Feel like showing off my first ever selfship fankids! Meet Aspen (left) and Luna (right), the twin daughters of Aslia and Lynette!

These two have two moms (Aslia and Lynette), six step-moms (Hina, Lumine, Amber, Eula, Chevreuse, and Chiori), that one pseudo-dad-type figure (Tighnari), eight (potentially nine) uncles (Bennett, Kaeya, Diluc, Chongyun, Kazuha, Aether, Lyney, Freminet, and potentially Ga Ming), four aunts (Bianca, Jean, Barbara, and Marjorie), three grandmoms (Beidou, Ningguang, and Arlecchino), one grandfather (Branch Master Cyrus), one granduncle (Zhongli), three siblings (Diona, Chouji, and Sayu), and no less than eleven family friends/honorary family members.

Hands down the most well-loved and well-guarded kids in Teyvat, wherever they go.

Okay, goodie. Let's go into my ideas for Luna and her ... adventure (?) that I don't know how to present, but know that I want it to be a thing.

So Luna is Glimmer and Adora's post series/post war baby. She is created through magical means (i.e. that amazing magic lesbian ritual this fandom has accepted exists) however, the spell is... somewhat botched and the subsequent pregnancy is r o u g h. Luna is actually stillborn.

In a desperate last ditch effort to save her, Adora uses She-Ra's healing abilities to breath life back into her; but in the process, the botched spell/conflicting magics, completely cut off her connection to the Moonstone.

Luna grows up a princess with no powers and is also smaller and physically weaker than the others. It's a BIG OL BUMMER considering her heritage. And it does not take her long to become aware of that. 😔

She pressures herself, despite the peace in Etheria and the fact that no one expects anything crazy from her, and in fact becomes kind of bitter and angry. Catra sees a lot of herself in Luna and the two of them tend to bond over their shared desire (formerly on Catra's part) to prove themselves, or be better than what people expect.

Luna is never able to tap into Moonstone magic (she doesn't even sparkle like Glimmer does), or She-Ra magic (Adora's old reforged sword does not respond), and sorcery is a no go too (even though Micah does his best to teach her).

Eventually, this leads Luna on a ... quest for power of sorts 👀 that surprise, surprise, puts the whole world in danger...

My details are foggy from there so I'm gonna leave it at that!

My fankids, yes 🥺💖 thank you, I'm very proud of them.

As for a tag: 'She-Ra: Heart of Courage' contains most of my ideas for the AU! However, I think the backstories are untagged, because I didn't have the permanent tag when I made them so I'll explain here.

Luna - Daughter of Glimmer and Adora. Very sick upon being born, Adora had to save her using She-Ra's healing abilities. Because of this rough start, Luna does not have any powers, no connection to the Moonstone, no ability to use sorcery. She is extraordinarily normal. And this inadequacy in contrast to her moms being two of the most powerful people in Etheria, has made her bitter and really strained her relationships with her parents.

Ash - Catra found Ash on her travels that she went on to soul search after the war. Ash was alone in a destroyed and empty magicat village. She rescued him as a baby and took him with her trying to find him a new home. But when she did, Ash refused to leave her and asked Catra to stay with him. Finally, Catra returned to Bright Moon with him, ready to rebuild broken relationships. They've been a tiny family ever since.

Willow - Daughter of Perfuma and Scorpia! A very loved baby, having her really helped Scorpia heal from her past in the Horde. She has a lot of love to give and doting on a baby saved her. Willow is very soft spoken and kind. She plays the peacemaker much like Perfuma. She also, however, has access to both runestones. She is an absolute powerhouse but works very hard to control her powers responsibly.

^^^ These three are the second gen Best Friend Squad, except they are the Mega Bud Crew :)

Nerida & Percy: Twins of Seahawk and Mermista.

Percy is mostly a goofy adventurer like his dad. He thinks he's way cooler than he is. He can manipulate water but not as well as his sister.

Nerida IS as cool as the thinks she is. Mermista trained her in using her water manipulation abilities herself and Nerida is considered a prodigy. Nerida is next in line to rule Salineas and acts the part 👑

Aster - Daughter of Bow and Lonnie. As smart and talented as both her parents. She has Bow's affinity for tech and Lonnie trained her how to fight effectively with hand to hand and a bowstaff. Kind of the strong silent type, Aster is the most mature out of the second gen.
