Stepping into the weekend like.... Hey peeps! Yay Friday is here! What have you got going on this weekend? I’ve got a full weekend of Yoga Teacher Training @bhutibarbados - we get going this afternoon right up to Sunday evening. We’re pretty much half way through the training and soon there will be a group of lovely inspired yoga teachers ready to guide you to bliss! Gotta say I’m super chuffed to be a part of the teacher trainer team! My weekend to lead is coming up next month! Eep! I’m excited & nervous as hell! But for now... I’m enjoying the experience.
