idk that song is really fuckin repetitive and monotone throughout more than a couple of verses and relies on really base and uninspired subject matter

Dirk... Dirk worries you.  You’re freshly revived, and yet, he looks even worse off.  Dull eyes, blank expression.  You pity him.  He’s seen too much, you wish it could have been Cath or Jingle, somebody less emotionally invested in you.

And then, a newcomer.  A troll of some significant stature, his arrival puts you on edge until you’re told that he is Dirk’s moirail.  Equius, you remember being told about him.  Anybody who can help Dirk is welcome in your home right about now.
