Change up your exercises, don't become side dominant, develop the strength in your legs separately. 1 leg leg press will get your legs working independently and develop each individuals legs strength. It will also get you closer to having your body look as symmetrical as possible and not having one leg strong and more developed than the other. I definitely noticed that my left leg is a lot weaker than my right and now I know I need to work on it.
