your shampoo, the man couldn't help it; silent tears began trailing down his cheeks as he tried to keep his voice from wobbling while he spoke to you. "Listen to me, please. Never again. Never again will I leave you, my love. No more time apart, no more endless weeks without me. It's done, angel. It's all done; I'm not leaving you again. Daddy's gonna keep you safe. I mean it, I'll gonna do it myself. I'll never fail you again. Never fail you again."
Lifting your head up to look into his eyes, you're met with pools of watery blue, full of grief and regret; as gently as you can, you plant a kiss to the man's wet cheek, earning a soft smile as he reaches up to cup your chin in his large hand. "Thank you, Daddy," you whisper sweetly, the sound of your precious voice causing Lloyd's heart to swell.
"Anything for you, my love." Rubbing his thumb against your soft cheek, all he could manage to do was look at you, wondering to himself what he ever did to deserve something as pure and wonderful as the miracle sitting in his arms. "My little angel, my perfect girl. Daddy would do anything for you."

Tumblr media
You curse as the canvas almost slips from your fingers. The canvas isn’t that heavy and big, but you also have to carry your bag and the books that didn’t fit in there anymore.
Most of the Students are already done for today or are learning in the library, so the hallway isn’t that crowded. You still have to hurry though because it’s going to rain and getting your canvas wet isn’t something that you would want. Normally you are allowed to leave your projects in a room, but apparently not this time.
You walk out the door and already see how dark clouds start to cover the blue sky. You start to walk the shortest way to your dorm. It’s difficult though, to hurry while carrying your canvas and the rest.
The sky is now completely covered by dark clouds. It’s going to start raining any second now. You are so fucked.
“He cut his ear off”, a voice from behind suddenly says, making you jump and letting the canvas slip out of your fingers. Just before the canvas hits the floor, a hand catches it. “Did I scare you?” the voice says mockingly.
You turn around and see the boy from the party. Instead of a brown coat and scarf, he’s wearing a tight polo shirt and dark jeans. You can see some sweat on his forehead. He probably came from football practice and judging by the smirk and somehow happy mood, practice was good.
“Yes, you scared me”
“Good”, he says with a cocky smirk.
A smile spreads on your face as you realize what he first said. “You did some research on Van Gogh”
His smirk disappears. “Well, I uhm just wanted to know what shit you were talking about”. You don’t have to know that Lloyd actually went to the library at 3am because he wanted to know who was that man that you were so fascinated by. It took him quite a while because he forgot the name of the artist. Apparently Vincent ven Google doesn’t exist.
You nod smirking “mhm”.
He groans, “don’t get cocky. That’s my job, Sunshine”.
The smirk on your face disappears, instead the smile comes back. “Thank you for catching my Canvas”, you say. Lloyd pulls it away as you reach for it. “Uhm, can I have it back?”.
“No”
“What?” you say confused, reaching for it again only for him to hold it above his head, making you unable to reach it.
“Why should I give it back?” he says.
“It’s my Canvas”
“Is it?”
You take a deep breath. “Yes, it is”.
Lloyd looks unimpressed. “Hmm. I don’t see you holding it” he leans closer. “So it’s mine”.
“Give me it” you jump up trying to grab it, the Books in your other Hand Male it Hard though.
“I don’t think so”
“Please”, you say, giving him a slight glare. Lloyd just laughs at your glare. It’s not scary, it’s cute-No, dumb.
He leans closer. “Beg”.
The expression on your face turns to disgust. “I’m not going to beg”.
“Then I keep it”, he says, turning like he’s about to leave. Lloyd waits for you to tell him to stop and start begging. Like always, you surprise him with your actions.
“You little piece of shit”
He didn’t expect that.
Lloyd turns around and looks at you with an angry look. “What did you just say?”.
“I said you Little piece of shit. Do you want me to spell it out for you?”
Lloyd takes two big steps towards you. Now face to face with you. Well, face to chest with you. You can feel his breath hitting your face. He leans over you, towering over you and glaring down at you. “Oh, sunshine”, he says in a threatening tone.
Lloyd looks you up and down, deciding what he’s going to say next. Somehow, he doesn’t want to scare you. But why? Why can’t he be mean? It’s so easy to be mean. He shouldn’t have to worry about someone’s feelings. For god’s sake, he’s Lloyd Hansen! Not some weak butt waxing twink!
He snaps back when he hears you talk first.
“Yes, moonlight?”, you ask teasingly.
He takes a small step back and looks at you confused, “What did you just call me?”. Lloyd can’t believe that you just called him that.
“Moonlight”, you say.
“Don’t call me that!” Lloyd demands. Moonlight? That’s so…cute. Disgusting!
“Why not? You also don’t call me by my name”
Lloyd lets out a cold laugh. “Well, I can’t even remember your stupid name. Also, I wouldn’t give a shit about your name. I call you whatever I want…Sunshine. Now you better call me by my name, or” he licks his lips “you can always call me daddy, Sunshine”, he says, giving you a cocky smile.
Of course he knows your name. He remembers how he kept saying your name while he-NO.
A small chuckle leaves your mouth as he says that. “I never complained about the nickname. I like you calling me Sunshine”, you say, “by the way, I don’t even know your name”.
Lloyd stares at you, not believing what you just said. “What do you mean?”, he asks.
“You never told me your name”
Lloyd thinks hard. Did he really lay with you on a porch the whole evening completely high and he didn’t even tell you his name? He quickly stops feeling bad for not telling you. Everybody should know him. He’s like the most famous person at Harvard and a football player. So he scuffs and says, “Ha, everyone knows me. Either you are lying or really dumber than I originally thought”
“I’m sorry that I don’t know every preppy frat boy. While you try to get every girl to fuck you and spent most days partying. I learn, so don’t tell me im dumb.”
Lloyd moves closer again with a scowl on his face “I don’t try to get every girl to fuck me, Sunshine. Every girl tries to get me to fuck them” he smirks “that’s different”.
You roll your eyes at him. “Sorry I didn’t indented to strike your ego”.
“You didn’t. I don’t listen to what a little girl is saying”
The air turns colder, and the clouds turned even darker. It’s going to rain any minute now. Lloyd sees how you look at the sky before he says, “let’s walk somewhere where we won’t look like a fucking wet dog in a second”. He surprises himself with saying that. Ok yes, normally he would’ve walked somewhere, so he doesn’t get wet either way, but not tell the other person to come with him. The devil on his shoulder starts to get annoyed with his behavior.
You nod and you both walk towards somewhere under roofed. The first raindrops begin to fall down. Both of you start walking faster towards the school library. Lloyd doesn’t seem to like the idea of going inside a stupid library, but otherwise it’s the nearest under roofed place and not many people will be there. No one will see him there with you.
As you both walk in, you get greeted with a warm wave and the smell of dark wood and paper. It’s quiet and so far you can tell no one else is here.
Lloyd makes and grimace as he takes in the place. To him it really looks like a circus for nerds. Hundreds of books, many different kinds and all of them are fucking boring. Why would people willingly spend time here. He turns towards you as you rip the canvas out of his hands.
“Thank you for carrying my canvas”, you say, giving him a warm smile, and Lloyd feels his heart melt. You look so cute with your slightly entangled hair du to the wind, small raindrops on your forehead, your shining eyes and thin mint colored cardigan.
“Your welcome, Sunshine”
Both of you walk to a small corner of the library. Lloyd wants to because he doesn’t want to be seen and you just follow him. He’s leaning against the bookshelves while you are sitting at a study table. The library is filled with the sound of the rain hitting the roof.
Lloyd is the first one to say something, “You are weird”.
Your eyes go wide, “huh?”.
“You are fucking weird”
“Why?”
“Because-“ Lloyd thinks for a second “you paint”
“And that’s why im weird?” you say, confused.
Why did he have to start this conversation? Lloyd thinks to himself. He could’ve just said something like ‘I love my dick’ or ‘I destroyed everyone is baseball’, but no, he had to say that. Great job.
You tilt your head when you hear nothing, and Lloyd lets out a snarl. His face is ridiculous. He's watching you like a predator watches its prey. He's standing there, utterly motionless, his body tensed as if ready to strike.
He throws up his hands, “can’t you just shut up for ones?”, his tone shows annoyance.
Your eyebrows furry and you softly hold up your hands a bit “alright, calm down”.
His piercing eyes stare into yours with a cold, calculating intensity and you knew that you had to handle this carefully. You don’t understand how someone can have such sensitive impulse problems. He’s like a ticking bomb, ready to explode any second.
The air is thick and neither of you says anything. Both of you are sitting in silence for quiet awhile. The silence gets broken when you take out some papers from your bag, and Lloyd’s cold gaze slowly falls into confusion and curiosity.
You grab a paper and start folding it. Each fold sits perfectly. He watches you as you continue to fold the paper. Lloyd would never say it, but he really, really wants to know what you are doing. After a minute, you are done. In your hand, a little paper bunny.
“Origami, really?” Lloyd asks, raising a brow.
You nod your head as you get out another paper “yes”. It’s silent again, the only sound coming from you folding the paper.
After your fifth origami, Lloyd moves from his place again the bookshelves and walks towards the table you are sitting on and takes a place next to you. He doesn’t say anything as he takes a piece of paper and starts folding it.
Your eyes move away from your own paper towards his face and then his own paper. His origami is so far fantastic. A smile slowly forms on your face. “You can do origami”, you state.
He lets out a scoff. “Oh, really”, he says sarcastically, “nice to see that your eyes are working”.
“That was a compliment, Moonlight. You origami is really good”
A blush creeps up on his face as you said that. You just gave him a compliment, a really nice one too. Obviously, he gets compliments a lot for his baseball skills, his looks, his dick, his skills in sinful acts. But this is somehow different. He doesn’t know why though. Also, you said this stupid lovely nickname again. Lloyd hates it obviously………a lot…… .
He quickly coughs and tries to hide his red face somehow. “Uhm, I uh ok…I know im good”.
You shoot him another smile before focusing back on your origami, which makes you unable to notice how Lloyd turned his attention now towards you. He doesn’t watch your hands folding the paper though, no; he stares at your face. Like the night you met when you sketched him, you frown again when you get into details. Lloyd is almost 100% sure that you don’t even know that you frown when you concentrate on the details. He quickly looks back again when you lift your head a bit.
Both of you are folding origami in silence.
“Its Lloyd” Lloyd breaks the silence.
“Huh?” you ask, turning your head.
“My name”, he says, “my name is Lloyd Hansen”. His eyes move to yours.
“Lloyd” you try out his name, with a smile “It fits”.
A chuckle leaves Lloyd’s mouth. “Well thank you”. He doesn’t even realize that he just said thank you or that he is showing some sort of kindness.
You tilt your head, “I prefer Moonlight though”, you say with a teasing look.
He gives you an almost playful glare “Oh, sunshine. Be honest, you are just too dumb to remember my name. Is Alzheimer already kicking in?”.
You return the playful glare and say, “No, maybe by you. You are overall already wearing grandpa clothes”, you point to his clothes.
“Excuse me”, he hold a hand to his chest, “in what world is a polo shirt grandpa clothes?”
“In a world where old people are playing golf, but actually just because they want to see young girls in short skirts. Rich old man who are looking for someone that gets their wrinkly not working old dicks up”.
He looks at you maybe because your beautiful lips just lead out such mature words or because you compared his dick to an old mans disgusting dick. Either way, he’s speechless.
“I’m just kidding”, you say and continue to fold. Surprisingly, Lloyd doesn’t say anything.
Time flies fast. Both of you are now about two hours in this library, folding origamis, filling the whole table. While you did a bunch of flowers origami’s, Lloyd did butterflies. A bunch of cute little butterflies.
In those two hours, neither of you said a word let alone opened their mouth.
Lloyd finishes another butterfly and moves to grab another paper but only comes in contact with the surface of the table. He looks and sees that you both ran out of papers. Lloyd would never admit it, but he’s actually pretty sad that he cant fold anymore origami’s. If no one including were around, he would probably grab a book and rip some pages out, but that would mean that he wants to fold some more origami’s and he was obviously just folding them before just because be was bored and not because he was actually enjoying it…duh.
You notice it too, “I guess that’s it” you turn to look at your guys origami work “that’s quite much”.
“What are you fucking smiling at, Sunshine” Lloyd says as a smile breaks out on your face. His eyes don’t show coldness.
“I like your butterflies” you point to his work “they are cute”.
He tries desperately to hide the blush that is about to take over his whole face. No one ever said something like at to him, ok, to something he did. A thank you would be the right thing to say.
“Better than your trash”
Great job.
“Moonlight”, you begin, making him let out a sigh, “don’t say that. I did a bunch of different origami’s. You just did the same one over and over again for two whole hours”.
“Ok ok, yours look pretty good too…but mine still look better”. How deep did he fall to actually say something like that? He already said thank you today and now also some form of sorry. The devil on Lloyd’s shoulder is furious, but for the first time, the angel on his shoulder is smiling. For the very first time.
“Thank you, Moonlight” you say, your face shows true thankfulness “here’s something for you for being that nice” you say and give him a piece of paper.
Lloyd chuckles and goes for folding it, but stops when he looks at the piece of paper. It’s not just a piece of paper, it’s the sketch. The sketch you did on the night you both lay on the. He suddenly feels like it’s that night again where it was just you and him alone, together. His face starts to glow and a soft smile appears on his face, and not because he’s looking at a hot sketch of himself, but because it’s you. It’s you who did it for him. It’s you who spend the night laying on the floor with him, who sacrificed her cardigan so he would even sit on the floor, who shared brownies with him, who was nice even though he was his typical asshole self.
Who he almost kissed.
“Turn it around”, you say softly.
Lloyd turns the paper and in the right corner he sees why you wanted him to do it around. In a soft handwriting it says:
To my Vincent ven Google
“I didn’t knew your name and uhm”, you stutter a bit “I just thought that would fit because uhm you know-”. You stop talking when Lloyd grape your hand and kisses it.
“Thank you, Sunshine”, he whispers and lets your hand immediately go after it.
Lloyd looks at you softly. The soft yellow light of the library shining at your face and making it look like porcelain, but also soft. Lloyd wants nothing more than to caress your cheek. To touch you. To feel you. Not in the sexual way, though. In a way he can’t describe.
He doesn’t know why he feels the way he feels around you. It’s like around him is always some darkness, keeping him locked in a cocoon, locked from the light. That’s until you came and manage to break a part of his cell. It’s like he finally sees the sunlight, and it’s so warm. It’s like nothing he ever felt before. The warmness is going through him like deadly radiation, but somehow he doesn’t feel like he’s going to die. He feels like he’s going to live, which is weird because he’s already alive. His body is alive, he can run, jump, fight and every other physical activity. Now it’s though, like his heart is alive. Like before it was just an empty thing in his chest with no true benefit, but now its beating, its moving fast and loud.
Not only his heart became alive and making him feel something he never felt before, but he’s also feeling some kind of warmness down there. Not his dick. He’s feeling warmness in his stomach, which sound even weirder than the stuff before that. It’s not just warmness. It’s like a warm sunshine is dancing in there, letting him feel a complete new kind of emotion. He doesn’t hate it though, no. He likes it. He likes these new feelings. He likes the warmness he’s feeling.
Lloyd moves closer to you, your shoulder touching. He can smell your soft flower perfume. Well, he doesn’t even know if it’s a perfume or if it’s really just how you smell. He likes it either way. You too can smell his cologne. It still smells fucking expensive.
Neither of you saying something or looking at the other. You both stare forward. The feeling in Lloyd’s chest and stomach is getting bigger and bigger, and not only by him.
You feel it too. This feeling. It’s a bit different from Lloyd’s though. It’s more like you’re lost in a desert, no clouds coating the skin, nothing except the ocean of sand. You’re drowning in this ocean alone, helpless. Until darkness encases the hot sunshine and pulls you out of the ocean. It’s cold and dark, but safe. Instead of being scary, it’s like a night light. Trillion little lights shining in the dark, each telling a story, a secret behind the darkness of their outer appearance. Then there’s the sun of the darkness, the sister of the warm sun. A cold sun. The light of the moon is peaceful and quiet instead of the loud shine of the sun.
For the first time, your heart is not overheating. It’s not beating like it’s on fire. It’s calm. Like a layer of light encased it. Not a warm light, a dark peaceful light. Like the moonshine is wrapping itself around the flame like a glass to extinguish the flame.
You feel like the moonshine is dancing inside your stomach. Like a million shooting stars are flying in the beautiful darkness.
Your hands move closer until they touch, both of your hearts beating faster and the dancing in your stomach grows. Lloyd pinkie moves onto your hand and wraps around yours, intertwining your pinkies. Your pinkie pulls his closer, making him blush and this time he doesn’t try to hide it.
He moves his other hand towards your face and softly grabs your cheek and turns your head towards his. Now it’s your turn to blush. Lloyd looks at your lips before he moves his eyes to look into your shining eyes. He swears that the sunshine is his stomach is now rocking the dance floor as your hand that is not intertwined with his pinkie moves to the space between his shoulder and neck. Lloyd feels your warm fingers come in contact with his cold skin. You now move your gaze to his lips too, and Lloyd sees that as the final consent to do his next move.
He slowly pulls your face closer and closer. He needs to kiss you.
The night you both met you told him that he should sometimes use a chapsticks for his ‘crusty’ lips and he declined and said that’s not for men. He secretly used them, and his lips never felt softer before. It’s not like he’s scared that you will say that his lips are crusty when he kisses you. Ok, he is, but the chances are slim thanks to the chapsticks.
You both start to lean and close your eyes, only a millimeter, till your lips finally touch.
Your lips meet.
At least that’s what Lloyd hoped for, but a loud noise broke what was supposed to be your guys first kiss in the last second.
A growl leaves Lloyd’s mouth. He was so close to kissing you. SO CLOSE. He stops his inner tantrum when he listens to the noise and jumps up from the table.
“LLOYD, where the fuck are you?” Denny screams, giving zero fuck about the students who try to study. “Do you see him?” he asks the rest of the football team.
You both were so concentrated on your origami’s that you didn’t even realize that it stopped raining, and Lloyd’s frat bros aka. Team members looked for him. He doesn’t know why really, because normally they leave him be. When he’s not training, partying or having a game, he is fucking.
Lloyd needs to get out NOW. They can’t see him here, not in a library, not in a library….with you. He turns to you for a second and sees you looking at him with a neutral expression. Lloyd immediately looks away and just as he is about to sneak around the corner to the door to get outside with none of his bros noticing him, he slightly turns his head not turning to look at you though, and says “goodbye, Sunshine”.
Then he flees.
Not a minute later Carmichael walks by and looks at you with his dark eyes, which show no emotions, before he continues his search.

---
The first thing you took note of when you started gaining consciousness was the loud ringing in your ear, aggravating your growing headache. You groaned, eyes slowly opening and closing at the blinding fluorescent lights.
“Morning, sunshine,” a voice called out. A voice that had you alert and awake in seconds. A voice belonging to no one other than Lloyd Hansen. He stood in front of you with a sickening smile on his face, and everything from last night came rushing back. He had somehow found you and took you—your efforts at fighting him off useless.
You tried to protest but your words only came out as muffled cries as you realized you were duct taped and bound.
He smirked before ripping the tape off, earning a painful cry from you. “What do you know about Sierra Six?” he demanded, tone changing in a matter of seconds.
“What the fuck? Are you insane? Let me go!” you screamed as you squirmed in your seat, the tightness of the rope digging painfully into your wrists and ankles.
“Let me ask you again sweetheart,” he said, patience running thin. “Sierra Six. What do you know about him?”
“I have no idea who you’re talking about,” you deadpanned.
“Really?” he hummed. “Intel says otherwise,” he said, grabbing the file from the table and throwing it towards you.
“I have to give it to you. You managed to fool everyone into thinking you got kidnapped when in reality, you ran away. Who woulda thought?”
You glared at him.
“You can change your hair all you want, but I will always know it’s you,” he mocked, shoving a blurry picture of you and Six taken by security cameras in your face. “So tell me, what were you doing with him?”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
He laughed. “You know, the last time I saw you, you were more obedient. Always listening to me like the good girl you are,” he cooed, brushing a finger down your cheek and sending shivers down your spine.
Last time. It’s been a month since you ran away from Lloyd. A month since Six found you scared and shivering like a stray cat on the streets while he was on a mission and took you in and helped you, where an unexpected friendship developed between two broken people.
“Now,” he whispered, “now you’re a brat.”
“It was all your fault,” you spat.
“My fault?”
“Have you ever asked yourself why I did it?”
His jaw ticked.
“You’re insane. When they find me—” you paused.
He smirked. “Pumpkin, no ones finding you. Not even the son of a bitch you’re trying so hard to protect.”
And sadly, you know that's the truth. You could be anywhere right now, could be in any one of Lloyd’s untraceable bunkers.
You pulled at your restraints. “Why are you doing this?” Why didn’t you just let me go?
“I’m doing this to protect you.”
You scoffed, “Protect me? Go fuck yourself, Lloyd. You have never cared about me.”
“You know that’s not true. I care about you. You know I love you.”
I love you.
“Is this what you think love looks like?”
Maybe once upon a time, when you were young and naive—when you got too easily swayed by his sweet talk and promises—you would have believed that what you had with Lloyd was love.
And because you were a lovesick fool, you only saw what you wanted to see. Because the Lloyd you loved was also the Lloyd who had constantly hurt you.
Then you found out what he really did—who he really was—and that was the final straw.
All those nights when you voiced out your insecurities at your inability to form relationships with other people and his reassurances of: Don’t worry about them. I’m here. I’m always going to be here—when he was the reason your own friends disappeared, never talking to you again and why everyone you befriend suddenly goes missing.
All those nights when you cried about your parents and his reassurances of: They weren’t good people anyways, always neglected you. I’ll take care of you from now on. You have me—when he was the reason they’re gone, an unfortunate car accident the police told you. You never noticed the smug smile on his face as he held you tight to his chest.
Everything was a lie.
And that’s when you realized Lloyd never really loved you, not in a way you thought. What he really loved was your innocence, how easy you were. He was obsessed with you, obsessed with molding you into whatever he wanted—his sweet little pumpkin he would always say—where the bruises on your neck and fingerprints on your hips were the only reminders of his love.
“If this is not love, what is it?”
“It’s obsession you fucking psycho!”
“Watch your fuckin’ tone,” he snarled, nostrils flaring as he grips your jaw. “I spent a month killing everyone who played a role in your supposed abduction. Do you know how much blood was spilled because of you? How many nights I stayed up trying to find you? Everything I do is for you. Without me you would be dead. Is this not love?”
You flinched at his familiar tone, tears already pooling along your waterline and threatening to spill. You hated the control he still has over you.
He sighed. “The world’s a dangerous place, pumpkin,” he said, voice softening. “I only took care of everyone who wanted to hurt you. Remember what I told you? They weren’t any good. Don’t want the best for you like I do. And that includes the man you’re trying to protect. So tell me,” he coddled, holding your face in the palm of his hands, “what do you know?”
“What are you going to do to him?” you whispered, voice quivering.
“That doesn’t concern you,” he said, wiping a stray tear from your cheek, “you just need to know that no ones gonna love you like I do.”
Even after everything, you hated how you still clung onto his words. That somehow, even away from him, he was all you ever saw when you closed your eyes; heart aching in pain, heart mending in comfort all because of him—because he was all you’ve ever known. Love was pain.
“You have to promise me you’ll untie me if I tell you. And… and please don’t punish me for running away,” you begged.
Lloyd was quiet for a moment, contemplating. “’Course,” he stated, knowing he had bigger things to worry about right now, “you have my word.”
“He… he’s going to Prague right now. That’s all I know. I promise,” you said, defeated. You hoped he really was uncatchable like he claimed he was.
“That’s my good girl,” he praised, patting your head.
After sending a quick message on his phone, he made his way over to you and untied the ropes, looming over you. Taking your wrists in his hands, he rubbed gently, trying to soothe the pain. “You know I don’t like seeing you hurt,” he sighed, “but you know the rules,” hinting to the scratch on his face, the only harm you were able to inflict on him when he came for you.
“Bad girls get punished,” you finished like you always do. But really, this was just his way of reminding you of the power he has. To never leave him again. That today was a mercy. That he will always find you.
He nodded in approval, happy that remanents of him still remained. “That’s right. It’s also for your own good, you understand?”
You nodded slowly, earning a proud smile from Lloyd.
His smile was more sinister than you remembered.
He led you outside to the bare, empty and dead silent surrounding. “Take her back home,” he demanded to the figure leaning against the car, whom you recognized was Nick Fowler—the only person Lloyd trusted with you—you think you’d be seeing him plenty now.
“Got some business to take care of. I’ll be back for you, my sweet little pumpkin,” he promised while grabbing your hand, rubbing your pinky where your matching signet ring used to be.
He kissed your forehead before you got into the car. And as you faded from view, he smiled, knowing he won once again like he always does.

The silk sheets crumpled beneath your grip as you tightened your fists around the fabric, a low hiss spilling from your lips. You leaned back gingerly and tugged your shirt off with a groan, prodding the tender bruise on your side, grimacing at the blotchy, dark purple hue. The blurry memory of CIA’s top asset—Six, was what he was known as—roundhouse-kicking you into oblivion flashed into your mind, and you pushed it away just as quickly as it came.
“Knockity knock, sweet cheeks,” your wretched mission partner, Lloyd, announced as he swung the door to your room open, ironically not bothering to knock at all. He strode in with a stupid grin etched across his features, kicking the door shut with the back of his heel.
You scowled. “Get out, Lloyd.”
The way his eyes slowly slid down your body didn’t go unnoticed by you.
“Not gonna do that, honey,” he quipped condescendingly, gaze trained on your chest, much to your dismay. “See, we had one goddamn mission to finish tonight—and you blew it. You should be fucking glad you don’t have a bullet in your head right now.”
Abruptly, you swept yourself off the bed and onto your feet, drawing yourself to your full height. “You think I don’t know that? Maybe if your pea-sized brain could remember to radio your location, then I wouldn’t have dropped the bomb. How about you jump down from that skyscraper ego of yours for a second and consider that we both fucked up?”
Lloyd stalked forward a couple paces until he was practically nose-to-nose with you. He was practically bristling, lips curled into a snarl and eyebrows knitted together.
“I wish I never had to work with you,” he spat. “You’re a famous li’l bastard, you know that? Everyone you’ve worked with is now six feet under—and now I can see why.”
Before you could steel yourself, your palm came striking down his cheek, the slap ricocheting loudly across the room. His head pivoted to the side and his mouth dropped open, partly in disbelief, and partly from growing fury. Growing… arousal. The skin beneath where you had hit him immediately grew an angry shade of red, and he slowly turned to look back at you, eyes narrowed.
“I hate you,” you said, so close to him that his chest brushed against yours.
Your eyes darted to his lips.
He noticed.
“The feeling’s mutual, sweetheart,” Lloyd husked out.
And with that, he kissed you.
There was not an ounce of affection in the exchange, all tongue and teeth, growls and grunts, bites and scratches. One of your hands pressed flush against his chest, bunching his ridiculously tight shirt into your fist, while the other snaked around his neck to yank at his short-cropped hair mercilessly. Lloyd seemed to like the pain, groaning into your mouth before kissing you harder, forehead knocking into yours. He shoved you with no care whatsoever, maneuvering you until your back slammed against the wall.
A strained, involuntary noise of pleasure fell from your lungs as he shoved his knee between your legs, the hard muscle pressed right against your sex—practically dripping with need.
“Look at you,” he purred, pulling away for a second to slot his fingers beneath your chin, tilting your head up with a teasing smile. “You need something, sunshine?”
Before you could answer, he jolted his leg up, hitting your clit in just the right place. A strike of pleasure curled within your abdomen and you stifled a moan by biting down on your tongue, shoving a fist against his shoulder in a fruitless attempt to punch him.
“Aw,” Lloyd cooed, “that’s not very nice.”
He was man-handling you again—this time, tossing you onto the bed as if you were a ragdoll. His hands clamped around your ankles, dragging you down the sheets until your ass was right at the edge of the mattress.
His shirt was discarded somewhere to the side of the room, and whilst he began working on ridding himself of his belt, he looked down at you, sprawled out over the bed and chest heaving and lips kiss-swollen—fuck, his cock throbbed painfully just looking at you. With hooded eyes, you arched your back slightly to rip off the rest of your clothes, core pulsating with intense want.
You wanted Lloyd Hansen.
But God, did you hate him.
Him and his stupid pet names for you. Him and his carelessness—his unbridled anger. Him and that horrible pornstache that he sported.
You hated every bit of him.
As soon as his pants were off, you yanked him down, kissing him with wild abandon. Your nails scratched down his chest, leaving angry crimson marks in its wake. To your amusement, Lloyd only growled at that, moving away from your lips to lick a hot line down the curve of your jaw, and biting into your neck—hard enough to the point where you had to slap his shoulders with a hiss. He drew back with a smirk, a hard glint to his deep blue eyes, before dipping back down to press kisses into your collarbones. His hands gripped your hips, rocking you back and forth against his tented boxers.
When he got to your breasts, biting into your warm flesh with a low, chesty hum, you slipped your hand down his chest, and snuck your fingers into his boxers, wrapping them around his thick girth, pumping slowly.
He groaned loudly, spitting out a long string of curses and grabbing your wrist, shoving your hand away with a pointed glare.
Before you could register much else, his boxers were off and his dick was bouncing against his toned abdomen. You gulped audibly, inching away from him as you suddenly realized what you were doing—or, more accurately, who you were doing. A shiver spidered up your spine and you watched him with wide, cautious eyes.
“Nuh uh, honey,” he whispered scathingly, yanking you back to him and easily flipping you onto your stomach, despite your half-assed struggling. “You’re not going anywhere.”
He roped you back up until your back was flush against his chest, one hand wrapping around your throat and the other pinching one of your pebbled nipples, before crawling further down to your sopping cunt.
“Oh, sweetie,” he crooned into your ear as his fingers ran through your slickened folds, hot breath fanning out over your neck. “All for me? Fuckin’ slut.”
Without warning, three of his fingers suddenly thrust into your pussy, and a loud groan left you as you struggled in his grasp, simultaneously trying to push him away and draw him closer. His thumb pressed against your clit and you lost all control, hands reaching behind you to claw at his neck and his scalp.
“Beg for it,” he whispered, clearly enjoying every second of this. “Beg for me.”
As you squirmed, you managed to find a single thread of self-preservation within you. “Fuck you.”
Lloyd bit into your shoulder, as if warning you. “I won’t ask again, baby.”
When his thumb softly drew a circle around your clit, you could feel yourself giving in, melting into putty in his arms.
A litany of pleads fell from you, and you hated yourself for it, but you couldn’t stop. You needed him.
“Please, Lloyd, please—” A gasp cut off your words when he flicked your clit, dripping fingers drawing out ever so slightly before shoving themselves right back in. “Please fuck me. Please, I’ll do anything, Lloyd, I… please—oh—”
Seemingly satisfied enough, Lloyd began pumping his fingers into you rapidly, your wanton moans only fueling him further. Memory fuzzy with pleasure, you hadn’t even realized when your head lolled back onto his shoulder, his lips meeting yours in a frenzy as he fingered you.
Your first orgasm came crashing down onto you like a tidal wave against shore, and you shook violently in his muscular arms, jerking away from his fingers desperately as the beginnings of overstimulation began creeping into you. He only stopped his movements when you roughly bit into his lip mid-kiss, hard enough to break the skin and draw blood.
“Fuck!” he growled, glaring at you with genuine anger, tongue sweeping over the cut, copper hitting the back of his throat. His cock twitched, growing impossibly harder, and he ripped his fingers out of you. “Fuckin’ bitch.”
His fingers, creamy with your arousal, were suddenly shoved into your mouth and he watched with hungry eyes as your tongue swiped across the digits, taking them in deeper until you gagged. He bit back another groan.
“You’re such a whore,” he murmured into your ear, slipping his fingers out of your mouth, biting your lobe roughly. “My fuckin’ whore.”
A silent scream left your mouth hanging open when he swiftly sank you down onto his cock, so thick that you could feel him throbbing inside you, feel every veiny inch of him as he bottomed out, one hand gripping your thigh and pulling your legs further apart so he’d sink deeper into you, and the other pawing wildly at your breasts.
He cursed as you clenched around him, hoarsely moaning out his name.
“Say it again,” he whispered, pulling out halfway before sinking back into you. “Say my name again, honey.”
“I hate you,” you practically sobbed as he began thrusting into you in a near feral manner. “I hate you, I hate you, I hate you.”
This seemed to rile him up further, and the hand that was once at your breast found its way back to your throat, squeezing tight until black spots danced around your vision. Lightheaded, you let out a pornographic moan, hands scratching down his thighs framing yours.
His hand inched higher up your own thigh, and he flicked over your clit as his dick pounded into you.
“FUCK!” you yelled, reaching back to pull at his hair. Almost without realizing, you came around him for the second time, twitching in his hold. Overstimulated, you croaked out, “Lloyd—stop. Fuck, stop—”
Lloyd merely chuckled against your sweaty neck, only spreading your legs further apart and driving his dick into you harder. “Take it, baby. Fuckin’ take it. I know you like this—you’re soaking me, honey.”
A moan twisted out of your dry throat. As overstimulated as you were, his words were only turning you on more. The filthy sounds of his hips snapping into yours made your head spin.
“I hate you,” you sobbed again, knowing this would only drive him on, and you crumpled back into him, letting him use you like a sex doll.
A stray tear slipped down your cheek and his hand left your throat to grab at your jaw. “Aw, are you crying, sweetheart? Fuck, that’s fucking hot as fuck.”
Panting, you rocked back against him, eyebrows drawing together as your third—and hopefully last—climax rolled over you. This time, you stiffened against him as more fat tears rolled down your cheeks, clenching around him so hard he shouted out a creative line of swears before shifting into a different angle to hammer into you harder.
His dick twitched inside you—he was close.
“Fuck,” you muttered, slapping his sweaty shoulder, panicked. “Don’t you dare cum inside, Lloyd, oh—” You broke off into a groan and he swooped down to capture your lips in one last messy kiss, nose slotting roughly against yours.
He grunted into your mouth, forehead resting over yours as his seed painted your insides, much to your frustration. Much softer this time, he slowly pushed his softening dick in and out of your abused cunt, nearly laughing when you started slapping him again.
“Fuck you. I fucking hate you,” you spat. He shut you up by enveloping your parted lips with his—you could taste the blood in his mouth.
Eventually, he slipped out of you, peering down with a satisfied hum to see his cum spill out of your puffy folds.
“I hate you,” you whispered one last time, throat scratchy with thirst.
He patted your ass with a sickeningly condescending smile. “The feeling’s mutual, sweetheart,” he replied, an echo of what he said before. “Though—I don’t need to like someone to fuck them. Who knows… maybe I’ll even come back for sloppy seconds.”
With that, he unceremoniously let go of you, making you face-plant into the pillows. You twisted with a hateful snarl just in time to watch him stride out of your room stark naked, whistling a merry tune as if he hadn’t just fucked your brains out, not even bothering to pick up his clothes strewn across your floor.
Pompous, arrogant, motherfucker.
You really fuckin’ hated him.

You were a smart girl. Why had you done something so stupid?
You had decided to clean the house while Lloyd was away, wanting him to come home to a clean house. You didn’t mean to knock liquid over vital documents. It was an honest mistake. You didn’t know they were the only copy, you had tried so hard to fix your error before Lloyd came home, but unfortunately, you didn’t do it in time.
“What the fuck is this?” Your eyes shoot up, and you stare wide-eyed at Lloyd. His eyes dart down to the destroyed papers. His brows furrow as a sneer appears on his face. “Are those the fucking papers I needed?!” He storms over, ripping the drenched papers out of your hands and glaring down at you.
“I–’m sorry! I didn’t mean to! I was just trying to–”
“Trying to what? Ruin everything?” He growls, chucking the papers into the trash and looking around the room. “You couldn’t just leave shit alone? You had to be annoying and ruin everything like you always do!” You blink as tears blind your vision, Lloyd’s frown deepens, and he grips your arm before dragging you to the door. “Oh, are you going to cry now? Of course, you are! Because that’s all, you know how to do! I don’t even know why I’m with you! You’re not even my fucking type! So fucking ugly and useless.” He growls, the words just spewing out of his mouth now without thought.
You gulp back the sob that’s trying to make its way out. You nod your head slowly, freeing yourself from his grip, before running out of the room and to your and Lloyd’s room. You grab some of your clothes and move them to the guest room, not feeling comfortable staying in the same room as Lloyd. You spent the night crying into your pillow. What made it worse was that you could hear Lloyd inside the house, having the time of his life.
A stabbing pain made its way to your heart when you heard the sound of a female laughing. You slowly got up and began to get ready. You didn’t want to be here if Lloyd was going to cheat on you, which hurt the most because you never thought he’d go that far, but you guess you really disappointed him.
You slither into tight black pants, pulling on a tight black mesh corset covered in flowers and gold. You slide on your black-heeled boots and mess your hair up slightly before applying light makeup to your face, finishing it off with a dark red lip. You decide to spray Lloyd’s favourite perfume onto your skin, loving the musky scent of vanilla.
You open the door and begin to walk out of the room, making sure to grab your bag and phone before walking through the hallway and past the lounge room where Lloyd and the mystery woman sit. You keep your head up, not wanting to see who your replacement will be because you know it will break you even more.
“Baby! There you are! Where are you going?” You hear his voice but decide to ignore him. You continue to walk down the steps and toward the front door. You are so zoned out that you don’t hear him calling out to you or running to catch up to you. You are only brought out of the zone when he seems to grab your arm, and Lloyd frowns when you flinch from his touch.
“What, Lloyd? What could you possibly want now? Don’t you have a whore waiting for you upstairs? Couldn’t have waited till you broke up with me to fuck someone else?” You glare at him, not wanting to be around him.
His brows furrow, wondering why you are acting like this or why you’d think he’d cheat on you. His eyes drift down your body and take in your outfit, wondering where you could be going wearing something like that without him by your side. Before he can open his mouth to say something, you rip your arm out of his grasp and swiftly exit.
Tumblr media
It’s been a few days since the fight, and Lloyd has noticed you’ve been avoiding him. You become distant whenever he manages to be in the same room as you— A shell of yourself. You’d flinch whenever Lloyd touched you, causing his heart to break. He couldn’t put his finger on why you were acting like this.
He’s sitting at his desk in his office, going through some paperwork. His phone goes off, causing him to groan as he answers it. “What?!” You do not mean to eavesdrop on his phone call as you walk past his office. “What do you mean you can’t get rid of her?! Didn’t I pay you enough?! I told you that she’s useless to me! So what the fuck are you waiting for?!” You jump slightly, feeling detached more as you realise this is over. You should’ve left that night. You knew he slept with her when you came home. How else could you explain the destroyed lounge and his messy clothes?
You gulp, head back to your room, and sit on the uncomfortable mattress. Your head goes into your hands as sobs escape your body. “Why do I have to ruin everything? Why am I so fucking ugly and useless?!” You sob, tears flowing down your face as you realise you’ve lost the one person you’ve ever loved. You are so lost in your pain that you don’t see Lloyd standing at the door, his eyes tearing up as he listens to your words. He finally realises why you’ve been so distant. “I’m so fucking pathetic that he goes and fucks someone after a fight. Why me?”
Lloyd quickly launches forward, his arms wrapping tightly around you and holding your shaking body against his, rocking you gently as he whispers into your hair. “I’ve got you, baby. I’m not going anywhere.” He presses a kiss into your hair, tears flowing down his face. “I love you so much, and I’m so sorry for what I said. I didn’t mean any of it. You’re my one. My only.”
Your body leans into him as he continues to hold you. “I never cheated on you, Pumpkin. She was the target, but the men I hired screwed up, and she got away.” You slowly turn, looking at him through blurry eyes. Lloyd’s heart breaks at how broken you look. He leans forward and places a kiss on your forehead. “You don’t have to forgive me now. I will do anything and everything to make this up to you. Whatever you want is yours.” He stares into your eyes before he stands and lifts you.
Your arms wrap around his neck, about to ask where he’s taking you until you realise he’s heading toward your room. “You’ve been sleeping on that awful mattress, and it’s time for you to stay in our bed,” Lloyd demands, lying down on the bed and wrapping you into his arms, making a promise in his head that he will never hurt you again.

Working for a guy like Lloyd Hansen at first I was scared and always nervous around him and I never quite knew what mood he would be in but after a while Lloyd started treating me really well and started being really sweet and gentle though I wasn’t sure if he meant it but I started having feelings for him but wasn’t sure if I should say anything. But something happens that changes my fears.
Lloyd walked in the room and said “Y/N? when you have a minute could you come in my study?”
I jumped when I first heard his voice and said “of course Mr. Hansen I’ll be right there.”
I finished cleaning the kitchen and went to Lloyds’ study to find him sharpening his knives and I nervously said “M-Mr. Hansen what did you need from me?”
Lloyd smiled at me and put his knives down and got up and walked over to me and I was too nervous to look at him and he lifted my chin up with his thumb and index finger and said “hey hun do my knives scare you?”
The nickname he had for me made me blush & my cheeks heat up and I nervously nodded and said “did you need something from me?”
Lloyd said “I was gonna eat dinner but I don’t wanna eat alone, would you mind joining me bunny?”
I loved how soft Lloyd was being with me I never expected that he would wanna have me around much except for chores and cooking.
I said “I’d be happy to L- Mr. Hansen, what would you like me to make?”
Lloyd carefully rubbed my arm and said “oh no Y/N I’ll cook tonight it’s alright you deserve a break from work.”
I blushed and said “oh, thank you sir that’s very kind.”
—————- Lloyds’ POV—————
I made dinner for Y/N and myself and made plates for the both of us and saw Y/N sitting at the table quietly looking shy. I hope I can help her feel more comfortable around me, I started to fall in love Y/N & even though she’s my servant I cared for her but was I really worthy of being loved?
I set her plate down by her and said “here you go hon.”
I sat down by her carefully not to startle her and I watched her eat while I ate and I put my hand on her leg and rubbed my thumb back and forth and said “you’re quiet Y/N I hope you know that I won’t hurt you.”
Y/N smiled and didn’t seem to mind what I was doing so I moved closer to her and she put her hand on top of mine and I carefully took her hand and brought it up to my cheek and held it there and then kissed her hand and I rubbed her arm gently and looked her to watch to see if she felt uncomfortable at all but she just smiled.
I sighed and looked down and Y/N said “Lloyd what’s the matter?” Sounding concerned about me.
I looked at Y/N and I never really appreciated it before but she’s so beautiful and such a sweet young thing. I said “Y/N.. I know I’m your boss and that you might not trust me but.. I really care about you honey I could never harm you and I really care about you so much bunny but I just..would you still love me at my worst?”
Y/N smiled at me and put her hand on mine and said “I care about you as well Lloyd & yea of course I would, you’re worthy of being loved. I know deep down if you loved someone you would be the softest guy and so sweet to her.”
I looked over at her smiling not sure what to say so I just reached my arms out to hug her but she flinched and I said “hey no no no it’s ok would it be ok if I hugged you Y/N?” I know I’ve been an ass to her in the past but I didn’t want her worried I was gonna hurt her anymore.
Y/N shyly nodded and said “yes.. s-sorry just caught me off guard.”
I carefully wrapped my arms around her to hug her and whispered “hey no you don’t need to be sorry I know I’ve been a dick to you in the past but I won’t be that way with you anymore ok princess?” I held her close and forgot about everything else and just wanted Y/N.
———Y/N’s ——-
After we ate we went to his study to read and he made some small advances and would tease me which made me blush and I would just smile and I’m sure he knew I noticed what he was doing.
Then Lloyd moved closer cupped my cheeks in his hands and kissed me and said “bunny I just.. I love you so much I just never loved anyone before you but I wanted to you know that.”
I kissed him back and I moved my legs over to sit on his lap and I had my arms wrapped around his neck and we made out for a bit and I said “I love you too Lloyd I’m glad you told me, you’re so good to me and no one has treated me so well in a long time.”
Lloyd kissed my forehead and said “well you have me now princess.”
And from that moment I knew what Lloyd needed was a chance to love someone.
Ok so this was my first time writing a Lloyd Hansen fic so please be kind 🥺😅xx hope you enjoy 🤍 probably not my best fic I’ve written but I thought a soft Lloyd fic would be cute 🥰

Lloyd Hansen’s entry in your life wasn’t in your hands but you were so glad it happened.
To you it felt like your husband had two personalities, one for the rest of the world and the other reserved just for you, his wifey.
Soon after that night, there had been a major development in your married life, Lloyd’s room became your shared bedroom.
It was nice to share a room, and of course a bed. Waking up in the morning with a strong arm wrapped around you, feeling the warmth of another person, and not to miss the tickles caused my someone’s precious facial hair.
Your breakfast dates, as Lloyd liked to call them, was a ritual you both started your morning with.
Lloyd never tried to cross a line, you both needed some time to warm up to each other and he respected that. Hugs and kisses, and cuddles during sleep. It was all very sweet, specially compared to the ice cold man Lloyd was during the initial weeks of your marriage.
Your husband loved holding you close, you could understand that, after his usual tiring day, he would find you, wherever you were in the house, and wrap you in his arms, holding you close, relaxing under your touch. You loved that too.
“Wifey, I’m bored”
“Is that why you came home early today?“ You asked with a chuckle, while the man hugged you from behind, his chin resting on your neck.
“Ugh, it was such a boring day. And an assh- I mean an idiot didn’t show up for a scheduled meeting.” Lloyd went on to describe his day and why it was so boring but soon his tone turned all cheerful.
“Good news is, I’m back home early to my beautiful wife.” He turned you in his arms and kissed your forehead. You still weren’t used to compliments, even though Lloyd showered you with plenty. Your husband absolutely loved it when you tried to avoid your gaze and became all shy.
“I was thinking, if you are up for it, would you like to go on a date with me? How does dinner at some nice restaurant sound?” And you knew by nice he meant some super fancy restaurant.
“Sounds good but I was thinking something more?”
“Something more?” Lloyd wiggled his eyebrows, “Well I didn’t know my wifey was so naughty hmm?”
“Oh no-“ Lloyd loved teasing you “I was thinking we could go somewhere else too, unless of course we can’t because of security reasons, which I will totally understand. I mean I know you-“ You started rambling and Lloyd gently interrupted you.
“Wifey, just say what you have in mind please?”
“I was thinking maybe we can go to the beach?” A big smile appeared on Lloyd’s face.
“That sounds great, how about I arrange dinner for the two of us on the beach? You know set up a table and some lights, food, drinks and everything else?” Your eyes lit up on hearing that.
“Is that possible?”
“Anything for you, princess” That was a new nickname your husband had bestowed you with. One which always made you feel warm and fuzzy inside.
“Thank you, I’m so excited.”
“Why don’t you get dressed up and I’ll arrange everything, alright?”
You picked a cute flowy dress for the occasion, the sweetheart neckline was quite the cherry on top.
“I’m ready.” Lloyd’s jaw dropped as he took you in. Your eyes didn’t leave your husband’s frame either. He always looked so good. And that black shirt, with rolled sleeves and few buttons undone, paired with his signature white pants was quite a look.
“Wow, you look- wow.” Lloyd managed to say out, his focus still on you.
“Thank you Mr. Hansen,” You replied “so do you.”
“Shall we?” He gave you his hand which you gladly took in your own and nodded.
The drive to the beach was very beautiful, to say the least. Lloyd took his convertible which he rarely used anymore, but he could feel it was perfect for the occasion. His men followed the two of you in a different car, Lloyd couldn’t risk your safety. And you understood that.
When he saw that beautiful smile on your face, and the wind blowing in your hair, he knew it was worth it to bring the convertible. It was so difficult to keep his eyes on the road when you looked so good, sitting right beside him.
Not to forget how you would look at him from
time to time, with care and affection in your eyes. Lloyd felt like he was losing his mind in the most poetic way.
When you got to the beach, it felt like a scene out of a movie. A beautiful table decorated with flowers and candles. Cutlery, plates and glasses and a bottle of wine fully organised. At some distance you could see a chef preparing your dinner and you were soon greeted by the helping staff who escorted you both towards the table. Lloyd wrapped his arm around your waist. He was quite the gentleman and pulled your chair out. You gladly took a seat and eventually so did Lloyd.
“I can’t believe this is happening Lloyd, it’s so beautiful.” You look around with a smile on your face. It was so beautiful. That part of the beach had been decorated with fairy lights and candles. Sound of waves crashing. It was all too magical.
“Oh it’s all happening wifey.” Lloyd smirked but he was genuinely delighted to see you so happy. He poured you a glass of wine and then himself.
“To us.” Lloyd raised his glass in front of you with a sheepish smile on his face. He wasn’t used to romantic gestures but he tried his best. It made you feel giddy to see him like that.
“To us!” You smiled and clicked your glass with his.
The server came with your food and kept it in front of you. Smelled delicious. He then left you two, to give you privacy. For Lloyd privacy came with terms and conditions applied, couldn’t be helped. The helping staff and chef were at a distance doing their work and waiting for orders, if any. So were Lloyd’s men, bodyguards who were keeping an eye out for anything out of the ordinary.
But the two of you still got the privacy you needed. And to be fair, whenever Lloyd was lucky to get your company, it felt the rest of the world didn’t exist for him.
“Are you having a good time?” Lloyd asked, taking a sip of his wine.
“The best” You smiled. The food was delicious, and Lloyd was ever so caring. You didn’t want the night the end.
After dinner you took off your heels and Lloyd his shoes, and started walking on the sand. The sky was now darker with stars shining and the gorgeous moon.
Your husband took your hand in his, you smiled looking at him and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
“Thank you for tonight Lloyd. It was amazing.”
“Only the best for my princess.”
You started pulling him towards the water and Lloyd realised what was happening
“Oh no wifey the water is going to be pretty cold right now.”
“Please Lloyd, we’ll just dip our feet, come on it will be so fun.” Your pout was enough to make him change his mind. He playfully rolled his eyes and you excitedly pulled him toward the sea.
As soon as your feet came in contact with the water, you knew Lloyd was right, it was cold, but it was also so much fun.
Lloyd admiringly took in your sight, as you played in the sea, your feet dipped in the water, gently splashing it forward, your hand in his own. He wanted to capture the moment and keep it in his heart forever.
Your husband got lost in thoughts and you took the opportunity to splash some cold water on him.
“Hey!” Lloyd exclaimed dramatically. It was adorable. You giggled and continued your actions.
“Oh you just wait wifey,” Lloyd pulled you closer with one hand and splashed you with the other. You giggled and felt the chill, which made you shiver.
Splash and splash, but soon you ended up on top of Lloyd when he pulled you, and there you both were, lying on the sand, waves coming and going, gently touching you.
Lloyd moved his hand into your hair, slightly sticky with sand and water. He raised his head and captured your lips in a loving kiss.
You could hardly believe any of it was truly happening, it was all so magical. After Lloyd kissed your lips to his heart’s content, he helped you up and got up himself.
“We should get going, it’s pretty late.” You nodded and smiled.
“Thank you again for tonight, Lloyd.”
“I’m happy I could make you happy” Lloyd smiled and took your hand in his as you made your way to the car and his men followed behind.
As much as you loved spending time on the beach, the warmth of your home felt very welcoming.
“How about you take a shower and freshen up?” Lloyd suggested.
“What about you?”
“I’ll use another bathroom don’t worry.” You nodded, part of you wanted to invite Lloyd to take a shower together, but another part, the slightly insecure one as well as the shy one was still not ready. So you made your way to the bathroom, on your own.
The warm shower, not only helped you feel clean but also refreshing. After wrapping yourself in a towel, hair still damp, you looked for the clothes you were supposed to change in. Clothes, where were your t-shirt and shorts? Realisation hit you, you were in such a rush to take a shower, you didn’t bring in your clothes.
In order to get your clothes from the wardrobe you would have to go on the other side of the big room.
You opened the bathroom door a little and peeked through, holding your towel tightly, to see if the coast was clear. It wasn’t.
There was Lloyd in his majestic aura, pacing across the room. Honestly he couldn’t be blamed in any way for coming inside the bedroom because you always come out of the bathroom in fresh clothes. So it wasn’t out of the ordinary for him to stay in the room when you were taking a shower.
You took a deep breath, and with as much courage you could muster, you called out to your husband.
“Um Lloyd?” Lloyd’s head snapped towards you, he could only see the slightly opened door and hear your voice.
“Yes wifey, you alright?”
You could ask him to leave the room but somehow you didn’t want to. It wasn’t like you were naked, you had a towel wrapped around. A sudden surge of boldness made you open the door fully and come out.
Lloyd had no idea what was about to hit him. When he saw you in that towel, he gulped and moved closer to you.
“Oh princess, I- fuck. Do you want me to go out?” In that moment, you didn’t know if Lloyd’s sweetness got to you or it was simply the fact that he was so close to you, you pulled him and crashed your lips on his. Lloyd was caught off guard but he immediately kissed you back.
“Lloyd, you make me feel things I never knew I could” You whispered against his lips.
“I feel the same way baby,” He held the back of your neck pulling you closer, the other hand traveled to your waist.
You pulled apart when you were out of breath and looked into his eyes. His blue eyes, which had darkened a little, held affection and desire for you.
“I like this side of you princess” Lloyd smirked, tracing your cheeks with his thumb. You bit your lower lip.
“Lloyd I have to say something, I’ve never um- I’ve never been intimate with someone before” You confessed shyly, and looked down. Lloyd put his finger under your chin and made you look up.
“Oh wifey, it’s alright baby, I’ll take care of you, I won’t ever do anything you’re not ready for okay?” You smiled.
“I really like it when you kiss me though, and I-“ you pulled on the hem of his t-shirt “I want to try more” Lloyd was about to combust.
And that was how you found yourself lying on your bed, your towel still wrapped around you, and your husband peppering kisses on your jaw and neck, and his hands stroking your arms. It felt so good. Lloyd licked and sucked on your neck, marking you. His moustache added friction which made you moan softly.
“Wait, Lloyd-“ He stopped immediately.
“Did I do something wrong baby?”
“No. I wanna kiss you too, make you feel good.” You tugged on his t-shirt. “Can I take this off?” Lloyd nodded with a smile and helped you take off his shirt.
You started kissing his jaw and neck, then trailed down, pressing open kisses on his broad chest, he wrapped his arms around you.
“Mm princess that feels so good” Lloyd’s little groan made you lick your lips.
That was how you both spent your night, lazily and lovingly in each other’s arms.
Next morning you woke up, found your head resting on his chest, his hand holding you close. You realised you were still in your towel, it was loosely wrapped around you. Lloyd knew you weren’t ready to cross that line yet and he respected that. He was more than happy just being with you, having you so close.
You kissed his chin. Lloyd gently opened his eyes.
“Morning wifey.” his voice was raspy.
“Good Morning Lloyd.”
The day began with your usual routine. After breakfast Lloyd got a call and informed you he had to take care of something important and that he might come home late. He kissed your temple before leaving in a rush.
You sighed, hoping it wasn’t anything dangerous, but who were you kidding? You knew this life, his business, his empire and the people associated with it were all full of risks.
With another sigh, you went on about your day. You cleaned up everything, and decided to catch up on a show.
Lloyd did say he would be late but the fact that it was getting quite late, made you worry. Even though you tried to distract yourself by watching something, or simply scrolling on your phone, your focus was somewhere else.
You could call him, he had told you to call him if there was some emergency. But this wasn’t an emergency. You didn’t even understand why you were so worried, it won’t be the first time Lloyd came home late, but you couldn’t ignore that irksome feeling in your heart. The way Lloyd left home in a rush, it made you very worried. And usually he either called you or sent you a text, but today you had received no updates from him.
You called him but he didn’t pick up. You tried once more, still no use. The only other person you could call was his right hand man, Lloyd had given you his number in case you couldn’t reach him.
You called Lloyd’s trusted right hand man but he didn’t pick up either. You were getting more anxious each second and were about to call him again when your phone rang.
“Mrs Hansen-“
“Where is Lloyd? Is everything alright?”
The line was cracking and you couldn’t hear properly. You could hear Lloyd’s voice in the background. And his soft groans.
“Lloyd? Where are you? Are you-“ The line got disconnected.
Your heart beat increased and you rushed downstairs. The sound of cars entering the compound and men rushing here and there filled your ears as you made your way to the door.
You were stopped in your tracks when the door opened and Lloyd appeared in front of your eyes. An injured Lloyd.
“Oh my god, Lloyd.” You rushed beside him and he smiled softly.
“Hey wifey.” His men gave you two space, on Lloyd’s orders. Lloyd kept his hand on your shoulder as you lead him towards your bedroom gently, afraid to touch him.
You took him to the bathroom to wash the blood and clean his wounds.
“Sit here please, I’ll clean everything up” You managed to say in between tears.
“Please don’t cry wifey, I’m here now aren’t I- Ah fuck”
“Don’t move please” You made him sit on the counter top, and started cleaning the cut on his head first.
“What happened?”
“Well let’s just say, things went south.” Lloyd avoided looking into your eyes.
You didn’t pester him to say more. Cleaned the small cuts on his arm. The one on his shoulder was a little deeper than the rest. You gently cleaned it with a cloth, soaked in water. Lloyd hissed, and grabbed your waist.
“Sorry.” You mumbled and applied antiseptic liquid. Which made him hiss again. After cleaning and wrapping up his wounds, you touched his cheek with your hand.
“I was so worried Lloyd, and then I find you like this.” More tears rolled down your cheeks.
“I know wifey, I’m sorry, things got out of hand.” Lloyd gently raised his arm and wiped your tears with his thumb.
“You know, before I was married, if something like this was to happen, I wouldn’t have given it any extra importance. This has been my life for a long time now. But everything has changed for the best. And today I realised that no matter what, I had to come back home, because now I have someone waiting for me. Someone I’ll always protect and take care of. Someone who has my back. Someone I-“ Lloyd bit his lips, deciding whether to go on or not.
He got up from the counter and stood in front of you. Taking your hands in his, he placed a kiss on each. Looking into your eyes again, Lloyd smiled. That smile was different than Lloyd’s usual sweet yet confident smile. It had a sense of vulnerability.
“I love you wifey. I’m always gonna come back to you.” Your breath hitched, hearing him say those words.
“You better come back to me Lloyd Hansen, because I can’t imagine my life without you anymore. I love you.”
Lloyd pulled you into a soft kiss, you made sure not to hurt him in any way.
You helped him to lie down on the bed and got in beside him.
“Why are you so far away princess?”
“Don’t wanna hurt you Lloyd.”
“It’ll hurt more if you stay away wifey” Lloyd’s pout was adorable. You moved closer to him and kissed his cheek.
“I love you wifey.”
“More than your moustache?” You asked with a chuckle
“Mhmm, I love you more than my glorious moustache.”
“I love you too, hubby.”

Lloyd Hansen x Reader
Warnings: Language. Angst. Sick reader
Word count: 1.3k
Characters: Y/n. Lloyd Hansen. Special guest Doctor Jake Jensen
Author's note: In a world where there is NO cure, treatment, vaccination, or antibiotics for Tuberculosis (cuz RDR2 is/has been my whole personality for over a year now, and I'm going with TB!)
What?!?!? Another Lloyd fic??!? I'm really spoiling ya'll 🤣😅
It just started off as a cold, you figured it was the flu or just some common cough. It wasn't that much of a big deal, you didn't tell your husband Lloyd because you didn't want him to make an issue about it.
That's when you started coughing up blood, and your shortness of breath. You lost all the color in your face, applying makeup to make you look less of a porcelain doll, and add your natural color back to your face.
With Lloyd being away on his missions, you were alone most of the time. Trying to make yourself better with hot tea, soup, trying to keep yourself warm. You didn't want to stay in bed all day, so you'd kept yourself busy throughout the day while Lloyd was gone.
You didn't want to go see a doctor, but you went against your judgment, and went to see one that was nearby. You knew Lloyd wouldn't be happy that you left the villa unattended, but he'll get over it, especially if it was about your health.
Here you are, in the waiting room, mask on, coughing your lungs out, blood on the inside of your mask, that you'll have to throw out.
Y/n Y/l/n?." the receptionist calls for you. You get up from your seat, and enter one of the exam rooms.
"Doctor Jensen will be in with you shortly." the nurse tells you, after taking your blood pressure and checking your ear for your temperature.
You sit there on that seat/bed thing that doctor exam rooms have. Trying to breath softly, but comes out like you're dying. Wheezing every time you let out even the smallest breath.
The door opening startles you. "Y/n Y/l/n?." a young male doctor enters the room, clipboard in hand.
"Yeah." you respond with a slight cough.
He takes a seat in front of you, "I'm Doctor Jake Jensen. What seems to be the problem? What are your symptoms?."
"I'm sure you can hear them." You say in the least sarcastic way possible, "I'm coughing. I have shortness of breath. I have no color in my face, the whites of my eyes are red."
He takes notes as you further explain your symptoms, "Is there blood?."
You nod, "Sometimes."
He takes out an ophthalmoscope to check the pupil of your eyes trying to make very little contact since he doesn't have gloves on.
"Are you able to eat? Keep food down?." he asks as he pulls away to take more notes.
"Not without throwing up. I usually don't eat." you tell him.
"Any chest pains?." he continues to take notes.
"All the time." you reply, coughing into your mask.
He puts on a pair of gloves, and takes out a stethoscope. "Take a deep breath."
You take a deep breath. "One more deep breath."
You take another deep breath.
"Do you mind pulling your mask down for a second." he asks, pulling out a tongue depressor. "Say ah."
You lower your mask, open your mouth, and make that ah sound doctors ask you when they use the depressor.
He gets up from his seat, tosses his gloves in the trash and washes his hands.
"What is it?." you ask, starting to feel anxious.
"Its… not good." he tells you as he dries his hands, his expression changing to pure sympathy.
"I assume that." you tell him, "Please doc. What is it?."
He turns to face you, sitting back down on his chair "From your symptoms, shortness of breath, coughing up blood, not eating. Chest pains. You have tuberculosis."
You feel yourself become numb. Your heart sinking down into your stomach. Like your whole world just stopped, you immediately thought of Lloyd. "There's a cure right? Medicine. Antibiotics. Anything?." your voice cracks, and you feel like you're about to break down.
"Unfortunately, there isn't. Figured with all this technology, and medicines there are. You figured there would be a cure for TB. I'm really sorry, it's a very progressive diseases."
You can't help but break down, "So, so, will this disease kill me?."
He awkwardly shifts in his seat, but you can tell he doesn't want to tell you that it will, it's probably harder on him to tell you that you're slowly dying. "It's best to stay home, stay warm." he tells you, "It… pains me to say this, but the worse it gets it will kill you."
You wipe your tears away, and stand up. "Thank you, Doctor Jensen, for your time."
"Before you leave." he says as he quickly writes down on a prescription paper, "Take this. It won't cure your TB, but it will help a little. Give it to the receptionist and she'll process it."
You take the paper, and give it to the receptionist so she can process it to your pharmacy.
A few days later, Lloyd returns from his mission.
"Pumpkin!." he calls for you, but you're sitting outside on the back patio bench in front of the fountain.
You've been crying nonstop, you didn't know how to tell Lloyd that you were dying, and there was no cure for your illness.
He looks around the villa for you until he sees you outside.
"Y/n, sweetheart." he says as he walks outside. You look away, not being able to look at him, or in his direction.
He notices your behavior isn't the same as your usual behavior. "Y/n? What's wrong?." he takes a seat next to you, "Look at me."
You shake your head, but he's relentless, "Y/n!." he grabs your hand, but you pull it away. Trying to get away from him.
"I'm fine!." you shout at him, but it triggers you to cough violently, blood falling in your hand. "I'm fi-." You continue to cough, and gasp for air as blood drips out your mouth.
Lloyd sees this, his posture and expression softens, "Y/n, are you okay?."
You look over at him. Seeing your pale face, the whites of your eyes red, your face sunken in. "I'm not fine."
"Sit down." he motions you back to the bench you were once sitting on, "What happened?."
You take a deep breath, trying to hold back another cough, "I… I went to see a doctor."
You look over at him to see if his expression changed at the fact that you left the villa, "Let me explain. I went to see a doctor, and he said my symptoms, from seeing them."
You sit there trying to figure out what to say, and how to say it.
"Y/n." he says, his voice soft. He moves a strain of your hair away from your face.
"I got TB. Tuberculosis." You continue, "He told me, it's severe, and there's a possibility that I will-."
"We will get through this." he tells you, not meaning to cut you off, but he knew what you were gonna say, and he didn't want to hear it. Placing his hand over yours, "I will see you through this. I'm not leaving you."
You break down yet again, you knew he wouldn't leave you. You knew he loved you to death. You take a deep breath, "I just… can't wrap my head around this. I don't even know how I got this."
He places his other hand on the back of your neck, while the other is still on your hand. He gently massages the back of your neck.
"Lloyd?." you say looking up at the sky.
"Yes sweetheart?." he asks, softly.
You look over at him, eyes watery, tears trailing down your cheeks, "I'm afraid."
"I know you are, pumpkin. So am I. I can't even think of losing you."
He comforted you the rest of the night, and everyday afterwards. He never left your side, he made sure you were kept warm, made sure you were eating until you made a recovery. Everyday he worried that he would wake up one morning to see that you never did.

"Aren’t essays usually in non-fiction?" He examines, craning his neck slightly to look down at you. Out of all the people you've known, you've never encountered someone as lofty as him. He was a gentle giant. Burly, yet kind. His muscles protruded in the cream sweater he wore, and you resisted looking at them. You swallowed heavily, although it wasn't perceptible to him. You dusted your hand over the brown apron you wore, wiping off a tad bit of sweat that rested on your palm. To say he made you nervous was an understatement. God, he was attractive.
"Usually. But the owner has his own way of doing things. Who’re you looking for?" You ask wryly as you gaze up at him with your doe-shaped eyes, before positioning the last book on the shelf.
"Hank Pym." He replies without hesitation. Your eyes want to narrow, but you don't, fearing you'll look foolish. After the snap, most of the world had become a sorrowful body of what it once was. Known for his slightly erratic personality and discoveries about time, Hank Pym was infamous for his rivalry with Tony Stark. His books and discoveries after the snap were gathered to help understand the snap and the type of anomaly it was. Despite this, the world remained the same. The former beauty has been reduced to a despondent shell.
"Good choice." You compliment him as you beckon him to follow you, and his laughter ricochets off the walls. His footsteps sound quietly against the carpet and his shadow towers over you, causing you to bite your lip. He was mouthwatering. Although you couldn't catch a glimpse of him, you felt strangely turned on by him. Who wouldn't be? There is no doubt that he was one of the most prominent individuals on Earth at the moment.
"I feel weirdly validated."
"Most of his old stuff went out of print years ago. But since Ransom started talking him up, we’ve been getting more requests. We keep him here-- " You arrive at an undersized shelf, and he inspects it for a moment before speaking.
"'Celebrity authors?' I thought Pym was pretty obscure."
You shrug at his response with a laugh, "He knew Tony Stark."
During his lifetime, Tony made significant contributions to scientific exploration and funding. Media outlets devoted articles, polls, and even news reports to the rivalry between him and Hank Pym, who were friends turned rivals. In the wake of the snap, Tony disappeared for such a long time that people thought he had been killed by Thanos. Until it was all over the news that he had come from a spaceship from the sky. It had been an odd world after Thanos.
"Ransom wants anyone in here that’s even tangentially famous. Thinks it sells more books." You beam and nod your head to the manager watching you both, feigning to be on his phone, and the man you are talking to laughs.
"That’s sad. People buying books because of what’s popular and not because they want to be moved or changed in some way." A frown materializes on his face. Throughout his childhood, his mother prompted him to read, and even as she slipped away peacefully on her deathbed, he read a book to her.
"It’s an epidemic. See that guy --" He whispers to you, continuing, and leaning closer. "I saw him on the way in. Grabbed Dan Brown’s latest on his way in. Now he’ll walk around for another five, ten minutes to try and find something legitimate to buy with it."
His scent is like that of a forest on a warm spring day. It's a musky scent you want to bask in forever. As he becomes more friendly with you, your face ruptures into a smile. Maybe you could become closer to him. Perhaps friends, or even more.
"Like the cereal guys buy when they’re really there for condoms. Only makes it more conspicuous. Like, own your shit. If Dan Brown’s your kink, be out about it." You answer quietly, so only he can hear, and his cheeks begin to redden a bit as he chuckles, trying to regulate his volume level.
"He’s shame-buying Dan Brown."
"At the end of the day, people can be so disappointing, can't they?" You sigh in faux dissatisfaction.
"Sometimes they surprise you." He quips at you; looking down at you with a small grin. A moment passes as you both hold your gaze. Those brilliant blue eyes, you could lose yourself in them for hours. The air around you both suddenly becomes heavier, and you swallow. God, he's so close to you right now. It is as if his shadow engulfs you so perfectly that you can't help but want to get up on your tiptoes and kiss him. Tenser, but quickly, you break eye contact, reminding yourself of patience, and you clear your throat.
"Hank Pym, it's the top shelf."
