Feeling nosy,, wahts the oldest draft you have saved?

Oooh this is a good question! I don't think you're being too nosy.

Currently I have 29 saved drafts which is too many for my taste lol. Most of my drafts are one of two things a) they're drafts of asks that I need to finish OR b) they're drabbles/plot bunnies that I have yet to flesh out/do anything with lol.

You asked for the oldest one, have the three oldest ones 'cause I feel like thinning my drafts down lol:

3rd oldest -

"This is totally a @luninosity type Evanstan trope (particularly a mix of "the wind in our sail (what we've waited for)" and "we walk the sun as we go") but I was thinking about magic and palm reading again and then my mind went to kitten Seb because baby is literally a kitten in human form and I love him for it. And then of course I also had to think about literal kitten Seb, not just spiritual kitten Sebastian and....... I spiraled.

So

I present to you the thought of:

Magic Chris and his boyfriend, shape shifter kitten Sebastian.

Chris always calls Sebastian his "kitten" because he has to okay?

1) He's a shape shifter so he's a literal cat sometimes and 2) he's practically a kitten in human form anyway- always eager for touch and affection, lying in the sun, taking cat-naps if he can't get his coffee in the morning, a little shy when he's not around someone he's comfortable with. And because of that little endearment/inside joke an idea gets born of Sebastian being Chris' sex kitten.

Then they have an extra long weekend to themselves so Chris charms Sebastian to have cat ears and a tail without fully turning. Leaving his body human along with his mind.

The cherry on top though?

Chris also gives Sebastian a charmed drink that provides him with a pseudo heat.

He's a shape shifter, sure, but he doesn't have heats. Not in human form or in cat form and so when that little drink hits Sebastian it hits him like a train.

His ears twitch and keep swiveling, always trained towards Chris while his tail lashes back and forth, trembling when Chris' fingers trail down his spine."

2nd Oldest -

Me: "Big dumb idea: cop!Bucky × incarcerated!Steve (he probably got in a completely warranted fight or something righteous as always haha) inspired shamelessly by the Fall Out Boy lyric "anything thing you say can and will be held against you, so only say my name" ft. back of the cop car sex or sex on the chilly, metal interrogation table with hopefully nobody looking through the double sided mirror or... maybe there is someone watching 😏

Like fuck the police, they're awful and black lives matter, but just this once: fuck the police

Ash: Like, imagine it's not even a fight, like, Bucky is just a regular cop and, like, pulls Steve over for just speeding but Steve is very like, forceful about ACAB and just, like, cannot keep his mouth shut to just get the ticket and be on his way

Me: That's even better oh my god, and, like, he's secretly angry at himself for thinking, this cop is so fucking hot, because aren't they all supposed to be power hungry assholes but, no, this guy is just fucking insanely gorgeous

Ash: And Steve is just so smarmy and sassy and even though Bucky is aggravated bc he was near the end of his shift and just wanted to go home he's also entertained because this guy is hot af and also funny even though he's being a dick directly to Bucky"

1st Oldest -

"Chris starts wearing flavored chapstick by accident, just picking out the wrong kind when he inevitably loses his most recent tube but he realizes he likes the flavored kind. So it becomes his regular.

Then, the next time Seb sees him and kisses him it's just a peck. However, Sebastian then leans back and goes for a longer kiss- pausing then leaning back in and whispering against his mouth, "you taste good."

Sebastian has to kiss Chris deeper then. Humming and pushing Chris back against whatever wall or door or peice of furniture is the closest to them, enjoying for once, being able to fluster Chris. Not the other way around him."

You were also the basis for many, many other friendships that I list below. Your nesting head canons were the inspiration for so, so many A/B/O moments in my fics. We’re so on the same length on an intellectual and spiritual level (I feel like you and me and @ixalit are three parts of one whole ❤) and I am in love with you for it. Culihos forever.

2020 Fic Year in Review

Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what you’d expected? I don’t think I had an expectation going into the year? I just kinda...wrote what I wanted to as I wanted to. I will say, seeing that number up there is almost shocking. That’s...wow. A lot, haha. 

What’s your own favorite story of the year? Oh, don’t make me choose. 🥺 I’m super proud of we freak on the cam because of how hard I genuinely worked on it and I adored writing my bits and pieces of put you on something new, but I think overall my favorite this year would have to be like it’s the only thing i’ll ever do. There are somethings that make me cringe when I go back and read it but I am head over heels for those two and think that last chapter is some of the hottest and most emotion-driven smut I’ve written to date. 

Did you take any writing risks this year? I guess so. I collaborated and that’s always risky. I wrote a/b/o and Evanstan and those are both things I never thought I’d write. I don’t know, I’m struggling to think about other risks I’ve taken at the moment. 

Do you have any fanfic goals for the new year? Oh yes yes yes wow. 

By this time next year I want to have my super special secret to my heart fic finished, complete. 

I want to spend a solid amount of time with James and Stevie 

I want to write a Bucky Bear story 

I want Bucky Baby to graduate, move him out of the college sphere 

That’s all I can think of right now, ahhhhh!

Most popular story of the year? According to hits and kudos on Ao3 it’s like it’s the only thing i’ll ever do. 🥺 

Story of mine most under-appreciated by the universe, in my opinion:  Ohhhh, hmm. I think my reader fics aren’t as appreciated but I also think that is pretty normal. I am really proud of my can’t tell you where i’ve been and was kinda 🥺 when it didn’t get much attention. Maybe because it wasn’t smut? Not sure. I really like it!

Most fun story to write? I seriously seriously enjoyed writing Wyoming, Exit 290. I loved fiery Stevie baby and who isn’t head over heels for Daddy Bucky with his belly and his infinite patience and wisdom. I also thoroughly enjoyed writing sorry i cannot hear you because Daddy Steve got angry and territorial and hmph!

Most unintentionally telling story: Meh, I’m not sure how to answer this question. 

Biggest disappointment. Probably myself with the post that I should have put more thought into and not answered or answered differently. I swear I think about it every day. 

Biggest surprise. That people have an interest in reading the stories I write and the characters I expand on and make my own. It baffles me every single fucking day that people like what I put out there and come back for more and help me build these worlds that I hold so dear to my heart. The amount of love I feel, because of this website and because of my friends and followers, is outrageous in the absolute best way possible. I have never felt more appreciated.

What's your most popular fic and what's your least popular fic?

My most popular fic is pretty little housewife with 345 kudos and my least popular is His Rescue with 7 kudos. If looking at strictly Stucky the least popular fic would be every single kiss with 29 kudos. For the most popular ones when looking just at 2022 there are two collabs that come up first (Evanstan Round Robin 2021 & To The Untrained Eye). My most popular solo fic is Captain America, a Witch and a Fluffy White Cat with 131 kudos.

I was wondering, do you think you will participate in the big bang or other collab fandom event ?

The funny thing is, I’ve never actually done a big bang!

(Unless the Evanstan one that kind of failed to launch [I think only me and maybe one other person finished our fic, my artist never finished their piece - nor did anyone else’s I think - and the organizers weren’t terribly organized, and it sort of fizzled out] counts.)

I’m always a little unsure about committing to something that length that far in advance - of course I generally end up writing long fic *looks at everything ever and laugh/cries* - but that’s not usually planned ahead of time, and especially these days, when I’m also balancing original fic and my own fic and such, I don’t feel like I can commit for sure, and I’d hate to let anyone down! But if there was something short and lighthearted, I might be in?

Having said that, I’ve, er, run the Evanstan Round Robin Collective Fic Party Thing for the last two years. (And before that, I did something similar to that and also, with help, the Autumn Extravaganza for the McFassy fandom, and I used to do Secret Mutant and so on.) So I guess I *do* participate in fandom events, kind of?

By the way, someone else can run this year’s Evanstan Round Robin, if they want? Last year ended up being stressful for at least three separate unrelated-to-each-other reasons (at least one of which had to do with my own horrible organizational skills and late timing; not a comment on the fandom or the people!) and I don’t really want to organize it again. I’ll totally play along and write a chapter and participate! I just don’t want to run it and be In Charge. I think, back then, @marciellaniello expressed some interest in taking over, so, sure, if that’s still true, have at it! Or if anyone else wants to, come let me know and we’ll chat. :D

I love your writing and it's so interesting to see writers' project lists. Oh, definitely. I’ve worked with Lina on an EvanStan thing, but that’s really it so far. My laptop’s in the morgue so collabing with anyone at the moment is impossible, but I would absolutely love to work with some of my writing babes.
