#okay so the scenario here is that she’s visiting the coast of Enbarr in Duke Gerth’s territory#I think where she’d usually be in Duchy Gerth wouldn’t be on the coast#it’s hard to tell on the canon map but this coastal area would be like former Nuvelle territory#so Duke Gerth would probably live in a more central location#and Petra really loves the ocean and swimming#so she’d obviously want to go to the coast as often as she could#and the direction is a little off but she’s supposed to be looking south west towards Brigid#but yeah I think it would be very bittersweet for her to visit the coast some days#also she ended up looking older than I planned so maybe this is around the time she goes to Garreg Mach? idk#my art#petra macneary#fe3h#fire emblem three houses#okay actually I think some Gerth territory is on the coast but#I think Duke Gerth is probably in a central location regardless

An MAP part for the Sandwing OC Arabian Nights MAP! Totally didn't forget to upload this. I'll upload it on Youtube later when I make the version with the work in progress. Check out the refs I made specifically for this animation below the cut!
The plot of this, if it isn't clear, is that Jackal and her brother, Coyote are at some kind of festival or whatever where Queen Whiptail is giving speeches and lighting a sacred sconce to start of the festivities. What none of them realize is a spy is watching from the shadows, ready to go back to the Nightwings with any info he's gathered.

~~~ Last month's wobbly little animation made me want to try actually animating again! I also wanted to do something with an old game vibe for the background, so I used photos to get that effect. <:
#the main animation has 40 frames#the HP bar and heart have 8 and the map 10. main had 38 at first but that wouldn't work out so i had to squeeze in two more#i hope u appreciate that i had to do basic math to get everything to loop properly#i had the bright idea to try doing thinner cleaner lines for the main animation and re-lined like half of it only to decide i hated it lmao#i love animating lubi's fire hair so much it always ends up flowing so nicely#monthly lubi#lubi#oc#original character#experimental art#animation#luv
