31 Nights of Halloween Horror: day 25
My choice for last night was the sequel to what some say is one of the best horror movies ever made. My pick was The Exorcist: Believer
I rated this 6/10. I was so excited for this one, and while it was fine it was a bit of a letdown. Good acting from everyone in their roles, good effects, fine plot. Idk, something was missing though. I liked that they brought back Regan's mom from the original, and I don't want to spoil a scene near the end, but I really liked that too, even though the scene was so short. I wish she'd been included more in the movie than that, but it's fineeee. I also liked the conclusion with the girls. Once a certain scene happened, I knew how that was going to end, but it was still good. I really wanted to like this movie more, but like I said, I'm not sure what it was lacking but it was certainly lacking something.

Just started reading The Exorcist to prepare for Believer coming out. This sure is a book from the 70's.

What if…. Adam is like a father (mama bird) figure to the exorcists (assuming they are heaven born).
It’s those bird allegations I tell you (and also inspired by this lovely art).
