RESEMBLANCES OF THE PAST

Kuririn = Mutaito

It appears to be that Toriyama's design of an older Krillin was meant to resembles Master Mutaito.

His hair and mustache are similar to Mutaito's except Krillin's hair isn't fully gray & his moustache is shorter. Both Krillin & Mutaito are of short stature as well. And another visual similarity is that Mutaito has a nose that is barely pronounced & Krillin is noseless.

Son Gokū = Grampa Gohan

Toriyama's drawing of Oldman Goku has a moustache that resembles his Grampa Gohan's, but he's also holding Roshi's staff.

There are aspects of Sun Wukong that were used for Grampa Gohan as well. Example being how Gohan being friends with Gyumao (Ox King) when Wukong was friends with the Ox-Demon King in Journey to The West. So, Goku is in a way, a continuition of Son Gohan's story which is inspired by a portion of Sun Wukong's story.

I just think it's cool that Goku & Krillin end up resembling one of Roshi's previous students & Roshi's master. Makes me wonder if Toriyama had designed Goku & Krillin to resemble them on purpose. 🤔

My coworker keeps dm'ing me and pushing me to try final fantasy and I just...don't want to right now. It's a nice game sure. It looks beautiful and I'm sure it's fun to play and stuff I just...I don't want to put my heart into creating something and...I mean I guess I can play alone but I'm barely motivated to play things as it is lol and I'm a terrible person to play with I'm sure. He's currently really into Elden Ring rn anyway and I mentioned that and he admitted he hasn't been playing as much Final Fantasy soooo I rest my case. Everyone has their groups and shit already anyway. I don't want to bother people or take time away from their groups. No need for me. I'm not fun lol. I literally feel like I do not belong in that game lmao. So...I'm not going to be spending money on something I'm probably not gonna play. At least not any time soon. I just don't have time/energy.

Besides I need a gaming pc and stuff because I doubt my laptop will handle it well. We'll see.
