Final Fantasy XV boleh jadi salah satu seri Final Fantasy paling legendaris milik Square Enix. Dikembangkan selama satu dekade (bahkan awalnya ditargetkan rilis untuk PS3!), game ini akhirnya dirilis di PS4 dan Xbox One pada tahun 2016, dan diikuti versi PC-nya Maret 2018 lalu. Bagaimana dengan gamer mobile? Square Enix pun ikut memanjakan mereka dengan merilis Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition yang menawarkan pengalaman serupa, namun dibuat dengan grafis kartun sehingga ramah sumber daya untukmobile. Game ini terdiri dari 10 chapter, dan kamu bisa memainkan chapter pertamanya dengan gratis. Sisanya? Tentu harus membeli. Nah, ada Final Fantasy XV untuk konsol dan PC, serta Pocket Edition untuk mobile. Akan tetapi Square Enix membawa satu kejutan lagi: mereka sudah merilis Pocket Edition dalam grafis HD untuk PS4 dan Xbox One, serta siap merilisnya untuk Nintendo Switch juga dalam waktu dekat. Jadi bingung. Game yang awalnya dioptimalisasi untuk mobile, kini dibuat versi HD-nya dan dirilis untuk konsol?

Yap kamu tidak salah baca. Mulai hari ini, Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD sudah bisa kamu dapatkan di PlayStation Store dan Xbox Live. Sedangkan untuk Switch, Square Enix rencananya akan merilisnya dalam waktu dekat. Tidak ada perbedaan antara versi mobile dengan versi HD untuk konsol ini. A lot of people whining about the chibi graphics but personally I like them!
