I haven't been feeling 100 lately, but I'm really trying to be gentle and kind to myself about it. I worked at a church and walked a path of what a future pastor would do. I sold drugs. I’ve had a gun at my head. I’ve driven so high I could barely see straight. I traded one lifestyle for another. I consumed my every waking moment with tracking food and working out. Worked out only for aesthetics, not taking in consideration how I felt. Telling myself food was bad. Then I would binge and hate myself. I’ve been in bad relationships. I’ve been the asshole of the relationship. I’ve cheated and been cheated on. I’ve broke mirrors and kicked doors. I’ve dated girls. I don’t have a relationship with my mom or dad. I’ve never been given money. I’ve worked for everything. I never finished college. I started a couple businesses. I paid cash for half a gym. I’ve been told I’m pretty and I’ve been asked if I used to be a man. Im tall, I’m tatted, I have muscles and I have probably felt how you have felt at some point. I’m learning and still have a lot to learn but what I can tell you, You Are the Maker of your life. You have a choice to be whoever and however you want to be no matter your past and circumstances. Just because my upbringing wasn’t great doesn’t mean I can walk around with a chip on my shoulder and treat others like crap. What’s been the hardest for me is learning to communicate, but I’m learning and I’m trying. It just takes ALOT of work, staying PRESENT, discipline and knowing who the fuck You are, to get where you want to be. You can too much of anything, even something good. Find your balance, find your humans and start livin. You were made for absolute greatness, so act like it. #feelingsfridays LOL. ima dedicate this to my ROCK family. i have so much love for each and every one of you. i want you all to know that i miss you all terribly. i wish i could post pictures of my kids because i miss them too. just i just want to thank my ROCK family. you have been so kind. you have helped me in so many ways. from having an ear to listen to my woes and pushing me out of my comfort zone. i learned to be more vocal and i have found a friend in every single one of you. i'll visit soon! i just have to get settled. you helped me so much and I'm so grateful. our program is great for sure but what makes it the best are the people who put in hours, care, and show passion in what they do.

#feelingsfriday I'm here to help dude Have I ever been in love hmm that's complicated, I've felt like I was in love but then I just ran out of love to give. I knew I was in love because the qualities I admired in our friendship became the qualities I found attractive. Positiveness and encouragement became actions of love, soft hair and beautiful eyes became sexy, kindness and sympathy became devotion. I believe you know when you're in love when the things you admired or even tolerated become the things you find attractive. When happy songs make you think of them, when you see things you think they would like, when you think of them as more than a friend. I believe you know when you're in love if you find everything about them attractive, their skin, their voice, the way they act, their mannerisms. I agree with the age old saying that when you're in love, you'll know. You will absolutely know, if you're debating whether you love someone you should think about the way they make you feel even when you're not with them. You may like someone because of the way they look next to you or the way they say your name but you may be in love with someone if the thought of their eyes sends shivers through your body, the thought of their skin pressed against yours creates a smile that you cannot get rid of that, that is how you know if you love someone. Just keep in mind that you are capable of loving more than one person, this person does not have to be the love of your life, they may be someone you are in love with right now and that is okay. That is beautiful. I love this question, I am so happy for you that you feel in love, of course it is terrible to feel conflicted and confused but if you believe you are in love, you most likely are. I'm often asked "What's your favorite thing about living in LA?" I just realized I've never answered that question honestly. Well here it is... It's the days like today I get to have lunch with @pontiaus because he's doing an epic road trip, the times I get to pick up friends from the airport during their 4 hour layover to get In-N-Out, the times I convince my friends they need to move here so they stay with me to see if that's what they really want to do.
