What formats of gifts are accepted? There is no strict limitation on what format you can use for your gift - you can do anything from fanart/fanfic to AMVs. However, when deciding on a gift, make sure to take into account the amount of time you have (3-4 weeks from match assignment to posting period) to complete it. The only requirement is that it prominently features Starshipping (Fudo Yusei/Yuki Judai).

How does the matching process work? We will do our best to match giftees' preferences with the skills/themes that gifters have indicated in the form. However, we will always prioritize making sure nobody receives a gift they're uncomfortable with. In some cases, matchups may be done on a randomized basis so long as the prerequisites are met.

What are some important dates to keep in mind? This year, we have decided to launch the event earlier so that people will have more time to plan their schedule. The deadline to sign up is Thursday, November 30th at 11:59 PM PDT. Matches will be sent out on Sunday, December 3rd. There will be two rounds of check-in emails to help us keep track of everybody's progress. The first round will be sent out on Wednesday, December 14th and the second round on Wednesday, December 21st. You can start working on your gift at any point, and the posting period is from December 24th, 2023 to January 1st, 2024.

What happens if I signed up and was assigned a giftee, but can no longer work on it? If you feel that you may not be able to complete your gift, please contact us asap so that we can ensure everybody who signed up receives a gift.

What if I'm running behind on my gift? Upon receiving your assignment, you will be informed of your giftee's preferences, which includes whether or not they would be okay with waiting for their gifts. Please make sure, however, to inform us if you are going to be late and give an estimate of how much extra time you need.

I'm afraid my giftee won't like my gift/my gift is not good enough. That's not going to happen, we are all elated for any and all Starshipping content. Plus, your labour and thoughtfulness in giving a gift is always appreciated! 🌟

¿Qué formatos de regalo se aceptan? No hay una limitación estricta en cuanto al formato que puedes elegir para tu regalo, puedes hacer cualquier cosa desde fanart/fanfic hasta amv's. ¿Cómo funciona el proceso de emparejamiento? Haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para emparejar a los participantes de acuerdo con sus preferencias, habilidades y temas que hayan indicado en el formulario. ¿Qué fechas importantes debo tener en cuenta? Este año decidimos anunciar el evento mas temprano para darles tiempo de organizar sus horarios. La fecha límite paea registrarse es el el jueves 30 de noviembre de 2023 a las 11:59 pm UTC. Los emparejamientos serán enviados el domingo 3 de diciembre. A partir de ahí se haran dos rondas de emails de seguimiento para mantenernos al tanto del progreso de todos. La primera ronda sera enviada el miercoles 14 de diciembre y la segunda el jueves 21 de diciembre. Puedes comenzar a trabajar en tu regalo en cualquier momento, la fecha de entrega es desde el 24 de diciembre de 2023 hasta el 1 de enero de 2024.

¿Qué pasa si me registre y se me asigno un compañero pero ya no puedo trabajar en mi regalo? Si sientes que no podras completar tu regalo porfavor contactanos lo mas pronto posible para poder asegurarnos de que cada participante reciba un regalo.

¿Qué pasa si me estoy quedando sin tiempo? Al momento de ser asignado a un compañero se te informara de sus preferencias, incluyendo si estan de acuerdo con esperar por su regalo o no, de cualquier modo, si sientes que necesitarás más tiempo por favor informanos junto a la cantidad estimada de tiempo extra que crees necesitar.

Me preocupa que mi regalo no guste/no es lo suficientemente bueno. ¡No te preocupes! Todos estamos emocionados por contenido starshipping. Además, tu esfuerzo y consideración en dar un regalo siempre seran apreciadas.
