after seeing the mlp infection au trend, ofc I had to give it a go!!!

I’m a big fan of the last of us games, so I went for a mushroom zombie look inspired by clickers 🍄

I usually draw more cutesy stuff so this more creepy, horror type art was v out of my comfort zone but I had a lot of fun!! I’m planning to date the rest of the mane 6 in this au + maybe some other characters too 👀👀

So uh...a lot can happen in Discord groups, apparently.

To make a long story short, when you have a techno-organic OC and you and your friends not only ship them with a certain canon pop-star, that may lead down interesting roads when you talk about what sort of “unique traits” a techno-organic might be able to bring.

Didn’t hurt that I had direct inspiration from @agatharights and always loved how she depicted sparklings and their growth cycle, so what started as “Oh what if techno-organic babies looked like bugs in early development stages” turned into a more elaborate sheet for the psychic terror twins, Flitter and Fluster!

They’re not especially large but they can communicate with each other telepathetically and fly short distances, making an already hectic environment for Team Purple that much worse.

Gen 1 Twilight + Ember 💕💜

I’m currently rewatching all of MLP, starting alllll the way back from Gen 1!

I fell in love with G1 Twilight, I think her design is so cute and her magic being her making wishes is just an adorable concept. Her big sister type relationship to Ember is also super cute! It’s a shame she only appears in the Midnight Castle pilot.

Anyway, I had a lot of fun with this piece, I’m not the best with backgrounds but had fun experimenting! Hope y’all like it! ✨

I made an impulsive decision (which is on brand for this series) and I made a self-insert OC for Lego Monkie Kid, a series I just started watching and I’m obsessed with already. Been throwing around name ideas and I’m thinking about Flitter, since she’s a dragonfly demon, but even tho she’s a demon she’s a good guy. My only background knowledge on the show comes from Overly Sarcastic Productions’ video series on Journey to the West, and there’s all kinds of demons in that story so I don’t know what terminology LMK is going with, I’m only on episode 5 as I post this.
