so the other day, my man went to the movies with his best friend, I was upset because he didnt take me. Its been a year and half since we been to the movies, it was our date night. Like every week we went, and then when the pandemic hit. We stopped going, yea we had movie nights at his place, but then again, his best friends mom, she didnt approve of me, like she didnt like the fact we were a couple, and told my man, that if he ever got me pregnant he didnt have to stay with me. Like she isnt even his mother and she is saying this shit. Anyways, yea i was upset, then again. i had to think, weve been together well since the pandemic hit. we met like two month befor everything went to shit. we live together, and do almost everything together. I shouldnt have gotten upset over it at all. Like i really over reacted. I regret that. Ive been regretting alot of shit, that i shouldnt have said or done. It pissed me off that i did them in the first place. either because it was the heat of the moment, or because i did it anyways. yes i have my regrets.

As we were preparing for our final integrative workshop, the spring vacations at UWC took us by surprise. Faced with the impossibility to organise the workshop before mid-May and pressed by the time-constraint of the end of the project, we had to change our plans.  The team met twice this week to come up with a new plan, discuss and analyse the results of our workshops and transcribe all the inputs collected from the many individual interviews and experts consulted. We are starting to see the contours of our end product and we like what we see!

am i ready?

yes im ready to settle down and get married, im ready to have kids, and build a better future for myself. Yes im not ready because i dont have the money, i do have a home, food in my stomach and a roof over my head, and i have a puppy. I wasnt ready to adopt him, but me and my man did anyways. we just moved into, its gonna be a year this summer, was able to buy and get what i want, but im doing just fine and im happy and proud of myself for doing that..
