Where do I even start? I created this account as a place to un-suffocate myself. Is that even a word? I am a middle-age woman and I feel a constant pressure to conform, to not stand out, to not express my opinions when they differ from those around me. Over the past couple of years as our country has become so politically divided I’ve found myself shutting my mouth even more. My social media feeds are so full of hateful words and exaggerated stereotyping. The longer I keep quiet, the more I feel I am losing who I think I am. That is not what I want for my life. That is not what I want to leave behind for my children. I hope I can breathe freely here and find my voice again. I hope I can be authentic because I don’t think I have been for a long time. Anxiety has been my constant guide, telling me I have nothing worth saying or sharing. It scares me that someday I will die without anyone really knowing me. It is past time to try something new.

Of so many conversations with people of across all ages, I sit and discuss about how are they doing. When they talk about somewhere not being happy, I confront them with what is not letting them to be free, they tell me that they have these feelings and things they have never shared with family or friends. 用以人為本的行銷策略   打造有史以來最成功的環台公路賽

2019年3月的國際自由車環台公路大賽，由臺灣知名自行車選手馮俊凱帶領彭源堂、吳之皓、王景徽、盧紹軒以及杜志濠等國家隊選手，創造了環台賽有史以來最受全國民眾關注的優異表現。中華隊除了在競賽場上騎出近年最佳成績外，更重要的是，吸引過去許多未曾關注環台賽的民眾，並且在環台賽期間引起廣大的話題。究竟今年的環台賽有什麼特別的亮點，才能打造如此成功的話題度呢？其實，這都跟全新的行銷宣傳策略有關係。

全面性的行銷宣傳計畫

一個全面性的行銷宣傳計畫，需在賽前、賽程及賽後等各階段進行周全規劃，企劃作業除了需要提早進行之外，更要與國家隊選手的賽前集訓與贊助商廣告宣傳等等作業環環相扣，因此行銷企劃團隊從主題slogan的設計，搭配以選手為核心創作影片腳本，另規劃主題性賽事圖集在賽前進行社群操作，讓環台賽在未正式起跑前，已經累積廣大社群媒體聲量。中華民國自由車協會也因為多樣的全新嘗試，發現手上運行已久的老化賽事品牌，其實是可以再度重生，除了跨領域的結合，更重要的是，行銷宣傳團隊應先規劃好每場賽事所屬的主題，依照賽事當天的發展，將原本設定好的主題內容與視覺稿進行快速組合，只要能以更清晰的主題，搭配更快速的宣傳，勢必能夠抓住讀者的目光。

2019國際自由車環台公路大賽所設定的主題，就是要讓「國內自由車壇年輕世代承接起臺灣自由車運動向上力量，並且帶領臺灣自由車競技運動進入更高的水準」，這便是該場比賽所設計的「傳承」主題概念，也因此企劃人員將主題轉換為"Find It” 更年輕的語法，來呈現運動員自我挑戰的勇氣。在比賽前，腳本撰稿人員特別針對每個選手的風格設計不同的文案主題，並且使用#FindIt、#FindMyself、#FindGlory、#FindCourage等張力十足的tag，呈現出選手在環台賽中的角色形象，讓民眾對運動員勇於追夢的精神留下深刻印象。

用心包裝選手傳遞正面訊息提升自信心

運動賽事活動宣傳最重要的關鍵，就是要回到以「人」為核心，採編人員與選手在進行採訪過程，不只與選手討論比賽競技話題，更多的是與選手真心互動，透過微小的細節，傾聽選手內心的聲音，透過文案及圖像傳遞選手心中對運動的無比熱忱，這些微小的訊息，其實才是最吸引民眾的地方。臺灣優秀運動員平常不太能清楚地表達出自己內心的聲音，透過行銷團隊的多次互動與宣傳操作模式，將比賽關注的焦點回到選手身上，讓他們有機會看見自己的熱情被報導傳遞，提醒選手在比賽中要為團隊努力付出，無形間提升每一位選手的自信心，也因此大大提高國家隊在比賽時的表現。

過去傳統賽事媒體報導，大多專注在比賽資訊及競賽成績上，但改從行銷策略的觀點中可以發現，我們是可以將環台賽的主軸重點改聚焦在團隊精神，而不是無感情的成績上，自由車公路競賽是一項講求團隊合作以及高度默契的運動，戰術的運用以及致勝關鍵，往往建立在成員之間的默契與細膩的分工合作，在2019環台賽，中華民國自由車協會將報導重點改放在國家隊成員身上，分享選手與隊友一同追求榮譽目標的過程，比起單純的賽事更是充滿人情味。

How do you learn face your fears? We can't live our life in absence of fear. It's a very natural and essential part of our existence - it's there to keep us safe and away from harms way. However, there are times when our medieval brains are causing us to fear things that no longer exist or are no longer real fears we should allow ourselves to be preoccupied with. We need to learn how to use our brains in a way that gives us the courage and momentum to move through those things that are causing us to stay stagnant. We also need to find that bravery in our hearts to move through those things, people or beliefs that are getting in the way of really thriving. 【聲援環台賽選手】盧紹軒

盧紹軒已有多次參與大型高水準賽事的經驗，無論在過去的比賽中成績如何，他仍然保持一貫謙虛的態度、期許自己將能在本次賽事當中持續進步。

盧紹軒認為本次環台賽最大的挑戰是爬坡路段，但他談及，因為有每次不同的挑戰，得以在過程中突破自我、協助團隊，所以並不害怕面對，抱持著盡力而為、從中汲取更多寶貴經驗的正面態度接受淬鍊；同時他認��依照過去比賽經驗，從領先集團中突圍出來，消耗對手體力為自己的優勢，自由車賽是一場體力、耐力以及謀略相互較勁的團隊競賽，車手之間需要、並肩作戰，因此除了自身專長、團隊合作更是重要的一環。

本次環台賽第四站南投是盧紹軒的家鄉，他希望在家人朋友面前展現訓練成果，持續在自由車競技運動路上發光發熱。
