Here's a photo from my fall morning... Gonna enjoy my homemade carrot cake & coffee in my library room and read "Chanel: A Woman of Her Own". It's rainy and grey outside. It felt quite gloomy in the room, had to turn the lights on. I feel like going for a drive later. The thought of going to work tomorrow and not being able to do any of this feels quite sad, but trying to focus on enjoying this moment. I think I should finish with an excerpt from the book:

"When Madame Fred, the chef de cabine who had been with her since 1918, told her she would have to increase the models' salaries, Coco became huffy. "Increase their salaries, are you out of your mind?" she answered. "They are gorgeous girls, why don't they find lovers. They should have no trouble finding rich men to support them."

It occurs to me that people outside the Northeast United States and Canada might not know what non alcoholic apple cider is. If you are from somewhere else do you have it where you are? I know apples are native to Kazakistan. Do they have apple cider in Kazakistan?

This Saturday, I will have a tent at Apple Harvest Day in Dover, New Hampshire! This will be my first time being a vendor at this event, though I have attended as a guest before. This event is free to the public, and my tent will not disappoint! Although you may be disappointed by the lack of apples. I saw one or two vendors at most that were selling caramel apples, let alone apple cider, apple crisp, apple pie, apple butter, or even plain apples.
