So many benefits, which one to choose 😃! I would just choose both. We shouldn't pick one or the other when it comes to these two. They are both beneficial for overall wellness. As a bonus, they help you look like a superhero! I would suggest no more than 15 minutes cardio before or after weight training. This helps conserve energy. Ad ogni giro svolgere: . - 10 squat - 20 Mountain Climber (plank in cui porto le ginocchia al petto alternate, lo mostro nel video) - 10 Affondi frontali - 10 addominali (crunch semplici) - 10 plié squat - 30" plank - 10 Affondi laterali - 10 plank laterali (per lato) . Nessun riposo tra gli esercizi, 1-2 minuti di riposo tra ogni circuito! .
