The past is behind us, the future has not yet arrived; all we truly have is the present, which is the essence of life itself. Additionally, embracing simplicity has its merits—letting go of what no longer serves us and getting closer to nature, just like Baloo sings, "Oh man, that’s really livin‘

I believe in the transformative power of art.

I capture the sight of a few stars during meditation and translate them onto the paper. In a highly creative manner, the Creator transformed my shock trauma drama into twinkling stars, shining brightly in the (inner) sky above. I believe they serve as a reminder and blessing for not only myself but also heals anyone who sees it.

冥想的时候看到几颗星星就把它画了下来。造物主用极具创造力的方式，将我的 shock trauma drama拔除转化成了星星，在高处一闪一闪的，我想这就是对我和所有看到此画的人的提醒和祝福吧。

Refraction 2023- 3 oil on canvas 🔴◽️〽️◾️ born from a state of deep meditation

Creating art is a transcendental experience, akin to the meditation of a monk 📿. During this process, I enter a state of oneness, where the boundaries dissolve and everything becomes interconnected. In this state, I disappear, and the invisible energy effortlessly manifests into form. My role is simply to guide its flow onto the canvas. The more I let go of conscious control, the more I appreciate the final artwork that emerges.

I believe this principle applies to all disciplines that involve creativity. Flowing from the heart, it becomes a spiritual practice, a state of being in harmony with the universe.

画画的时候进入一种合一无我(或者说无处不在)的状态，类似于和尚打坐📿，在这个过程里，我消失了， 万物皆为无形的能量自动凝聚成型，我需要做的只是带领其流动到画布上，越是放弃头脑的控制，呈现出来的最终作品，越是喜欢。

我想所有运用创造力的学科皆如此吧。心流，是修行的一种境界。
