today I went to the market & found a guy with a big box of unlabeled old photos (probably from old photo albums or something) and payed him £3 for these photos of (i Think. Probably) land girls working on a farm during wwii:

anyways they're absolutely delightful to look at & I wonder who the women are & if some old lady kept these until she died & had no one to give them to & that's how they got here. I'll treasure them though

Natural team dynamic progression over stream for Blue team (Soulfire) [Day One of purgatory]:

Split into two main groups—

Farming/base-bound: Tina, Missa, Lenay, Niki

Fighters/Runners: Bad, Tubbo, Pierre

Tubbo is main official leader, and Bad and Tina have been acting as co-leaders per their groups for the most part. Tina had been the biggest support leader and the main person keeping morale up within the group-- Missa, Lenay, and Niki being her main supply runners/farmers that she distributed tasks through. Pierre has become main runner who turns in missions, while Tubbo and Bad run distraction. Majority of plans are thought up by Tina, Bad, Tubbo, and Pierre, and are run through Tubbo before execution.

They’ve maintained lead the entire stream for the most part.

slight redesign of the villagers in roots of pacha

they're mostly the same except some outfits simplification, more body types, details like freckles added, and hair colors and styles changes when characters were too similar. some of them had body paints that were ignored not from me thinking it's uncool but cause i colored them all the same day and was tired lol

i think there's horse sexism in the kentucky derby . field of twenty horses, right? plus a couple more runners-up that can swap in if somebody has to drop out . not a single filly in the lineup. which obviously doesn't mean i think that like ... the HORSES are sexist . but i imagine that in a field where most of the top trainers are men themselves, there's more of a focus on training the colts that come across their paths, and perhaps even more colts being selected to be trained towards these big races in the first place . a horse is a horse is a horse, they all go fast, but there's probably an unconscious bias from breeders, trainers, owners, etc that prevents the field from being more diversified

being a good employee to my own detriment is so funny bc im already a dishwasher and line cook and now they've asked me if I want to barback at the bar downstairs 💀 like yes absolutely I think bartending looks like a blast but being the resident line cook/dishwasher/barback is a hilarious combo. I know they get a lot of grief both in-universe and out but replicators would be so goddamn convenient. No more coming home, crashing, then having to set up a full meal while checking to make sure you got all your micronutrients. You just program all that shit on your day off and come home to a full hot meal at any time.

You get all these characters whining about how “Awwwwwww but it’s not a REAL meal with REAL cooking and people taking REAL time to make these things” hon you want that you can take the time to MAKE IT YOURSELF while the rest of us enjoy meals on demand cause we actually know what it’s like to not have that option. Young people are so ungrateful these days.

It's a mystery - to me.

Spotted these pillars when driving by, could see nothing to suggest a current use or history. Google Maps show the avenue of trees leading to nothing but farmer's fields. However, a little south is a Grade 1 listed Georgian country house, presumably this was once a far grander entrance to that house.

Beachwood + Fremont Tidal Track IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Bright tropical fruit and citrus in the nose, and a lighter, clean body. Nice hop complexity in the body as well, and a dry, crisp finish. This grew on me as I made my way through the can -- a really nice, bright IPA that's very refreshing.
