Pretty much all i draw/write of ES starscream is part of my "fast track to redemption" au! (title not final) Most easily seen in the fics I've written.

Rather than ignore season 2 entirely, I like the fandom notion that the quintessons perhaps attempted to get Starscream to do their dirty work by taking control of the titan AND killing all the other bots. Since. Well Starscream really needed a Starscream to tell him his plan was absolute dogshit. His plan benefits the Quintessons more than it does the Decepticons.

And i personally believe that ES Starscream would never kill a child, let alone two.

Starting with just a little bit of influence to kickstart things, to more and more interference with all of his systems in order to get him to do what is required, only for him to fail and be made useless to the quints. He snaps out of a haze where he's barely in control of his own body and can barely even comprehend what's happening, dropped back into consciousness hard enough to shatter his spinal strut.

Anyway I made it so that gave him brain damage.

Once everything is over and they do a quick little scan of his body for damage or weapons, discoveries are made.

To extra super fast track my favorite setting of "everyone is kinda friends and casually near each other", i needed to essentially declaw Starscream. Without the mind control he's still an asshole who will try and destroy everyone's trust in him as often as possible, which without external assurance that he's genuinely not a threat, would make all the adults keep him in jail for years.

AND i think he wouldn't even stay at the autobot base if he didnt have to rely on them.

Yeah thats about the minimum i think it would take for starscream to mayyyybe admit weakness. The quintessons gave him a tummyache :(

and then we have someone much more willing to confront the sadder feelings Hashtag has about so many things. And relates on the mind control front, since she isn't very close with Grimlock.

They connected, if only for a moment. by primus they'll connect again. he's adopting her if its the last thing he'll do.

and then hes made fun of for adopting 7-9 teens because hes being a stereotypical nesting seeker.

i feel like the life series fandom has not properly utilized the angst potential of the wildcards yet. and maybe i just haven't read enough posts or fics yet, which is definitely possible, but i'm gonna ramble anyway. (disclaimer: i've watched every pov but probably will get details wrong anyway.)

session one. pearl goes off, alone, away from her group for just a bit. just to mine a little bit more, get some iron. she's crouching at the edge of a cliff to get a better look at the cave, when suddenly the ground isn't underneath her anymore. she doesn't even slip, doesn't have time to react, she just falls.

session two i've thought about so much that i started writing a oneshot (unfortunately still a wip). everyone having to eat rocks and ores and wood and just so many things that they are not meant to eat... but they're all literally starving and real food doesn't fill them anymore. so they're biting into anything they can get their hands on, just hoping and praying that it fills them and doesn't poison them or make them float away... the terror every time the food changes? scrambling to find the next items to eat. ough.

the SNAILS. god. the snails. those things are cute but deadly. bigb, start of the session, seconds after the wildcard activates, hearing something and seeing something and then he's dead. gone. he's gone from peacefully mining to dead in seconds flat and everyone instantly knows just how deadly this one will be.

the speed one... has less angst potential. it's more just the constant fear, being constantly on edge, not used to the speed everything is moving at. they're frustrated at being too slow or their brains aren't moving as fast as their legs, or it's the very start of the session and they're frozen in time with no idea what's happening.

triviabot is less about the trivia itself and more about how it makes everyone act. sabotaging their friends and enemies alike, hiding bots, feeding people false information. they can't trust anyone in that session. but the moment they can trust someone, they latch onto them. someone gets a question about an ally and books it across the server to ask them about it, hoping their bot is still there when they get back.

more on triviabot: there's also the effects if they get something wrong. the robot voice is crazy because to themselves, they sound perfectly normal, but no one can fucking understand them. they're just unable to communicate and don't know for how long. or they're knocked down a few hearts, unable to be fully healed. constantly hurting at least a bit. being equipped with leather armor that they can't take off, unable to protect themselves. tripling in size, not being able to fit anywhere or do anything because they're so big. or their snails coming back, slower but still terrifying.

the mobs one... the very first thing that happens is everyone's beloved pets being killed. unless they happened to have the resources for a nametag beforehand. bdubs almost lost his horse! lizzie spent forever trying to collect mobs just for them to be murdered again! and the trial chamber. grian, joel (who didn't even want to be there), etho, scar; already in the midst of battle, and then all the fucking mobs change? they were terrified in real life, do you know how good that could be in fics?

you may think that there is little angst potential from superpowers. you would be wrong. again, it's less from the wildcard itself and more from how it makes people act. impulse teleporting ren into an obsidian box full of water in order to prove ren was lying about his power? that shit's CRAZY. WHAT THE HELL. impulse literally tried to drown ren to prove scott's point! and like good for him but!!! holy shit!!!!! or grian, who should know what he's doing, losing pearl's ability mid-air and falling to his death - grian falling to his death? (and obviously the listener symbolism with martyn and jimmy. we know we can do stuff with that.)

the final session is just. all of that. but combined. and more wild. it's everything all at once, randomly activating and deactivating, no one knows what's going on and it's a mess. just confusion and chaos.

so. yeah. there is my ramble, i might do smth with this but i might not. please add to this if you have more wildcard related angst, i will love you so much. Ɛ:

I’ve got an unhealthy obsession with team bonding through trauma, so this idea would not leave me alone.

I would add that I think Ratchet would be constantly tinkering, coming up with new ideas to try to fix Bumblebee’s voice and that every time he did so the other three would huddle around close by in hopes of hearing actual words from their smallest bot.

Also, Bee hates the constant doc bot checkups, so sometimes they gotta grab him for Ratchet if he makes a run for it.

That Life Series Finale, huh?

Ok ok ok so this is my first post but I have to talk about the Wild life Finale SPOILERS AHEAD FOR WILD LIFE

I Know some in the fandom was calling this series super wild and fast-paced, but I have to say that this finale was quite poetic if I say so.

Grian said very early in the series that he would be the end of Jimmy, and He kept his words til the end. Ren's skin showing how he couldn't let go of Martyn at his death was great. Both Scar and BigB Dying to their snails after dying a few times to those same snails before. Scar, the man who saved many during the trivia bot episode, DYING AT THE BOT. Scar, confirming that he's still lingering in Secret Life. Grian saying that he wouldn't die like Skizz and Mumbo, but then dying not only by FALLING JUST LIKE SKIZZ, but also in the same way as ended his series in Third Life! And of course, Joel. Last Green, Last Yellow, and Last person. The man who kept alive unable to die how he wants. The player who has been known to be the most unhinged and wild throughout the different series, finally embracing his wild nature while everyone tried to play it out like the other series and winning. Everyone else was in the mindset that this was a normal Life Series Finale, but Joel, with his teleporting and Snail kill, understood it was a WILD LIFE FINALE. He kept up the promise, and MADE IT WILD. Anyways that's all I got. what an amazing series and I can't wait to see how the fandom reacts!

ngl I like the Terrans, but does anyone else feel like they’re just kinda lacking a solid group dynamic? Like when they’re talking about rescuing Bee everyone is equally enthusiastic, and they generally react to situations in very similar ways. Compare this to TFA, TFP, and RB, where the main bots had personalities that made them stand out compared to the others. They’re endearing characters, but I honestly feel like the show should’ve just gone with two like they originally did (preferably Twitch and Nightshade) and combined the traits of the others into them. I feel like the reason why this fandom often treats them as sort of accessory characters to other characters is because they simply don’t have much individuality personality-wise from their group (Thrash doesnt have a single episode to himself 😭) which ultimately makes them less interesting then they could’ve been

I nosedived into the TF fandom recently again and oh boy! Did I kick up some good memories!

I know your blog is mainly about seekers and the elite trine in the G1 continuity; but there’s some cool seeker lore in the TFA continuity as well that you may be interested in. And by “cool”, I mean kinda the transformers version of human experimentation angst.

In a few episodes (and in comics prior), it featured the Jet Twins who were split-sparks. These were originally two “low class” grounders who nearly died while doing their job. The Autobot Elite Guard thought that was a fantastic opportunity to take some of Starscream’s seeker CNA to attempt to code it into their nearly dead grounder bframes, hoping they’d gain flight abilities to help them win the war since no autobot had flight abilities at that time.

Pretty sure it was non-consensual too because the Elite Guard saw them as disposable if it didn’t work yikes.

It did work.

I was wondering how you think Starscream or the elite trine would react to their adult seeker forms and how they came to be.

I love them so much; am the owner of the ask-the-jettwins blog from years ago (I love their Russian accent!)

I’m relatively new to the TF fandom so I only really know about G1, RID2015 and Prime(because I watched Prime and RID2015 as a kid), I haven’t really looked into TFA yet but boy that looks amazing :D

For starters, seekers are very proud members of the cybertronian race, their flight frames are something to be adored and admired and they are well aware of that. But while seekers may be vain, they also have a very strong sense of family and recognition, their frames are what help them communicate, seek prey/energon, and they’re each very unique.

When you have a bot that was originally a grounder, you have a lot of things that don’t line up, Ie; wing hinges don’t move at full capacity, they don’t have the necessary fire power for proper flight, their internals can’t process the high grade needed to keep their systems CLEAN in order to run properly, ect. Because of this seekers don’t see those bots as seekers, they refer to them as aerial bots. (Or aerial brats in some seekers’ case)

Now that’s not to say seekers are purely against anyone else with wings. They’re closely related to praxins(not to be confused with Praxians), those who hold door wings, and get along well with them. Seekers are just insulted by the audacity that some try to mimic their frames.

That being said, originally I think Starscream and the other seekers would be extremely put off by the twins, the attempt itself would also probably insult Starscream and make him want to throw a tantrum but that’s a completely different story. Buuut considering they have seeker CNA it’s safe to say that Starscream(to him unfortunately) would feel some sort of connection as seekers recognize their creators/sires/sparklings through vocal and em field components.

Of course the jettwins would likely have under developed vocal modules if their wings hadn’t come in, it’s likely their nanites were slowly developing the frame to follow the proper schematics and it took so long because they didn’t consume metals like seekers should. (This also begs the question on wether or not they would have seeker coding, ie sky thirst and the hunting protocols but I’m gonna say they were probably either locked or not there because they were originally grounder frames)

Though as I said before, while a connection would be established to both Starscream and his Trinemates, they wouldn’t understand WHY. These little ground framed brats look nothing like seekers and Starscream wouldn’t stoop so low(he would). He doesn’t care for it! (He does) But Starscream would make an effort to find out why, and once he does oh lordy is he angry. Not at the twins no, but the Autobots.

Of course their frames would be a … gentle topic. Not entirely sure what to make of them or why they feel so uneased by it, though as the twins start to grow in and develop their wings it should be an immediate cause for excitement, after all there hasn’t been new seekers in millions of years. I believe there would be fascination on both ends, not to mention some fussing from Starscream the moment he finds out there’s wings coming in. Skywap would likely be less ready to jump in considering the kids are with the autobots but Thundercracker might be a little more flexible(key word might).

When those adult frames come in that unease turns to camaraderie, they’re no longer seen as something that doesn’t belong, especially if everything develops properly. To be honest, Starscream would probably take it upon himself to teach them HOW to be a seeker.

So tldr; Starscream would probably hate the twins but still feel something for them but as they get older he feels a better connection. His trine and the flock would act with the same unease at first before settling into companionship if the frames developed properly and wholly. If not then they would be treated like aerial bots.

But hey, that’s just fun little take with feral seekers in mind :)

Hey, are you planning on speaking up about some of these posts I've been hearing about regarding you and some of your peers? It's a lot of really serious accusations and such, even if its getting very little traction seemingly /gen /srs

Listen, those of y'all who have known me in this fandom know that I take my posts seriously, making sure I take the proper precautions to label and censor my adult content appropriately and abide by Tumblr's Guidelines.

I don't know anything about Haru's past other than what he's told me, but I know Nirmal hasn't given anyone a reason why we should believe a word she says. She has been very well known to create multiple accounts and stage conversations in the past to try and make other people look bad on her behalf.

As far as I'm aware, this woman is throwing a toddler tantrum because I told her, speaking as an admin of the model train group community she was in...

(That she later on called a harem because I'm the only afab person in the admin group - taking normal club group photos we've taken at events and saying LOOK SHE'S PROBABLY FUCKING THEM - sexualizing myself and dozens of other people without our consent. Actual fucking sociopath behavior)...

... that she was "discouraged from attending the shows we attend as a group due to her behavior online".

Because you know, she made us all actively uncomfortable!!

This all began with her calling someone she thought was a minor a slur.

And can I go on a brief tangent to mention the belittling of sex workers? - It's not just all about the obvious fake porn bot scams. It's a legitimate profession with heavily administered safety regulations. She would learn this if she took a step back and educated herself for two fucking seconds, but no. Her word is law and we must chastise anyone who exposes a fucking collarbone.

Comparing OF models to murderers is psychotic.

And even moreso is telling all this to someone she thought was A CHILD and then telling them to GET STUFFED.

And THAT all started because she brazenly lumped Palestinians with scammers, got called out for it (initially by a minor in this screenshot) and then proceeded to react with name-calling and aggressive bullying to anyone who disagreed with her views because she is actually incapable of talking to anyone like a normal human being.

Now she's upset by the real life adult consequences of her actions, because she believes she's untouchable for being "born first". She's grasping at every straw she can make up to drag down myself and anyone who interacts with me by:

- making up conspiracies with little "evidence" other than copy/pasting textbook definitions of psychology terms

- smearing 20+ personal pictures of myself (none of which imply any sexual nature), my partner, and dozens of fandom members (including minors) scraped from any social media she can find so she can spout her fucked up sexual hypotheticals

- posting my +18 art publicly and claiming it's pedophilia/a danger to minors because it's themed around TTTE, even though the art is of consenting human adults, posted under an account that states minors are not allowed to interact, and full versions are locked behind a paywall where you need to prove you're +18 to pay for it,

- and making 600 alternate accounts to scream about how a significant chunk of the fandom is "victimizing her" for not being allowed to get her own way.

Meanwhile she's still found talking publicly to minors about how she "hates genitals/young genitals" and going into inappropriately excessive personal details in conversations.

Where is she getting the idea that I'm acting inappropriately with minors when she is literally doing that???

Tell me these aren't the ramblings of a mentally unstable individual.

Mentally sound adults in their 40's don't fucking do this.

This is exactly why we don't want her at events anymore!! Because we don't want to have to do damage control if she can't keep the topic of hating sex out of her mouth in every fucking discussion!!

In regards to my +18 art, my censored preview images are labeled appropriately as mature sexual content, posted under the appropriate tags to avoid being seen in mainstream tags, and I make it known in my bio that minors should not interact with this blog or they will be blocked. And I often encourage anyone to speak up in case anything gets missed or overlooked.

At the end of the day, it's the parents' responsibility to monitor their children's internet access. As the artist, I am only responsible for taking the right avenues to make sure that this type of content is only seen in the appropriate places. Not just to respect minors' safety, but to respect those who do not wish to see such content. It's why I keep that shit under a separate pseudonym.

If you're actively seeking out my adult content, then you've purposely chosen to disregard the warnings and disclaimers. That is YOUR fault.
